I have been going 2Paradise Nail Spa 4 many years. In fact since the day they opened. Diane the previous owner was the one who did my nails and when she sold the business I started going to Kim. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Kim is. She is so thoughtful kind and a perfectionist. She is also very quick and very friendly. She does beautiful nail art and encourages me to try different colors which has been spot-on. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I'm always greeted with a smile and a goodbye when I leave. I would never go anywhere else except to Paradise Nails. When I had wrist surgery Kim was so careful and gentle. She is a professional in every sense of the word. She is such an asset to the salon. What a soothing and relaxing place it is and the soft music adds a Special Touch.. on another note, the staff would do my mother's nails and would enjoy listening to her stories. My mother at the time was 96 years old and passed away 3 years ago and the staff still talks about her and the wonderful person she was and how they miss seeing her. The salon is more than a business, it is a family environment. I highly recommend having one of the services that Paradise Nails has to offer.

I have been to this salon twice with my mama and the staff is friendly, attentive, and they do a great job. I got gel nails the first time around and they looked outstanding for three weeks. Second visit I got a deluxe pedicure in addition to a gel mani. It was my first pedicure ever and Kim did a great job with both. The deluxe pedicure includes exfoliating scrub, mint wrap, parrifin treatment and hot stone massage. Felt amazing. Definitely will be back whenever I'm in town.

They also have a wonderful selection of pedicures and do waxing and lash extensions too. I personally love the service I get from Kim. She has been my go to girl for many years. Thanks Kim!! I asked them to tell me about the SNS process and they couldn't explain it but showed me a few colors (I found out the price from the box they brought to the table $45). Since it was for my granddaughter I agreed to let her try it but told them I was not interested due to the price. THEN the girl came to me and said, they had the same thing for $30 but she was too busy to tell me about it. They had already started on my granddaughter or I would have walked out. Lousy color selection and customer service. Better know exactly what you want before you go in there--then they tried to put nails on my granddaughter who told them that wasn't what she wanted! They do not take questions and will give you the top price. Rotten!!!

After trying many places for waxing this is the best. I've paid $15 at a spa on San Jose Blvd and been burned and disappointed. I didn't even get red. I felt like myself and will be back again.

I came here with my best friend, it being my second time, the first time was awesome. However, this time the nail stylist only talked to me once. I think it is a lot more fun when they interact with you. Even though this wasn't a big deal, they charger my friend $40 for her nails when it was only $20, we did get it fixed. I do recommend this place because all in all, it depends on which person you get to do your nails!

This is the best salon in Jacksonville! Diane is the owner/manager and she is wonderful! Under her leadership all the girls here are professional, well trained, super friendly, and you can't go wrong with any of them!! Diane, Kim, Tina, Milla, and everyone else there is simply amazing! In fact I have never had a bad service there in five years. I highly recommend Paradise Nail Spa to everyone! You won't regret it, I promise! :-)

I have been going 2Paradise Nail Spa 4 many years. In fact since the day they opened. Diane the previous owner was the one who did my nails and when she sold the business I started going to Kim. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Kim is. She is so thoughtful kind and a perfectionist. She is also very quick and very friendly. She does beautiful nail art and encourages me to try different colors which has been spot-on. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I'm always greeted with a smile and a goodbye when I leave. I would never go anywhere else except to Paradise Nails. When I had wrist surgery Kim was so careful and gentle. She is a professional in every sense of the word. She is such an asset to the salon. This is the best salon in Jacksonville! Diane is the owner/manager and she is wonderful! Under her leadership all the girls here are professional, well trained, super friendly, and you can't go wrong with any of them!! Diane, Kim, Tina, Milla, and everyone else there is simply amazing! In fact I have never had a bad service there in five years. I highly recommend Paradise Nail Spa to everyone! You won't regret it, I promise! :-)
