I have been a customer with Brian and Jenny for several years. They are polite, genuine, and caring people. They do a great job on my nails (I get a lot of compliments on them) and their prices are very reasonable. I look forward to my appointments because I know it will be a good and relaxing experience.

I was born and raised in Jacksonville and I’ve been getting my nails done for the last 10 years & out of all of the salons I’ve been to during that time, Cozy Nails is now the ONLY salon I got to. They do amazing work for manicures and pedicures, their back massages are to die for & they always treat me well. They are a husband and wife salon and sometimes have their daughter help as well which is pretty cool. They are located around pretty nice stores and restaurants if you’re out and about & the best part of it all is my husband goes every time and gets to sit in the pedicure seats with a cup of wine and enjoy a massage while he waits for me. Honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else (:

Today was my first time going to cozy nails and let me tell you I just fell inlove they were all so polite and caring asked/offered to see if I needed anything kept making sure I was completely comfortable at all times and that’s just the service my nails and toes are bomb I love them I have found my new nail home I love you guys!! 😍❤️❤️

My first visit was not a disappointment. This is a small local business with a husband and wife team. Friendly service, appointments run on time( at least mine did), and the quality is great! I was also impressed with the attention to detail this place had- every guest that entered after me was welcomed by name, which shows that the employees care about their customers. I will most definitely come back!

I love coming here. The owners are so nice and are really great at what they do. I love too that they address my ingrown toenail problems without having to ask. Complimentary drinks are available too....

This place is a little slice of Nail Heaven Jenny and her team are amazing . I've been searching for the right place for me. I'm a no fuss but neat freak kinda person . I went early on a Friday morning (10:00) and was greeted by Jenny with her warm smile. This lady actually listens lol I know that sounds strange but she did. There was no rush in picking colors and she have me the best service that I've ever had at any of the nail salons in Jacksonville.. This place is in the Cozy Avondale area and please don't let parking keep you from an amazing experience..I've found a new nail Home and will be back in 2 weeks for my fill in and a Deluxe pedicure...

After getting a pedicure here I developed an excruciating pain under one of my toe nails. At first I thought it was an ingrown nail. After cutting around it, the pain persisted, and ended up being a nail fungus. I lost my toenail. I found the place itself in need of an update, and should have followed my instinct to leave. There were only two people working, yet 6 customers being helped.

I stopped in here one afternoon after finding that Happy Nails in Riverside was closed on Mondays. It's a super small salon across from Orsay and South on Park Street. I was a bit skeptical at first, but it was a good experience and the prices are super affordable. As usual, I got my eyebrows done and my toes done in a bright green for Paddy's Day. The gentleman who did my pedicure was super nice, and I'm pretty sure the massage for my calves and feet went on a little longer than usual due to being the only customer at the time. The greatest thing is that the pedicure lasted (no chips!) for a good month and a half. I appreciated how concerned the esthetician was in regards to my eyebrows. My skin gets redder than most when plucking/waxing, and she made sure to find some super good cooling gel to help. Luckily, I was just going home after that and not anywhere important. This salon gets two thumbs up from me, including being open on Monday (when most of the other salons in the area are closed) and providing free beverages to their customers.

Small salon but worth the visit. A+ Friendly, excellent service. I am really glad I stopped in here during my visit. I was able to walk in early before their open time and they didn't even hesitate to start working on my gel fill-ins. They came out gorgeous. I was also able to get eyelash extensions that same visit.

Most nail places you feel rushed and not sure what exactly you are getting. This business was very friendly and knew what they were doing and helpful in my nail choices. They also were clean and didn't rush my nail service! They were meticulous and filed my acrylic many times and rechecked to make sure the shape was even and perfect. I enjoyed my time there!

I've been searching for a new nail salon around town for the past couple of months, I'm so glad I found this place! My gel manicure is beautiful and the experience was so relaxing. Very friendly and professional service, and excellent quality for the price you pay. Looking forward to coming back to Cozy Nails in the future!

My first visit was not a disappointment. This is a small local business with a husband and wife team. Friendly service, appointments run on time( at least mine did), and the quality is great! I stopped in here one afternoon after finding that Happy Nails in Riverside was closed on Mondays. It's a super small salon across from Orsay and South on Park Street. I've been searching for a new nail salon around town for the past couple of months, I'm so glad I found this place! My gel manicure is beautiful and the experience was so relaxing. Very friendly and professional service, and excellent quality for the price you pay. Looking forward to coming back to Cozy Nails in the future!
