I went for a gel polish change on my feet only. $25 cool so i added a $5 tip so the total should only be $30. No receipt. Once i walked out the door my card got charge $36 a extra $6. For what??! i called them 2 mins after i left for them to tell me they don’t know what i’m talking about. So i explain how they charge a extra $6. They were playing dumb talking about they charge $30. So i went back and show them my bank account. They were saying oh they don’t know to contact my bank. They printed out a receipt when I was there me realizing the last four of the card wasn’t the last 4 of my card on that receipt. So me saying that’s not my card they were saying oh you sure you didn’t use a different card after i even proof them showing the card number in my account and the transaction. Alexis the lady that was at the front desk the one that charge me in the first place kept getting a attitude and didn’t wanna fix the situation . She wanted to charge my card $1 to make sure it’s not a different card that shows.. Lol dumb right? She told me she couldn’t help me to contact my bank. When you call you’re bank they tell you to contact the merchant that charges you’re card, she kept over talking me and being very rude. These people here are scammers and think customers won’t notice . Very unprofessional, highly not recommend this nail place to anyone. My first time trying them and this will be my last. EVERYONE who goes here please be aware to check your bank account they overcharge!

The salon itself needs some cleaning. Referring to the salon in Florida City. The chair they had to sit on while drying nails or toes was nasty.. Finally talked my husband into a pedii for the first time. The lady that did his pedi used like a metal grater which I thought were not used anymore - may be wrong on that - but put a big gash in his heel on one foot and also cut his other foot on the side. She claimed he had a blister, but my husband said he didn’t. A bad experience his first time. He will probably never get another pedi.

My name is Kay. I am reviewing through my mother's gmail account since I don't have access to mine right now . Now as soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked what service I wanted. The first young lady did remarkably well on my manicure set. She was friendly and sweet. However, I thought that manicure comes with a overlap of gel nails. So then I was told that I would go to someone else. The second lady I went to was not so thoughtful and a bit lazy. She kept complaining that she had a cold. Also, she kept complaining how hungry she was. As a customer, I felt like she was rushing her work on my nails. Then as soon as she was finish with my nails, one of the lady's reminded her that I was also getting a wax. Her face expressions was so clear that she didn't want to be bothered .On top of that she was breathing on my face from her mouth since she had a cold. I wanted to tell her she shouldn't do such a thing. If you are sick take the day off. If not then cover your mouth and nose. She wasn't wearing any gloves as her hands were on my face to complete the waxing. There is nothing wrong with taking in a call but taking in too many was a bit annoying. That was my first time going to this nail salon. I will not be going a second time.

I have been coming to Optima for over two years and I have never left unsatisfied. The best place for an amazing pedicure (every tech is great!) & Jet always takes care of my nails no matter the condition, always delivering beautiful results. I am extremely picky and not easily pleased at all and because of that i can honestly recommend this place to anyone, I promise you'll love it!

Do not come to these places... Both places said they had 2 spots open for pedicures and said we could come in now (we were 7 minutes away) when we got to the first they had let 4 people ahead of us......

Both places said they had 2 spots open for pedicures and said we could come in now (we were 7 minutes away) when we got to the first they had let 4 people ahead of us.... They sent us to other location who said "yes we have 2 available" came in and of course had also let people ahead of us... so 1 woman did 1 of us and then was going to do the other because none of the other women who started before we got there were even close to being done.. The lady was talking the entire time not paying attention and all the others had headphones in...The nail polish was smeared, on the skin, and chipped! They told us we should have called the day in advance, didn't take any responsibility and didn't offer anything I didn't get mine done cause I didn't want the same crappy job. So much for doing pedicures together!!! Terrible service complete dishonesty and not even a good pedicure. I would never come back.

Very over priced, I usually go to the optima on bird road and there prices are way more different than the one in homestead almost 60 dollars for a full set. Insane!!!

I had to change my review after my last two visits here... It truly depends on who you get! They do really great designs but if you get someone that doesn't really care about making them last your nails will chip...FAST! The last two things my nails copied within two days and looked horrible. After the first time I decided to give them another try since they did so good the first time bit they chipped horribly fast again so that was it. I'm not a regular so I don't know who to ask for but in my opinion if you have a shop where you never know what you're gonna get then I'll pass!

Leave you sitting and waiting to go outside and smoke a cigarette! You making an appointment is pointless they still having you waiting while they bs around ugh just terrible! I went back to nail trix where service is great!

I went for a gel polish change on my feet only. $25 cool so i added a $5 tip so the total should only be $30. No receipt. Once i walked out the door my card got charge $36 a extra $6. The best place for an amazing pedicure (every tech is great!) & Jet always takes care of my nails no matter the condition, always delivering beautiful results. I am extremely picky and not easily pleased at all and because of that i can honestly recommend this place to anyone, I promise you'll love it!

They do really great designs but if you get someone that doesn't really care about making them last your nails will chip...FAST!
