Expensive for poor work, Got my nails And feet done, feet part okay they just do the bare minimum, got nails done by the man will, nails are uneven one hand longer then other, nail polish not done properly, acrylic very thick at base of nail not professional looking. Rated it a 1 star only because the massage chair felt so good, although I could have paid 2 dollars for the massage chair at the mall. However 2 feet and 2 nails fixed trimmed and re-painted, cost me 70$ Go to lee-nails on little and 52 in oak plaza near dollar tree. Went in to get a fill since my nail lady didn't get to me today. They start to file my nails then say every color I wanted they didn't have. Before you started to ruin what I had on my nails I showed you what I wanted done. Kept telling me I had gel polish when I didn't lol! Communication is not their top priority unless they're talking to their co workers in Chinese. Read Less

When I went to them on 06/26/2017 they weren't busy at all, one other person and myself was there... The lady I got was very rude with answering her phone everytime it rang and chatting while doing my nails... She seemed like she was in a hurry and I was just holding her up on getting home... I went last year also and both times I went to them I don't like the work that they've done and I was just a burden to them... Awful Customer Service. I don't know why on an acrylic, gel overlay french manicure that should have lasted at least 3-weeks, began to chip within a week. I went back in to have them put a fresh coat of nail polish on, and all they wanted to do was dab some polish on the chipped portions. After refusing they offered to repaint only 2 nails. I was going out of town for a funeral and didn't want more chipping to occur. To repaint only (no fill), and make all nails look the same they were going to charge me another $15. Sorry, but I shouldn't have to pay a week later for the job I should have gotten a week ago. I'll never go back, and will never suggest their services. I tried to purchase a gift certificate for a friend who lives in hudson and uses this nail salon. I too live there, but am currently in ny. And even though I am personally acquainted with one of this stores' managers who could personally vouch for me and my authenticity - they refused to take my credit card. THIS IS THE WORST SET OF FILLINGS I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. THE RATES SAY 15 FOR FILLS 5 FOR ART AND 2 FOR FIXING NAILS YET THEY CHARGED ME OVER 30 FOR. NOT TO MENTION U SEE MY FILLINGS WHICH LOOK HORRIBLE. ITS BEEN 4 DAYS AND ALL MY NAILS ARE LIFTING CRACKING AS IF I HAVE STEAMED THEM IN HOT WATER FOR OVER 4 HRS.
