I did a gel mani and regular pedi which was $39 I got a massage on one hand the other hand the lady didn’t even bother to even put cream on, the gel polish the lady did super thick looks like the tip of my nail is round and when she got to my feet she did it super quick because she was hungry and massages my leg not my foot. Horrible experience! Extremely small place, had to put my feet inside a bucket that was right under me. Extremely uncomfortable. Not that many color choices. I did gel and later on that day it started to chip completely. Went in thinking it was okay to do a walk in and they right away asked for appointment. They seemed pretty rude about it. My mom told me to go here for my mani pedi as she is fond of the services. However my experience was terrible. The place is nicely decorated, I will give them that. I did not like the loud environment- all the Cuban nail technicians talking to each other really loudly and singing along to the "ambient" reggaeton music playing in the salon. So if you're coming to relax... this is not the place for you. As for my visit- it started with my technician, who was coughing and all over the place, and did not always cover her mouth. It was getting gross. She kept saying she felt sick. And even though I told her it's ok if she didn't feel well enough to do my nails, she insisted and consequently did a half-ass job. I felt badly because she was feeling sick and I let her finish the work. She rushed through my entire appointment and i was very disappointed. Been there 2 times and while there are some pros, there are a lot of cons that need attention to get 5 stars. Pros- their prices are good. And the 2 manicurists I have tried so far did very good work.Cons- I find that service is hit or miss. I made appt for mani pedi and I got a call asking if I could arrive earlier. I rushed there only to sit and wait about 30 minutes. Not cool. Second most of their nail polish selections appear to be stale, thick consistency or almost finished. Third they don't have the pedicure chair. Fourth some customers are offered wine. Others are not.  Lastly, there was a customer who was blaring her iPhone music for all to listen to it, and singing along - I personally didn't care for the music she was playing. When I go for a mani pedi, it's my time to relax and enjoy it.  If she wanted to listen to her music, she could have used earbuds. I was surprised that management allowed it, and even went along with it. Let me be clear, I don't mind listening to music playing, but a relaxing spa-like atmosphere is more appropriate for a nail salon, not loud club music. May return bc they did good work on my nails, but may not be my 1st choice when selecting a nail salon. And next time I will bring my own ear buds just in case ... lol Read Less

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by an older lady at the reception desk and right from the minute she looked at me I knew that it was gonna be a problem. She sized me up and down and asked me if I had an appointment, I told her no and explained I needed a soak off and a full acrylic set & a pedicure. The place was practically empty. she told me They would do my nails but the pedicure she wasn't sure about that if they had enough time they may or may not do it. Who would want to leave a nail salon with just A half a job . I explain that to her that I didn't want to start if they weren't going to do everything I Needed. So in other words she practically asked me to leave. She looked at me and she laughed and said I understand bye ! That has been hands-down the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. Great nail salon with excellent manicurists! I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried it for the first time last week. I went back this week and was equally satisfied with the services. Carol is wonderful. She is an excellent manicurist, very friendly and attentive. Last week's manicure and polish looked good for the entire week. Not worth the prices. I'm Cuban so I can say this... super ratchet! It feels like I'm walking into a nail salon in Cuba. I first went to the Hialeah location some weeks ago, the lady slabbed so much top coat, my nail polish was wrinkled the next day. Money down the drain!!! I gave the "Miami Lakes" location a try. First, it's not in Miami Lakes. It's on Miami Gardens and 75th. Hardly Miami Lakes. Front desk person didn't inform the manicurist I was getting a refill. She set me up for a regular manicure. Lady next to me got offered a wine, not me. My manicurist was nice. But she LITERALLY took almost 3 hours for my mani & pedi. The manicurists on either side finished 3 people EACH! The lady used a hand file all the way through my acrylic refill. Said she doesn't use the machine, because it messes up the natural nail. I don't have tips. That's BULLSHIT. Been getting my acrylics done for 22 years. No one has messed up my natural nail because they used the shaping machine. Conclusion nails were not what I wanted. Money AGAIN down the drain. It was my first and it will be last time going to this place. The manager doesn't inform the manicurist about their job they will be doing so they have to be borrowing tools from other coworkers. I asked the girl for acrylic nails and to make it cuffing  and it was not even close to that. The nail polish was so cheap it started to come off and I have to take it off on my own at home and repaint it myself since  it was my daughter birthday party on the next day. To top it off one of the nails today went flying out  because it was not glued correctly. I'm Cuban myself and there girls where just taking like they just came from there. This is my first and last time I will be coming to this location. I made my appt on monday to get a Gel mani & reg pedi, they did NOT mention that it is $34 Monday-Wednesday only, so today thursday the regular price is $39 instead, and if you use your debit card it is a $1 charge, so in total you'll be paying $40. It was extremely uncomfortable considering that they do both hands at feet in the same place, after about 10 minutes of my feet soaking under the table, the water w...as already freezing and wasn't even that warm to begin with. I did not mention anything to to the lady that was doing my nails because she was very sweet and I truly felt bad to even say how displeased I was. My nails did not come out good, there was gel on my skin and the edges are still rough, the color is amazing but I know that they will not last more than a week. I've been coming here for a year and all I can say is I wish I would've started going sooner. To start off there's no other place that beats their prices. Monday's Tuesday's and Wednesday gel mani and regular pedicure is $34!!! As soon as you walk in you're greeted and the environment is honestly like if you were amongst family. I've been doing my nails with Maria since the first time I went and have NO complaints. She's always on time with my appointments and doesn't rush while doing my nails, she doesn't take forever either. Appointments  aren't required but they do get pretty packed so I would suggest you make one instead of walking in. The only con or complaint you can say I have is their selection of colors, you would think with as much clientele they would have a bunch of money colors. Aside from that, no complaints!!! I went with my daughter for the very first time today. My daughter had a gel manicure and a regular pedicure by Eliza and I had a full set and a regular pedicure by Roxana. While I had seen the salon advertised, I had never gone. My friend Vivi has her nails done here and highly recommended them so we decided to check them out! Best set of nails I have EVER had done! Roxy took so much pride in her work and went above and beyond! Even though I was her last appointment, she mad...e me feel like her first. My nails looked so beautiful I didn't want to paint them, LOL My feet felt heavenly and she even provided a massage, talk about superior service! Very welcoming place and very clean and neat. Everyone is nice and offers drinks or Andy other goodies they have. I feel seating is uncomfortable maybe because I'm used to the big chairs instead of putting my feet in a bucket. They do not have a big selection is colors and after leaving that i was able to closely inspect my feet and hand I feel that not all cuticle was cut and bottom of feet weren't scrubbed well. I was going on a weekly basis and I was very happy with their work (still can't complain about it) for both pedicures and manicures. However, about a month ago, I called for 4 days straight to reschedule an appointment. The line was either busy or just not answered each time (all during business hours). On Saturday, the day of the appointment, they didn't call like they usually do to confirm if I was attending. The following Tuesday, I called again to make an appointment since I didn't make my last one and no one answered again. I really like their work but I wish they would answer their phone. You know you're in a good place when you walk in and ALL the employees look up and greet you with a smile like genuinely happy that you chose their services. Leticia did a great job and was very friendly. There's no way you will find another place with such a positive atmosphere and great service for the price.
