I absolutely love this place. I have never left disappointed! The staff is friendly, helpful and fun to be around. Nic does an amazing job at nails and getting them they way you want. I went there a couple times, to try them out. First I am a stickler when it comes to cuticle finish. And what I mean is, I hate it when nail techs leave acrylic or overlap the acrylic with the cuticle. I also have hang nails, and they don't do or seem to clean up the nail appropriately. I end up picking at the nail to clean up the edges and I hate doing that. I mean I pay a lot of money plus tip and I expect a good clean nails. Read Less

This was my first trip to Pink and White Nails. I looked through the monthly Money magazine for a coupon and found a deal for a $25, mani/pedi. This is usually the price for a pedi only.I was pleased when I walked in and didn't smell acrylic nails. The salon was clean and the pedi chair gave the best back massage. Most pedi chairs are a little rough, but this one was perfect! The water temp was great too as most burn my feet the first five mins lol. Jenny gave me a nice pedi with a little massage. But most importantly the polish job on both my hands and feet looked great! She's a pro for sure! She has 10+ years experience.I would recommend this nail salon. ZERO stars!!! Will NEVER go here again!! The ladies that work in the shop are great! The guy (the owner) is horrible. I was getting a full set, one of the nails would not stick and fell in the floor. He picked it up and glued it back on my nail. It still wouldn't stick. He tried it again & it was crooked. I asked him to put on a new nail because it was crooked and also because it was now dirty. He took off the old one & then told me to leave. I asked him why and he said because he didn't like the way I asked. I told him I needed him to finish my service and he said "No. Bye". I shoved the chair as I got up & he said "B$&?h, f#%k you". And he repeatedly called me a b*%#h. At that point the ladies came from the back (including a child) and asked what was going on. I told them what happened & the lady that normally does my nails told me she would finish. I told her I would not spend any money there and there was no way I could stay there after how he treated me. I told her thank you and left. Read Less

They do a great job. It's very clean, however disorganized. I was a walk in around 12pm. I was advised it would be a 45 minute wait. A woman walked in after me for her appointment, she was 10 minutes early. She was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. What's the point of making an appointment? If your lack of staff causes you to lose business, that's an issue. It's an hour later and I'm still waiting for my fill in and pedicure. Read Less

Second time at this shop but first time for acrylics. They offer many different styles of pink and white nails. Today I chose the ombré pink and whites, and it is one of the best ombré acrylic sets I've had, many people in town offer ombré but most cannot pull it off. Pink and white nails did a amazing job! We recently moved here from Virginia Beach and have been looking for a new place to get our pedicures. We had a very nice experience.  The owners are very pleasant and did a great job in the services they provided. Someone stated in their review that they had the door open and they were hot. The door was open when we were there, but it wasn't hot. I am a little worried that when it gets hot, if they will leave the door open. It doesn't take much for me to get hot, so hopefully that's not the case.We would definitely go back! Read Less

This place is wonderful.  My daughter, a friend and myself went there today. I got a pedi and an eyebrow wax, my daughter got mani and the other friend got both! Everybody took their time and did a great job. They all work very well as a team. Very nice owners and workers. They greet you as soon as you walk in. Love the great customer service! Read Less

I love this salon.... I came upon it today... I am so glad I did. The salon is under new owner ship. They have only been open for 3 months, it is run by a sweet husband and wife team. The wife Jenny was the one that did a wonderful job on my mani/pedi! I will be going to her for now on. It was also nice that she spoke English very well. I love to talk so the other salon places I have gone to it was just hard to have a good conversation with the ladies doing my nails. I highly recommend going to see them. The salon is clean as well. I keep coming back to this particular location. The nail technicians have always been very welcoming and the prices are great. More importantly they are good at what they do. Recently moved to the area from Va Beach and needed to find a new nail shop. After reviewing other reviews on yelp, I came across this place and it's a new establishment under new management. I thought I give it a try since I'm new as well. So far, my experience has been great. The owners moved from Miami area and they are friendly welcoming people. Nick greeted me at the door once I walked in and quickly assisted my services. He did a great job on my mani and pedi. Ensure I was comfortable and that I loved my nail polish and satisfied with the colors i chose. (Coz I was undecided) His spouse did an awesome job on my eye brows, (I'm not comfortable with anyone doing my brows either) but she did a wonderful job with cleaning it up and was patient with it. Took her time and didn't rush it. That's what I love!  This will not be my last visit and it seems I found a new nail place! 5 stars! Read Less
