Hi, im Ailyn. I had an appointment for Saturday 3/24 and i called Saturday morning to reschedule to Sunday because i knew i wasn't going to be able to make it. When i called, I spoke with the manager himself, and he gave me an appointment for 3/25 at 10:15am. I arrived 5 mins early. The receptionist (who isnt the regular Mon-Fri lady) kept letting other people in front of me. She then had to ask around and squeeze me in. fine. Then, i was told someone was going to do my wax while i wait. We went to do the wax, and the wax wasnt turned on. Then, i was told to get ready for my pedicure, so they put my feet in to soak. No one is paying attention, and the water literally overflowed and i had to tell the receptionist HELLO HELLO for someone to notice, while she was oblivious to it and texting on her phone. the management here is normally really goo d and ive been coming to this salon for months now. But, i was sitting in the pedicure chair for 30 MINUTES, and i got up and walked out. Other people were being sat down for their appointments, but what about the one i made?? no one told me it was overbooked, and its not my problem. I will NEVER return to this salon. Read Less

Amazing service my nails came out better than they have in a long time! I've been on the hunt for a new nail lady and I found her!! She took her time but it was worth it. The manager I think even offered me a shot of Cuban coffee which was very much needed! Love it. 10/10 I'll be back for my fill in asap!!! Read Less

I've been trying to find a nail place for a very long time, I was recommended this place and it looked very nice upon arrival, everyone was very friendly. Unfortunately I will never be going back, I know one new client lost isn't a big deal because I'm sure they make plenty of money. So these are my reasons as to why I'm not going back, as the nail person was doing my nails she wouldn't stop complaining about my skin, yes I stress easily and I'm currently planning a wedding so the skin around my nails aren't the prettiest, two she didn't at all shape my nails the way I asked her too. Also, she put such a thick layer of the acrylic that just one week of having the nails three of them just fell off. Also I got the OPI funny Bunny color as it's my favorite, just a few days after the color started to turn yellow. Everyone has their opinion and others have better experiences but as for me, I won't be going back. Paying $50 for just nails that not only turned another color, but fell off just after a week. I have been going to Signature Nails for a little over a year now. It is very clean, the ladies are very professional, and everyone is always so friendly! My girl is Elena. I always go to her no matter what. Every nail tech is very capable, but I'm so attached to Elena - I would wait forever for schedule to open up. She is a TRUE perfectionist. She doesn't just rush your mani and say it looks fine. She literally looks at EVERY detail, and ask you to check it before she continues. She takes her time, and when she does my gel it last 3 weeks. One time it last a month without one chip! Definitely a top class place. I'm very happy with the service and I love Elena! You will too! Call early, at least a day in advance. Read Less

I have been doing my nails for years, and this is the ONLY place I've come back to time and time again. I won't get my nails done anywhere else. Fantastic and skilled technicians, friendly staff, clean and relaxing location, and you always feel like you got what you paid for. They even have daily happy hour w free wine!
