I don't live in the area, but I do come here once a month for some work stuff. They've always been super welcoming and willing to work me in for an appointment! They were skilled and funy. Very unprofessional business. I have gotten my nails done here once and I was not impressed by the service but I figured I'd give them another try. I went in yesterday an hour and 15 minutes before they closed and the woman at the desk said "they were pretty much done for the day" but they were "open tomorrow and close at 5." So today I tried to go back, once again an hour and 15 minutes before they closed and there was a sign up that said they were closed for inventory. The nail tech kept looking behind me as if she was waiting for someone or wanted to watch what was going on up front... the polish application was extremely amateur... there was polish all around my fingers. She tried to clean it up with a brush but as I pointed out areas she missed she said I was too picky. My nails would have looked better if I did them myself. Read Less

This was my third visit and second time with Q as my nail tech. She always does a thorough and great job with attention to detail even when getting the budget pedicure, and takes her time. I did not feel rushed! She is personable and easy to chat with. She remembered me from last time. The salon is usually empty and so no wait time which for a busy person like myself is a plus! In addition they have these cute "kiddie" chairs for children. The salon is always super clean and has a good supply of current magazines. The only negative is that it's hard to locate (it is just after the Publix on Sheridan)!and so one time I left because I was in a hurry. The sign is not visible from the entrance and so best to rely on Apple maps. But don't give up it is there and with plenty of parking. Read Less

I was in desperate with my mani and wanted to find a new salon. I just saw Organic Nail & Spa. The water was the right temperature at all times. The technician was intelligent in work. This place looks nice but the guy rushed my pedicure and I felt like he was in a hurry worst pedicure I've ever had it took exactly 13 minutes. I paid 45 dollars for a 30 second massage and my French manicure was really not that good and starting chipping 3 days after.  I don't think I will be back I was not impressed at all Read Less

I finally found my official nail place in Hollywood - Organic Nail & Spa . I absolutely loved my experience. When I arrived, I was greeted very warmly by staffs here. Worst pedicure ever..60 second leg massage for 45 dollars...also my nails once seen in the natural sunlight have many flaws, the most noticeable being a distinct lack of polish along the side edges. Even worse, you think you're paying one price and get to the register and the price has inflated 30 dollars! Never again. Read Less

We were in town for vacation and to visit friends. The family was looking for something to do while it was raining. Great place to get nails done. We were in right away with only one of us having to wait. Yet all done close to the same time. They were very careful and knowledgeable about our daughters ingrowns. The boys just got cuts and buffs. I came to Organic Nail & Spa through my friend's advice. It did not disappoint. I was offered water upon arrival. I loved the nail polish brands here. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed and passed along. Although a bit pricey, you get what you pay for. I definitely recommend this spot to my friends for next time. Great job by far ! Read Less

I chose Organic Nail & Spa because it was close to home and had good reviews on Google. About once a year I allow my daughters to get a professional manicure or pedicure. She chose to get a pedicure while I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish. The salon was cozy, clean and very comfortable. She got a little bit of everything, even a massage. Her nails turned out great too. I tried something a little different with my nails. It was my first time at the salon and I will definitely return. I actually live about 30 minutes away from it and it was so worth the drive. The salon is really nice. I tried the dip powder nails and they came out so pretty! Was definitely an interesting process too. Prices were reasonable and not too expensive. I would never come back to this place. The guy got very upset that i chose regular pedicure instead of organic and decided to give me the fastest and worst pedicure in my life. Also It is a shame to treat customers with attitude and being rude to a pregnant woman. Great place! Local, honest, amazingly priced for what they do! So glad to find a place that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for an amazing gel manicure! A hidden gem. Being 6 months pregnant I don't feel comfortable going to an acrylic salon or somewhere with harsh chemicals. It's also nice to feel comfortable and not rushed, leave with sore nails, or something you are not 100% crazy about. It was spotless and a beautiful spa like atmosphere. I used to always get acrylic nails because I am I nail biter. I started going to polished about 8 months ago and my nails are long and strong. I have had Shannon and Julia and they are both amazing! Anything I have every asked them to do they have done. They don't charge an arm and a leg. I love my nails every time and get a ton of compliments. I recommend them to everyone! Read Less

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me 4 times -I'm the idiot. I've tried this place 4 times now since I moved to the neighborhood and all 4 times I had to have them re-done. And the second time the usually looks worse! I've had 2 mani pedis with gel, and two with regular polish. Not sure if they're thinning out their products, but they are the worst. This last time, today, my nails look like A child painted them. There's polish all over my skin, and nails aren't filed right, they are actually jagged, just a huge mess. My nails looks better when I got there. Not to mention after 30 minutes waiting for the polish to dry it did not. What kind of Essie polish doesn't dry?! The time before that I wanted "lincoln park after dark" gel, which is a solid dark purple color (almost black) and when she was finished it looked like pastel purple water color..... Never again. So happy to find this little gem. They have created an environment that is so relaxing and clean. I have no prejudice against anyone but it is nice to be in a salon where everyone is so friendly and speaks English. I call them artists because you can show them anything and they can replicate and make it look easy. They also don't cut corners by using a dremel to file, they file by hand as to not hurt/burn your fingers. This is the best manicure/pedicure place around by far! Just make sure you book your appt early bc they are always booked but occasionally have a cancellation. So glad my sister introduced me to this place. I won't go anywhere else now. Read Less
