I made 2 pedicure appointments. We arrived on time and all the chairs were full with FRESHLY STARTED pedicures. We waited 20 minutes and had to leave. Don't take appointments if you aren't going to accommodate them. Read Less

i went to pablo nail to get a gel polish change, not a manicure. they have an advertisement right out on the sidewalk for their $15 shellac polish which is exactly what i wanted. as i was seated i let my nail technician know that i wanted the $15 polish change, not the manicure. she kept insisting that i get that $25 manicure and after denying twice she kept pushing it until i finally said yes. i did not want to spend $30 on my nails that day, as it was the end of the week and i hadn't been paid. so the manicure was pretty standard, much like any other manicure you would get at any other salon, the color i chose turned out nice. but it's a week and a half later and the color has started to turn yellow!? when i first got my nails done the color was a mauve-taupe color, they have turned into an almost green tinted nude color (see pictures). i don't know what's up with that, if it's the salon or just the polish color i picked but i haven't ever seen this happen before. color stayed on nicely hasn't chipped or anything, just the weird color change called for the 3-stars. Had a great experience here on a Sunday afternoon.  Close to home.  They excel on the basics: offered me a drink, had massage chairs that work, an excellent massage during my pedicure, great paint-job on my toes, and fair prices.  I will most definitely be back.  Knocked it down one star because it's not all that "pretty" or spa-like inside like other nearby spots.  Others may care about that but I didn't mind. Went here 3:00 pm on black Friday by myself, visiting from out of town. Walked in for a pedicure and had no wait. Experienced nice hospitality, professional-seeming business practices, and a clean space. Only reason it wasn't 5 stars is, it's not cheap. But you get what you pay for. Read Less

I have been coming here for over 5 years and have had no problems. The staff is wonderful and always polite. I have always used my bank card and credit card and have had no problems. It seems there is only one person that has complained or had a problem out of the 10years they have been in business. If someone actually stole your card from here dont you think they would have been caught fired and been arrested. Sounds like someone has nothing better to do then bash people's business. Went for a pedicure and used a credit card. That evening, the credit card was number was stolen and someone spent over $3000 at an Audi dealership that evening. Later there were many charges at Asian restaurants and hotels. Be careful if you go here as the credit card number was used that very night. Read Less
