Friendly staff. My daughter and I both went in for Gel manicures. Her manicurist was great - think her name is Bennie. She sits at desk #2. Mine, however, was very rough and did not take care to not damage my nails. I’m not sure his name, but he sat at desk #5. He did not ask what shape I wanted them before he very rough and harshly re-shaped them square (they were very long and rounded-my preference). I had to go back 2 days later for a redo because of several dents/divots in the polish and he was worse - very rough and filed off over a millimeter of length. He did not clean and dry the nail or apply a nail prep before putting the base coat. So I’m not expecting this polish to last long. Went to L.A. Nails today because my daughter told me all her friends are going there because they do all the newest styles and coolest nails and she was right! There were 4 of us in our group and we all got pedi's and full sets. Not only are our nails perfect, the atmosphere was great and we spent the afternoon laughing and having such a great time with everyone who works there! It is my daughters birthday and they treated her just like a princess! Thank you all so much I will never go anywhere else again!Read Less

$45 for “dip powder” because “you can only do ombre tips with dip powder”. My cuticles were not cut, no moisturizer was put on my hands. I asked for the simplest shape, square. I feel like a nail artist should always put their best work forward. Huge waste of money, and time. Read Less

Had a nice first visit. Girl who did my toes offered free water, soda, or wine while reviving my pedi. You have selections for types of pedicures if you'd wish to have a more in depth spa experience for your legs and feet. I got the basic (25$) to get my toes wet in LA nails (ha, pun intended). Anyways, after I got my nails done after a full set acrylic and they're all holographic. The lady who did it, Amy, I believe did awesome and was funny. My first idea for rose gold chrome didn't work out so we just went holographic. My end total was 80 bucks so not sure if they charge by nail for speciality like the chromes or holographic. We very nice atmosphere as well as up to date nail styles. I'll be back but maybe for a cheaper choice like paint with some bling on a finger lol. Check em out!! The owner is pleasant and I had him do my nails the first time. The second time I wanted my pink and whites filled the girl Amy did them and she had a personality of a slug with a crocodile bite. When I asked her if she was in a bad mood today she asked me why? and I said because you're not smiling or you're not talkative and she responded with what am I supposed to talk to you? am I supposed to smile? I was going to get a pedicure but her attitude was awful. Now I have to spend my time going elsewhere to get one!   Then I got charged $30 for a full set when I got a full and $5 on top of that for a gel top coat that everyone uses and doesn't charge extra. Got new nail procedure done this week; called Nexgenails.. the next day noticed polish on two finger nails all lumped up.. Paid 45.00 and was there a long time.. day after I wake up and most of my fingers throbbing under the nails. I will all but hope I can trust them to do the right thing and right their wrong. Worst pedicure I have had in a while. The guy was very impersonal, he said maybe 3 words to me for the entire time I was there. Which was not long, maybe 15 minutes. He did not clean under my toe nails or use any cuticle remover. He made a small gesture to direct my feet in and out of the water. I hated this place. I will not be back ever! I felt like I was inconveniencing this guy. $25 for a terrible pedicure and experience. There was nobody in the place so maybe everyone already knows what they are going to get when they go here.
