Horrible experience came in to get my pedicure and nails done. They got busy so the lady rushes with my toes color is all clumpy and the back of my heal is still hard. Mind you I have been coming here for years. When I address her about it she would let me get a word in and starts to yell and tells me in front of everyone my nails where old so embarrassed. This totals has upset me I tryed to tell her once again and she brushed me to the Side and told me pay me for pedicure hell no I just told u my heel is still not finished my toe nails are all messed up and you still want to charge me. I asked her to please fix it and a she totally ignored me and start to scream in her language am guessing she cursedme out but if am gonna pay over 50$ for my feet I should get my money's worth and not a 10 min job and get treated horrible the new staff here is horrible and rude think about it twice when coming to get service cause they are quick to take your money and push you out Read Less

The place used to be great when the guys, Long and Tan, were still there. Place has gone downhill. Just got my eyebrows done yesterday and the girl totally disfigured them. She was trying to rush to get them done when there wasn't even a rush of customers in the store. I'll never go back there. Read Less

My nails came out okay but these people are thieves! The board clearly states prices but everytime I go my total somehow always has an additional $10 added on. They always push you to get additional services that you don't even need. & when you say no they keep asking are you sure 🙄 Read Less

Worse customer service! I get no respect from this place I've been coming here for 6 months now and I get a pedicure and my eyebrows and lashes done. To first go from charging me $12 to $20 for putting my lashes and I bring my own every time! Is ridiculous! I will never come back to this dump. They don't treat their customers right! Read Less

This place is a hidden gem in Hollywood. Tucked away in a strip shopping center just South of South Broward High School on Federal Highway. This place is small family run. They have a great selection of nail polishes to choose from even name brands like Essie and current fashionable colors. I had come here for years but fell off as I got so busy to make the time for a mani and pedi. But today I walked in early and was able to be accommodated right away. Also I got Eric and he is the best. Alot of attention to detail on the cuticles and great foot massage. My heels were  a little rough but now I look great! Ok nails but up charged for everything. My new full set ended up being $70 for pink & white w a glitter line. I'm all about good nails but I don't feel robbed. They'll get my $ this time but ill keep searching for an all around good nail salon....Once I let my friend who was going after me, what was going on, the employees started to treat us different & became very rough with our nails & for the 1st time we heard them speaking in Chinese, previously it was all English.
