Wow! This salon is wonderful. Tonight was my second visit, and was just as good as the first. Tina did my spa pedicure and it was fantastic. My feet and legs were treated to a great scrub, hot stones, cool gel massage, topped off by a lotion massage and wrapped in warm towels. It was heavenly! She took her time with my polish and did a perfect job. I didn't feel rushed, was offered a beverage, and it was a great price. I highly recommend this salon. I will definitely be returning! Vacationing in Indian Rocks Beach for a week, we checked Google reviews for a nail salon. There were many wonderful comments about Crystal's Nails and Spa. So, my friend and I decided to try it. We called for an appointment and Linda suggested that we come at a certain hour so they could take their time with us and do a good job. We hadn't had a mani - pedi in a long time so it was a lot of extra work for them. They were very friendly and professional and did a fabulous job for us. Their fees were extremely reasonable. I love crystals nails!! In the past, I've bounced around to different salons. I came here one time and I've never gone anywhere else since. I always get a gel manicure and it is literally the best I've ever had. The gel really stays on and will not peel at the corners in a week! I work in a restaurant and it is really rough on the nails. Linda does a really great job! I came down here for the winter and was looking for a good place to get my nails done. I actually used google reviews and it worked out great. Linda is very thorough and makes sure your nails are perfect. She's also very personable and speaks English so that is very helpful. Sad I won't be able to continue with Linda when I leave here! I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately it did not live up to its reviews. My sister-in-law and I came to get mani/pedi for her wedding, which was the next day. Our pedis were fine, mediocre at best. However, when it came time for nails things went south. - Although we made appointments well ahead of time, there was not enough help available. We were there for over 4 hours. - I had my ring finger painted with a gold glitter, but she (the owner, I assume) did not wish to do it how I liked. A couple of coats vs. one. When I asked her to put more coats, she refused. After placing my hand in the dryer she grabbed my arm so forcefully that her nails broke my skin in order to paint another coat of glitter. - She caused me to bleed several times with her forcefulness. When she was cleaning under my nails she stabbed the tool in and caused me to bleed badly. - When I went to pay, she told me how much it was, and I paid. I (obviously) chose not to tip. I left, got in my car and was getting ready to leave when she ran out and knocked on my window. She told me I owed her money and did not pay her enough?? She wanted me to come back and pay more. Originally, I didn't tell her what I wanted to pay, she told me it cost and I paid her. I rolled up the window and told her I would not come back in as she was starting to get aggressive. She yelled f*ck you and was flipping me off running through the parking lot. All in all, it was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend. Read Less

This place is absolutely amazing! So close to my house, staff is always so nice and attentive and the owner is the absolute best! She really strives for the return customer aspect. She does an amazing job every time I come to her. And if she's to busy to take me if I walk in she makes sure to offer another time in the day I can come in and she'll be ready for me. On a few occasions I've gotten my nails done and life just happens and a nail chips or breaks she fixes it and does it so that it doesn't happen again. I won't need my nails touched for 4 weeks sometimes! They put the customer first and it truly shows. For as long as I live in the Indian rocks/ Clearwater area I will continue to go to crystals, only recommend them, and no where else. Read Less

I live locally and have been going to Crystal's Nails many years. I do not go anywhere else. This is a 5 star location! The owner and staff are excellent. I highly recommend this location. You will have an incredible experience, whether you live here year round or vacation. It is the very best nail salon in the area. The shellac is fabulous. Ask for Linda. Came for vacation with my family. Before I went to do my nails I looked at few different places and read reviews carefully. I found Linda from Crystals and I called for appointment . She took me right away since she wasn't to busy on Saturday. (Note that they are closed on Sunday) she did my acrylic nails and other lady did my pedicure. I am very happy with my nails but a little bit less happy with my pedi since the nail polish doesn't look too nice. But my husband did his pedi as well and they did really good job on his toe nails. This place is really terrible. I went for a pedicure and upgraded to one with a lavender scrub. One woman knocked the sub off the table, spilling it on the floor and put it back in the jar (after it was on the floor), with her hands. Then she tried putting it on my legs. No THANKS. The pedicure was OK. After I decided to do a regular spa mani instread of gel, she was clearly annoyed and proceeded to file my nails way too hard, after I told her my nails were thin and sensitive. She pointed over to the pedi chair for me to get the nail polish she used (great service) and proceeded to do the absolute worst manicure I've ever received. It looks like a blind person did it. No arm massage, dry cuticles and a hack job with the paint. This was on top of nail clippings and a dirty towel sitting at her station (which i didn't notice until the end, because I was like a deer in headlights watching ny nails being painted. What did I just pay $50 for? When I asked the woman at the desk if she was new, she didn't even respond. One and done. Read Less

What a treasure this place is...I love my french acrylics! Seriously, the best set of acrylics I've ever had. Linda has an eye for what shape of nails will fit your hand. She was very thorough at filing them down to a beautiful size and shape, making sure the sides were well filed so they wouldn't lift and making sure the undersides of the nails were also done. Bottom Line Up Front: the mani/pedi they gave my 6 year old daughter was fine. The store is a little run down and not the most sanitary but not dirty either. However, the manager needs to work on managing the schedule and the appointments as well as customer service. Longer version: when we walked in at just after 11am on a Tuesday, the manager asked us to return at 12 because she had other appointments arriving. At that point, the manager started to show my daughter the kids' pedicure chairs that they have. I repeatedly asked her not to do that because it would mislead her into thinking she would have the pedicure right away. She pointedly ignored me. I should have left at that point and never returned but by that time, my daughter was dazzled by the kitty chair and wanted to stay. We didn't really have any other place to go so we hung out for a while and went back in closer to 12. When we went in, they started my daughter's pedicure, finished that, and moved on to her manicure. I was still sitting there unattended because the staff of 3 has multiple other appointments at 11 and 12 coming in. When I asked if I would be seen, they said not until after my daughter was done.  Also, apparently only the manager is capable of doing gel manicures so I would have to wait even longer for her to finish with her client. So...after being asked to leave and come back, have my specific requests with regard to my daughter ignored, and then have the actual timing of the services completely mismanaged, I tell the manager that I am done and will pay for my daughter's services and leave. She insists that they can take care of me and just have my daughter wait.  However, I know that because she's 6 and has now been sitting around for essentially 2 hours because of the time mismanagement, she won't be able to sit around for another 1.5 hours waiting for my services to be done. I explain all of this to the manager and explain if she had just told us to come back at 3pm, none of this would have been a problem. Instead, I'm unhappy with her because of the time mismanagement and misleading information. She seems completely unapologetic. Cannot recommend this place at all. Read Less

Such a great experience!  Went with my Matron of Honor and the Best Man's wife to get mani/pedi's before my wedding out on IRB. Snow did an amazing job in my nails. We had such a great time we decided to go back next year and do it again. I have found a new place to get my nails done from now on.I had gels on both my hand and toes.
