This was the WORST service ever. I usually don’t bother to do reviews, but I’ve got to here. To begin with, they didn’t have the pink polish used for a traditional “pink and white,” what sort of nail salon doesn’t have that? My pedicure lasted all of five minutes with nothing added to my pedicure water — no exfoliating beads, nothing. I could have given myself a better one at home. She scrubbed my feet halfheartedly and only once. I promise it doesn’t look like I got a pedi. As for my nails? Freaking trash. They’re unnecessarily sharp, even after I asked to have them toned down, they’re uneven and crooked. Finally, they’re dishonest on pricing. When I asked for a receipt to prove the charges, they said they don’t give them. NEVER COME HERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE, BAD QUALITY AND A WASTE OF MY MONEY! Even the woman next to me was complaining that her nails were crooked.

HORRIBLE. I felt very outcasted and targeted while there. The man clearly judged me and proceeded to make me very uncomfortable. He was asking me “if I was going to be able to pay”. THEN made me pay before my services and didn’t require anyone else too. It is 2018 and I am still absolutely disgusted with people’s racist actions. They will NEVER get another dime from me. If there was a way to get 0 stars that would be my review.

A friend of my daughters suggested we check out this place and go see Nam. I sent a message on Yelp and he responded the same day. Made an appointment for Sunday morning and got an acrylic refill with gel polish and a toe polish change in less than an hour. They have a variety of gel colors and I'm very happy with the service my nails looks clean and ready for spring! Will definitely be back to see Nam!

I think this is one of the best nail salon in Miami Lakes very professional and super clean they all treat the customer like part of the family Nam is one of the best he really takes his time to do manicure and pedicure the colors they have are amazing a huge variation and they last more than 3 weeks I also love how they do eyebrows I would recommend this place to everyone

This place is trash. The people who work here are money hungry & don't give a f**** about costumer service. The guy was super rude & they thin out your nail polish before applying so he put like three coats & shaved down my nails to the point that it looks I didn't even get a refill . 3/10 this place I wouldn't recommend. It was my first time here & The service was horrible no wonder it was empty should've caught a hint.

This really was the worst nail salon I've been to. So disappointed with the "gel manicure" I received. I do NOT recommended this salon to anyone. The service was deplorable, unprofessional, rude, and lacked in skill. The price was $25.00 for a manicure that should have lasted two weeks, instead it lasted 3 days. Will never go back here.

I went to have my nails done, asked them for a set of gel and the girl that did my nails supposedly her name is "Amy" gave me acrylic nails plus they are the worst nails i've had done in my entire life, wherever i asked her to do something (to my nails and i was paying for them) she responded with an attitude and in a rude matter. I left her with a $5 dollars tip anyways but To top it all the price for the job i had done was $35 and she over charged me, she charged me $40. I am neverrrrr coming back here again and to anyone reading this DON'T waste your precious time or money.

My mother & I received the worst sort of treatment at this salon. I took my mom to get her nails done on her birthday & the owner refused service because my mom came in with a wheelchair & uses oxygen. She stated she didn't want any problems. She was rude & insensitive. We were treated in an appalling manner and I hope that other people who are sick or even disabled will not have to suffer this type of discrimination. After being spoken to in a very loud & embarrassing manner we left without receiving any services. I will NEVER go back this salon. Healthy, Sick or Disable this is not a place where any humane person should receive service as these people are hateful & treat people poorly. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!!!!!!

This was the WORST service ever. I usually don’t bother to do reviews, but I’ve got to here. To begin with, they didn’t have the pink polish used for a traditional “pink and white,” what sort of nail salon doesn’t have that? My pedicure lasted all of five minutes with nothing added to my pedicure water — no exfoliating beads, nothing. I could have given myself a better one at home.
