I’m highly dissatisfied with the service here. I got the sns dip and not only does it look like someone took a router tool to my nails(like tiny speed bumps on every nail), they look like a 2 year old painted them. The coats were uneven and you could see the difference in color on the cuticle line on every nail. Every nail is a different shape as well as the angles of every nail are majorly different. They do no clean up to your nails or cuticles so you better have a manicure before you go in or they won’t look good. As well as the dried dip on each side of your nail on your skin that they left. When I asked if they could get it off my skin on of the nail techs grabbed a pair of nail cutters she was using on someone else’s toes and offered to cut my skin to remove it!!!!! I ended up having to go to a different salon the next day and paying to have them removed. So, if you have $90 to waste to end up with no nails, and $30 to get a manicure before you even get them done, then this is your place! Read Less

I have no idea why anyone would give this place less than a 5. I never write reviews, good or bad but felt the need to this time. i am an extremely busy person with a practice and young toddler and they accommodate me every time. They do a great job too! I'm from out of town visiting Neptune Beach. I did some research before heading to get my SNS nails done because I've had some bad experiences and am very particular about who is handling the drill when doing my nails. Tommy did my SNS manicure today and I was very impressed with his ease with the tools and expertise with SNS. It was worth going past the 20 other nail salons between my beach house and there! Obsessed with my new French ombré nails! Emily did exactly what I asked for. The perfect light pink ombré and coffin shape. She was very quick too. Today was my first time going to this salon and I am in love! Everyone working was so sweet and actually tried to hold a conversation with you. I got a Gel Manicure and a Signature Pedicure and WOW! My legs and feet were in heaven!! A bit expensive but definitely worth it. I loved how they had 2 people working on me & did both the mani & pedi at the same time. Tommy and Emily are amazing. I Am always greeted warmly, which is a great feeling. I love Tommy for introducing me to the SNS nails, it has completed changed my life !!! My nails last nearly three weeks and are stronger than ever. SNS- I have OCD, so My first time I was freaking out because it looks messy. Just wait for the end result.  You will be pleased.  Worth the $35. I only get a mani here but I am considering also getting my pedis here. Let's see. I recommend making an appointment. I have done the walk in, one time no wait. Another time 45 minutes wait. During one of my SNS nail sessions, I went home and wasn't happy with it. I decided to try out a new nail place today and I am so glad that I did! My deciding factor to try out Pearl Nails was the picture of ombré nails I saw in their pictures. I really wanted to try it since I had never done that style before. Emily did them perfectly. She had great attention to detail and was very upfront with me about the shape and length my nails should be for the ombré to show. I was blown away with what she did to my nails. MUST GO:) Passed by this shop when I moved to Jax Beach 4 months ago. Worked with Tommy and had the SNS products on my nails. It's a gel-like system. Not acrylic. I was Thrilled. They look Beautiful. Last 2-3 weeks. Very Easy to maintain. Gentle on your real nails. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go to Pearl Nails, see Tommy and get the SNS. An appointment is good idea. Very friendly salon. Tommy took care of my full set gels. And, Bee(?Spell) gave me a Basic Gel Pedi. She is very good with the foot massage. Specially considering it was a Basic. However, you may want to take into consideration. The Salon is "Very Dated"Very:-| An ATM IN THE WAITING AREA is not an attractive feature. Next to the seats where customers sit at the drying station.Seems like they have regular customers. That continue to patronize. I Love this shop for their excellent customer service and products. Tommy and the SNS Healthy nail system have done amazing things for my nails. I wore acrylics for many years and had severely damaged nails. After 2 months using this product my nails look amazing. They are longer and stronger. The product is natural and is a very thin overlay on my nails. They still look great even when I'm ready for the 3 week maintenance. Read Less

Awesome service and quality products. Emily & Tommy are great people and create a fun environment. Clean, timely and dedicated to your satisfaction. Currently I am using SNS on my nails with Emily. I am a hairstylist & I put my hands thru hell. SNS is stronger than gel & stays on my nail like acrylic but keeps my natural nail strong & healthy. While the color stays true & shiny for 3 weeks! I had the worst experience. I was taking my 87 year old Mom (who is recovering from hip surgery) to get a mani and pedi. I got her settled into the massage chair and went near the front door of the shop to choose her polish. In the meantime the MANAGER proceeds to take my mother's walker and use it pretending to be an old lady and laughing and having her co-worker take pictures of this on her iPhone. I was so embarrassed and humiliated for my mother as she was doing this RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER! I have been going there since they opened, sent countless people there. I highly recommend Pearl Nails Spa! it's obvious that Pearl Nails is very customer service focused. The first time I went for a Shellac mani with Trish and it lasted 3 weeks - the best Shellac I have ever had! Complete with a shoulder massage and all! Last week I went to a different salon out of town in orlando for a Shellac mani and it looked great when I left. Unfortunately, within 4 days 2 had broken and I wasn't happy with the appearance overall. Why am I giving them 5 stars then? Because I went back in Pearl Nails today hoping for a quick fix on the 2 broken ones and Trish gave me a complete Shellac mani fixing everything for free! even thought she did not did it the last time !!! And they look amazing! She seems very intent on teaching her staff the right way to do things and keeps an extremely clean salon. She was very appreciative that I returned to her salon. Oh, yay! Finally a nice little nail salon that does it all with no questions asked. In fact, I went in to get a simple eyebrow waxing done, and then after some discussion, we decided that it was time for some, um, more waxing, and without a problem, she spent a ton of time on me. Most technicians would have been a little moody at that point; talk about a "downgrade"! ... but she was happy to do so. My manicures and pedicures have always come out great, and the best thing about the eyebrow waxing is that they will stop you as it's going and ask what *you* like, and if you would like anything more, how you would like it shaped, etc. It's nice to have a say. I am sure some of you have been on the receiving end of a not-so-pleasant eyebrow wax, so you can understand how great it is to have the input! Read Less
