Really tried to give this place a chance. Got my nails done then came back the next day with my daughter for her to get her nails done. Did not like the colors that I chose a pink with a pink glitter accent now and UV paint so I changed it when my daughter came in to a solid glitter hombre. Aside from one of my nails being only partially covered with acrylic leaving it totally exposed I was generally happy with the nails just not the color so after changing it I go to pay for my daughter and they charged me $25 for a color change! I explain to them that I just got my nails done the day before and had two colors it cut down a filling with UV polish for $30 the day before how is changing my color to one solid color the next day almost the same amount?? He begins to explain all these extra fees and I begin to explain that I'm a loyal customer who comes with my daughter every time spending about $100 every visit the least they could do is cut me some slack since they were not Bend I proceeded to call them thieves and leave taking my business and my daughters elsewhere do not waste your money they will take it from you Read Less

I waited over one hour, it was the day before Christmas Eve and I understand they were very busy, but they were also understaffed for one day before a major holiday. They have a sign-in system, they crossed people of the list without calling their names. The lady that did my toenails only polished parts of the nails. I was going to have my underarms waxed as well and the lady pretended that I was going to have that service done in the corner of the area were the other clients were getting their nails done, no curtain, no screen, nothing to give me a little privacy. They were men working and men clients there. They did not have a private room available for this, only for facials. When I got home some of my nails were only polished half way and I had nail polish on my toes and she didn't even cleaning them well. I am very disappointed of that place and will never go back. I don't understand these ratings, this place is by far one of the best nail salon I've been to. It's clean, spacious, and the staff is very nice and friendly. There is hardly a wait when I get there and I always get my complimentary water. My gel polish never chips and stays on until my next visit which is usually around 12-14 days. Their utensils are always sanitized and taken freshly opened and taken out of a sanitary plastic pouch. Everyone I've brought to this salon with me have left very satisfied. WORST Place DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!! I went today, one of the staff made me seat in the pedicure chair with the water for 30 min. After 30 min the girl came, she removed the nail polish from one of my foot. But, another customer came to get her eyebrows done and the girl that was with me left me there without telling me to get the eyebrows service. Just unprofessional and awful. I went there to get a gel/shellac manicure and a regular pedicure for graduation and the man who took care of me did a very poor job. None of the tools he used were new and merely sterilized the metal ones with a spray of alcohol before using them- neither way prevents nail fungus or bacteria from spreading. He ended up cutting my cuticles back too far, 3 of which went way too far and made me bleed. I inspected my nailS after i left in a better light and the gel clear coat didnt even cover my entire nail on BOTH my toes and my fingers. It hasn't even been a week and 5 of my finger nails are already without paint and my nail beds hurt. I would never recommend going here, save yourself the $60 manicure and pedicure trip and go somewhere else because there is a high risk of infection and low quality work. Read Less

Came in for gel manicure and pedicure based off advertisement on the door; wrong day for special but stayed. Gentleman was nice but cut my toe nails too short. Too late to change but he apologized. I was okay with the gel manicure and pedicure until about a week later when my gel polish started peeling. I paid $45 altogether but the polish only lasted a little over a week. I was not happy because I was told it would last at least 4. First and last visit. I have never had gel to peel that quickly, it never really comes off until the manicurist takes it off. Read Less

My second time at LT Nail Spa in Hollywood, FL close by a Walgreens and Adjentdent to Hlwd. Courthouse.  A stylish salon. I walked in for a mani/Pedi and immediately the young woman who attended to me on my first visit came up and as I was choosing from the numerous color asked me to sit at her booth.I had selected a color not OPI & she explained that this color was 5.00 extra because it last longer without heat.  I complied. I chose a different color (OPI) for my mani.She completed my mani and proceeded to do my Pedi.  She insisted that the color I chose for my mani was not right and replied that I preferred not to be matchi matchi.I noticed the utensils she used were not cleaned and suggested to please spray them with alcohol to which she replied "You're picky" to which I giggled and responded that I once had a bad fungus from a pedi to the point of using lamasil,  a prescribed ointment. She still continued to use the utensils that had already been use on another customer.The mani/pedi was on Fri. March 4, 2016 by Sat. 3 nails were chipped.  I didn't use my hands to do dishes but I did showered.  Went to salon Sunday at 12:30and explained that I was charged 5.00 extra dollars for a lasting mani.  I was offered to correct the chip but I felt it was unethical to express my views in front of another client. I also expressed my concern on the previously used utensils.Needless to say The manicurist who attended me was extremely unprofessional, rushed because she had a 1:30 appt and rude. The 1:30 appt came in and another manicurist attended to her.  This manicurist made sure the customer knew that she didn't showed up for her last appt to which the customer very politely said that she was delayed with a patient at her Chriropractice office.  Will never visit LT nails again and I discourage anyone else. I'm not super picky when it comes to my nails and this place is petty much the same as the rest. I like how spacious it is and the look of the place, everything is nice and new which is a plus. They also have a good selection of polish colors. I got a manicure and a full set and my only complaint would be how my nails turned out, I kind of hated them. I wanted to go for something different and went with the coffin shape, but a lot of them didn't match in size and just looked kind of wonky. If you're going to pull something like that off they need to be flawless. At the end of the day I paid $60 (plus tip) for a basic pedicure and a full set of gel nails with regular polish~ I had gotten charged $5 for the coffin shape without being told it was extra (the nail tech didn't speak very good English though she spoke enough to communicate this to me) and was also apparently given a discount. Still seems steep to me! Especially since I filed them down to my typical squoval shape when I got home. I would go back to them again, however, though maybe just to get something more standard.
