Wanted the sparkley christmas red nail polish, but don't think they had it. Nonetheless, they still did a fabulous job. I love doing my nails here and I enjoy my experience. But as for the hair service it was not what I expected. I texted the lady and asked for an appointment. And I was expecting her to tell me that I needed a consultation appointment but she just told me to send a picture of what I wanted on my hair. I was in doubt for a while but I shrugged it off my shoulders and sent her what I wanted. I made an appointment and unfortunately I wasn't able to go because I wasn't expecting to stay after school to finish a test that lasted longer than expected. She texted me in a very rude manner saying I missed my appointment and later responded You could not take 15 seconds to text me???? I could have put another client in that spot! Really sweet people. Went in to get my hair done. First issues started when the lady doing my hair kept stopping in the middle to text other people. Then kept walking away and doing who knows what. She was very sweet and seemed like she was having a bad day, which is the only reason I didn't express my concerns with my hair. My hair turned out nothing like I was wanting. I paid 150 for my hair and the only difference anyone can tell is that it's a tad bit shorter. Was not pleased felt rushed. Read Less

They're clean, super sweet, and the foot/calf massages were simply amazing. It was a $12 manicure. So cheap. And yet, it wasn't worth it for me. Nothing went terribly, but there were a few little things that added up.- The manicurist didn't ask me what shape to file my nails into (square, oval, etc...), and picked my least favorite shape.- The nails on my left hand are visibly longer than the nails on my right hand.- I had gotten a pedicure elsewhere, and she tried to match the color by painting a stripe onto my toenail! It was not the correct color. I already knew it wasn't right by the name on the bottle, but she didn't listen.Yes, the employees are  friendly, but that's not what I'm there for. We came to Jacksonville for a week and we stopped by Jackie's and go our nails done and went to the beach , and by the end if the week we had to go back and get them redone so they could stay on for longer ! All the ladies that work there are very nice & friendly ! I would recommend Jackie's to anyone ! We will stop back if we ever come back to Jacksonville Beach ! Read Less

I went to Jackie's Nails with a group of five for mani-pedis. I really enjoyed the extra care - lots of exfoliation, a nice massage, and I got a beautiful flower on the nails of my big toes.  We had a good time and five days later, I am impressed that there is still no chipping or peeling of the polish on my toes. Had a couple of hours to kill before my flight and wanted a pedicure.  Googled nail salons in Jacksonville Beach and Jackie's came up with 3 out of 4 good reviews.  The bad review was so extreme and about how she had been cut.  I never have anything cut during a pedicure, only buffing heels and trimming hangnails so I wasn't worried.  When I got there it was very clean and the women were very friendly.  Lynn took care of me, it was her first day at Jackie's although she had been doing nails for 10 years.  Lynn is fabulous, my pedicure was perfect.  Very gentle with trimming cuticles, no cuts, nice long massage on legs and feet with exfoliator and again with massage cream.  Hot towels to finish and perfectly polished including the tips of the nails which a lot of people don't do.  Lastly, she wiped off the cream on the bottom of my foot with the hot towel before she put my sandals on.  Noone has ever done that before and it can be very slippery!  I would love if Lynn lived in Boston, I would see her all the time.  All you Jacksonville ladies (and men!) are lucky to have such a great place to go to!Full Spa Pedicure with exfoliation, leg and foot massage and hot towels for $22.
