Had to change my appointment twice and they still fit me in. I think it was Tina who did my nails, she did a brilliant job in about 35 minutes, unlike other places in Banbury who leave you waiting for...
Had to change my appointment twice and they still fit me in. I think it was Tina who did my nails, she did a brilliant job in about 35 minutes, unlike other places in Banbury who leave you waiting for hours! My first set of nails lasted ages too, without chipping. Would definitely recommend!

After not visiting for nearly 2 years, I could not be happier! Ladies were amazing, friendly and very helpful and I have come away with great nails! Couldn't be happier

I have to be honest. Though I do quite often leave happy, the process in getting there is quite tedious. First off I think 'Dream Nails' are extremely understaffed. Leaving someone sat with their nails in acetone for long periods of time whilst trying to cater to everyone does not make you feel like you're being taken care of. I once sat there with my hands in a bowl for 45min. Secondly, I try really hard not to be bias so I give everyone a fair chance, with that being said I... was at first hesitant to let the only man there work on my nails, only to later find out my fears were realised. Every single time I am left with hacked off hang nails and cuticle damage. Now, I must say the reason for the three stars is Tina, and Tina alone. She is definitely the heart of 'Dream Nails'. Her customer service and attention to detail is impeccable. She really does care. Unfortunately I fear she is the only one there who does. And lastly, the thing that really bugs me the most is that every time I am in there, there is always someone receiving a discount for whatever reason, while I always pay full price (and probably then some) and tip and endure long tedious waits. £50 is alot to pay for a set of acrylic nails, gel polish or not. I'm afraid to say I don't think I'll be coming back to 'Dream Nails'. :( Mehr anzeigen
