I went with a friend when we got rained off the beach - I'm new to the area so I chose based on Yelp reviews even though it was a 20 minute drive. This place and the people working were amazing! There was no wait, they were very careful using the pedicure tools, and they knew everyone by name who came in the door. It's been a week and a half and my gel polish still looks brand new. My nails are shaped beautifully and the color is perfect. A wonderful mani-pedi experience. Went with my daughter while on vacation and we agreed that this was one of the very best mani-pedi trips we've had. Comfortable and quiet salon. Super friendly people who take their time to make sure that you're happy with each step of the process. Easy to make an appointment but the folks who walked in while we were there had no trouble being taken right away. Noted that at least half of the people coming I during our appointment were "regulars" who clearly come on a regular basis. I think that says a lot!  The locals like this place and they know the area better than anyone. Easy to park. Easy to find. First off - this place gets 5 stars for staying power.  Over a month after my manicure the only thing wrong with my nail color was that my nails had grown out so much.  No chips.  They did a fantastic job on my nails - fingers and toes.  The owners were incredibly nice and prices are very reasonable.  I wholeheartedly recommend.They were short a person the day we were there, and it seems like they had called in someone to help who wasn't as experienced.  My cousin's massage with her pedicure looked amazing - mine was fine but would have been better with a more experienced technician.  She had trouble with my pedicure, but one of the owners jumped right in to fix it as soon as she realized.  So all in all, my experience was four stars, but I think on any other day it would have been a fabulous 5 stars. Could not be happier with my experience! The massage with the pedicure was wonderful! I've never had a hot stone massage before. I damaged one of my toes walking to get my manicure and she stopped and fixed my toes. The place was clean and the entire staff was super friendly.  I'd go back in a heartbeat. Read Less

Wonderful experience here!! After a disastrous experience at another nail salon across the street, I was able to make an appointment here to have a gel mani and pedi here. The ladies are professional, responsive, and very artistic. They are all trained and customer service oriented. When I messed up a nail on my way out, they immediately sat me back down to fix it and didn't scold me at all but responded professionally and kindly. I only wish that I had been able to bring my daughter with me. We would have had a blast together here. She would have loved their sweet little chihuahua as well. Read Less

I was happily astounded by the reasonable price, outstanding customer service, quiet atmosphere, convenience and unbelievable lack of a wait. I've just moved from Tampa, where there are are many large pedicure salons. I started with calling to ask for the wait time for a pedicure Chi's and was told there was no wait (it was 1 hour at other salons). I arrived 15 minutes later and was graciously greeted by the staff. I'd originally asked for the price of a basic pedicure - $18, but decided to upgrade to the spa pedicure for $35, as my heels needed a bit of attention. Kelly gave me a very detail-oriented pedicure, followed by a great massage and parafin treatment. The entire process took about an hour and was well worth the time and expense. I am from Dallas,  TX and I am used to paying $50 (before tip) for a simple pedicure.  In fact I had a pedi before I came to Florida for vacation.  Girls decided to have a little spa day and I figured since we could walk there we should give it a try.  I went in not expecting much and was more than surprised.  They spend a lot more time massaging than I am used to. And after walking on the sand for a couple of days the extra time spent on massaging was incredible. I got the upgraded package and my pedi was only $40 (before tip). Read Less

I always walk in and am seen immediately. I've paid 10$ more at a salon nearby for the leg mesage pedicure and they did half of what Chi's does. They use hot rocks and spend more time messaging than painting! I will never go anywhere else. They are on the beach and are more affordable than places off the beach who do less/not as good.
