We arranged to have our hair, makeup & nails done for my daughters beach wedding on the 17th May ! There was about 10 of us and we booked without knowing what it was going to be like! WOW it was amazing, we could not have asked for anything better ! The Salon was lovely & very welcoming, they even let us have a glass of bubbly to start the day off. Sadly, I never did get my makeup done here. My fiancé and I came here the morning after we arrived in Florida. We were exhausted, and a few minutes behind after getting our luggage taken and (all) of our personal belongings the night before. Needless to stay I was so glad I booked the makeup appointment for our engagement pictures. When we arrived she was ready and had me seated in less than a minute. However she decided to rebook me in place of a cancellation later in the d...ay so that my makeup would "look it's best". Obviously I agreed and we walked back out to the car. Before we could leave though, the receptionist ran out to our car with my purse I had left behind and secondly Ami (the one scheduled to do my makeup) ran out as well and went over all of the places in the area we could go to repurchase engagement outfits & etc. It meant so much to us that they cared like that for us. I did miss my appointment as my other appointments ran late. I called to apologize and cancel and she was yet so caring offering to stay an extra 30 minutes longer just to do my makeup and take care of me!! I started going to Nikita about a year ago hoping that she could somehow resurrect  my dry, damaged and almost green hair. After an initial consultation, I learned my hair was so over processed from years of over doing everything. Nikita reassured me that with patience and the right care she could bring my hair back to its former glory. She was right! It took some time but it was worth it. They did my entire wedding party's hair, including my own, and styled everyone's hair so beautifully. I recently looked at my wedding photos and loved my hair in all the photos. All of the stylists are so nice! The locations are really well kept and I get my hair cut at the Holmes Beach location. I love getting my nails done at the Pine Avenue location. I have a difficult time finding someone who can get the color right - Nikki at Salon Salon is a very good colorist and does a great job. I also have a lot of call at the last minute, or walk in and hope for the best, situations and have had a variety of other stylists all of whom did superior work. I had a different experience than the previous person....I actually go to this salon regularly for facials with Diana--she is wonderful! She is attentive, kind, gentle.....if you want to talk, she'll chat with you and if you want to sleep, you can just sleep during it....one of my favorite things she does is rub your hands and feet while your masque is setting instead of abandoning you to lay there wondering if she'll come back....She does a great job waxing eyebrows--mine are different shapes and she's really attentive in making them symmetrical.She's wonderful! I also get my hair cut with Michelle; she did this really neat umbra thing where it's light on the tips and reddish-dark-brown on the top. What a pretty salon! I wish I could rate it higher, I had a great experience. The issue is I left with literally one of the worst hair cuts ever!My stylist was Meaghan and she was very friendly, but also not very experienced. I had highlights and a short bob done. The highlights were a bit heavy, but I understand most FL ladies probably like that. My hair cut was a MESS. Shorter in the front, lots of weird bulk in the back, and not blended well. I tried my hardest to be ok with it, but ended up going in to have it fixed. The owner completely recut my hair and it is better, but still not close to amazing.In the end unless you have long super blonde hair this may not be for you. They are not precision stylists here.I would return to the owner, but only for a blow out. Read Less
