I was a little skeptical on getting a pedicure as I have never done it before and didn't quite know what exactly to expect. The wife talked me into it and I figured since I'm on vacation why not? All I can say is wow! The environment was very nice and definitely had a high end look to it. I come on a weekly basis for manicures. The last review by Jeannie is both funny and ironic. If you're getting a manicure it's common sense that it doesn't last long. I could get gel and it would last for a long time but I choose to use regular polish. In return I have to return sooner and be more careful with my nail polish. Of course the toes will last because we don't use them as tools and they don't come in contact with water as often as hands! I was in the salon when this same lady was being rude and venting about the polish even after they repainted them for her. I've been coming to Lavish for quite some time and have enjoyed this place. The staff members are so friendly. Last time I came in ashamed of the condition of my feet! Ragged, full of fuzz and I will never come back. The pictures say it all. When I told my manicurist the edges of my nails were a little sharp she said "Yes! you be careful!"    I have no idea what's underneath the polish on my right thumb and my hands are dryer than when I walked in. Got a gel manicure and basic pedicure and was treated very well. Was done at same time so I was happy with the time since I was limited on what time I had. The gel manicure was perfect. I really enjoy getting pampered and getting pedicures here. I love the fact that with the deluxe pedicures you get to choose your own scents. I have been coming here since they opened last summer and have seen them grow with clients and nail techs. Everyone here is always so friendly and patient. I have witnessed clients being rude and demanding with their staff, yet the staff members try their hardest at pleasing all the clients. I can definitely see that this is a team effort at this salon. Damn Son! My nails are the perfect shape and color and the technician, Son, did a fabulous job! He had a killer personality and takes his work serious. This place is clean and beautiful and had plenty of colors to choose. Everyone was smiling and it was truly relaxing. Came here with my girlfriend and we were quite pleased with the service as well as the cleanliness of this place. There was no wait sumce we got here around 5:30pm on a weekday. The salon is huge inside and there are two types of chairs, the typical ones with the massage on the back and the other one is just fancy leather bench with the bowl at the bottom to soak our feet in on the other side. The decor is all white and gray yet lovely and very modern. I love the beautiful chandeliers in the center and front entrance. The back massage felt great on the chair, my water could have been warmer but the lady didn't ask so I just let it go. There are a variety of pedi choices to choose from so I picked the lavender scented one for $35 (I think). We were offered complimentary wine as well, they have 2 options of either white or red on the day I went. My tech was sweet but she kept asking many questions while I was trying to relax, kind wished she wasn't as talkative. She also only massaged each leg for around 2-4 minutes, and I was expecting a lot longer.The whole experience was great though, my foolish lasted for almost 3 weeks. How cute is this place?! They have this adorable bench on one side for pedicures and they have these great massage chairs on the other side. They have two gorgeous ball chandeliers. Decor-wise this place is a 10. Along with the place being gorgeous, it also seems very clean and sanitary. I was very pleased. The people were very nice and personable. They were joking with customers and with themselves. I didn't feel like it was pretentious at all. Their gel polish manicure is 30 but if you just did the polish change it would be 22. The manicure comes with the paraffin wax and a nice little hand and arm massage. Honestly the price for the manicure was a little higher than I would like, especially since I asked her to skip the paraffin wax. I came to get my eyebrows done bc this had just opened next to my house and because it was so cute I decided to try my sns nails here. My nails lasted three weeks and I only had to fill them because they grew out so much, so not sure what another reviewer is saying about cheap products. I noticed Lavish Nails on a recent visit to the poke bowl restaurant a few doors down and decided to stop in. First of all, the place is decorated really nicely. It has a cool chandelier, a bench area for pedicures, a couple nice tvs on the walls, even the nail dryer is all sparkly. Most other salons in this area are just not this well decorated and kept up (granted they're pretty new but still). This would be a great place to go with a girlfriend or two for a little pampering. I just got a basic manicure but they offer a variety of services. It was $14 (pre tip) which is actually on the lower end of the prices in this part of town in my experience. This is a brand-new salon, with beautiful decor and very nice people. I tried it for the first time today. I had the number three manicure ($36), which included paraffin, aromatic sugar scrub, hot stone massage, clay mask, and oil massage. It was awesome! One of the best manicures I've ever had, comparable to an expensive spa. (In fact, my last expensive spa manicure, at The Spa at Bartram Walk, was horrible.) I highly recommend this place. This is the nail salon I have been searching for! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and wanting to make me feel right at home. They have so many colors to chose from and the prices are great for the services provided. Ria was amazing and I can't wait to go back and see her when I need my fill in! She took the time and made sure of exactly what I like and even made suggestions for colors for me (which I ended up using instead of my first choice).
