H O R R I B L E !! The 1st and LAST TIME i ever come here. My cousin was with me and we BOTH left very very unhappy. To start off we walked in and no one acknowledged us for a good 5 minutes we were just standing there waiting to be greeted, then they spent less than 2 minutes cleaning our nails, i dont think it’s humanly possible to clean all 10 fingers and do a good job in such little time. the color i picked was beautiful but its such a shame that the person who did my nails left everything looking messy and gross, he literally left it so messy that he had to CUT the gel polish OFF OF MY SKIN!!! i went home and filed my own nails because my nails werent even at all. Crappy. This WAS my go to when I need to get my eyebrows done, but lately they have gotten crappier and crappier with their service. No one really attends to you when you walk in, you kind of just have to tell anyone you need to get a service done because they won't acknowledge you as you walk in. This past time, and last time I've gone I went to get my eyebrows done and I specified that I wanted to do it with a certain person, I waited 30 minutes and she told me she couldn't do mine because she had to finish someone's manicure, I said ok no problem, she told me her sister would do it instead, i wasn't such a big fan of changing but I really needed it done. never coming here again, i've given this place way to many chances. i come here last minute while shopping at walmart, the acrylics come right off after a few days. the lady doesn't listen to what you want, i told her white polish and she told me it was out of season and i should do a different color then continued to show me colors she liked after i said no that's fine i want white multiple times. i got my pedi done and my toe is infected !!!!!! Horrible service , I got there at 10 a.m when it's supposed to open. Every worker started coming in at 10:30-11:00 a.m. The person that did my nails wasn't focused on my nails. And they messed it up. I was there second and they attended me last. It seems to me like it goes by who they know first. They greeted everyone so kind started talking to them as if they knew them so years. And seated them. And did their nails. But me who was there second was attended last. The only thing they do good there is eyebrows. But other than that, Horrible service . Would not recommend it to anyone Read Less
