they suck at doing acrylics, ugly shape, painted them horribly, filed crooked, the girl had to take off my entire paint and re-do it of how horrible it came out. and at the end it was still ugly. and my pedicure also my nails were files crooked. not straight, one side looks higher than the other. i dont like telling people how to do their jobs, so if something isn't perfect i just deal with it, but here I was constantly telling them to fix something. never going back. DO NOT GO HERE. I think I've been to this nail salon maybe twice before several years ago but this last experience I had I was absolutely horrible. I just what was supposed to be a simple mani/pedi, turned out to be a pure mess. When choosing a nail polish color unnoticed lots of the bottles where old. Tops were stuck on and the polish was thick. Finally decided a pretty pearly pink that I was excited about until I sat down for my pedi. The water was cold, the nail tech cut my skin with the cuticle clipper, the foot and leg massage was just sad and squeaky from the gloves. He may as well have not even tried. I had to pin point areas on my feet that needed are because he just breezed right through the exfoliation process. I was happy once he painted my toes because that meant it was over. Because of the poor experience I canceled the full mani and just asked for a polish change. He asked if I wanted to cut my nails but I only I need a file. He filed my nails down so vigorously my whole arm was shaking and when he was done ALL of my nails were crooked. Every single one of them. I try to get him to even them out but he didn't understand English so he started rounding the edges so now I have crooked round nails. I've been. Getting my nails done for over 16 years and never in my life have I had to physically file my own nails at a nail salon. ‍ He did a sloppy polish job and when one of them messed up under the drying machine I didn't even bother to ask him to fix it I just grabbed the polish and did it myself. While drying, I set across from another completely unsatisfied customer who had just gotten a manicure from different technician. When she showed me her nails my jaw dropped. They looked horrible, she had peeling skin , her polish was clumpy and her nails were all even. Needless to say neither of us will ever ever ever be going back to LA Nails. I keep trying to give this place chances and I always end up disappointed. They try to work so fast that they always do a bad job. They barely file the nails and the cuticle cutting looks like a disaster. I did gel manicure on Saturday, and in less than 3 days my nails started to chip already. This salon was terrible. Period.1) It was completely disgusting on the inside. There was nail dust all over the station where I got my nails done, and the salon looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, with nail clippings littering the floor. I should've gotten up and left as soon as I saw that, but I wanted to see the service because it was a good price for a gel manicure. 2) The guy who did my nails proceeded to stab and make my cuticles bleed, and then he made the gel run all over my cuticles and let it cure that way in the UV light, so the manicure looked terrible. 3) The guy who did my nails didn't speak English, so when I explained to the manager what had happened and asked for the guy to fix the nails where the polish had run onto the cuticles, the manager told me nothing could be done at that point and I'd have to fix it when I got home, with my own tools. I'm sorry but I do NOT pay for a service to have them tell me to leave the salon with an imperfect manicure that I have to fix myself later.BOTTOM LINE: I will never go back there, and I do not recommend you go to this dirty, clearly unsanitary salon. I love the fact that they do the SNS powder here. Wish they had more variety but overall its great work. I have gone to places before where they dip too much and it gets thick and gross...here they know the technique well and I always leave satisfied. I do wish they could do more with nail designs but their Pedi's come out great and so do the SNS nails. Read Less

T E R R I B L E!!! I went there to take out my gel polish from for my hands and my feet. She semi took off the gel from my nails. I got a polish change. Then I got my eyebrows done. I asked the girl if she was sure she knew she was doing, she said yes so I proceeded along. I practically a left there with half of the hair on my eyebrows. I was enraged. If you want the experience of being at flea market nail salon then go to LA Nails. I stepped into this terrible place because I needed a quick manicure. I waited 40 minutes while one of the employees just sat there looking at his phone. Then what I assume was a regular customer walks in and he immediately takes her. Get there early ask for Yudy, your pedi never looked so good!I've been coming here since high school being that I went to American and I didn't have a car getting a mani/pedi was as easy as crossing the street! Yudy is great she does an amazing manicure and her pedi's are serious business, all women know that heels are great but painful indeed when your pampered toes need some TLC Yudy is the one to go to. She takes her time with you and goes with your flow so she can be chatty w/ you but she isn't obnoxious so if you want to just have a peaceful quiet time she'll give you your space. This nail spa isn't luxurious and because its in Hialeah/Miami Lakes **damn, confused city limits** you wont really find a relaxing experience but you will look fierce. My advice if you're looking for that relaxing time, bring headphones w/ ambient sounds and tune everyone out. Read Less
