Love it! Small, cozy, and professional work. I go monthly & will continue to go. They have 1 pedi spa & 2 nail techs, so you'll want to make an appointment. But it's worth the wait (if there is one).

Suanne is amazing. She’s patient and will do anything you ask regarding nail art, designs, decals etc. She gives a mean pedicure too. Definitely worth the drive out to Hawthorne.

I found Aimee by happy accident. I'd JUST had a cut and style but something just wasn't right. I went back to see about a "fix" and the lady who'd done my hair wasn't there. Aimee was though and she knew exactly the issue, fixed it and then gave me a ton of tips. Instantly I knew I'd found my girl! I will be making another appointment soon. I've got issues sometimes with being able to physically do my hair. Aimee even does shampoos only if that's what you need. Someone else shampooing your hair is ALWAYS a treat anyway.

I cannot say enough about Aimee at Tips & Toes. She has amazing talent and I never leave unhappy. Aimee is patient, she listens to what you want, and takes her time so you don't ever feel like she's rushing to get to the next client. She doesn't get offended if you are picky (like me) and say "trim this piece up a little more". She is flexible (schedule wise) and will come in early or stay late to help accommodate those of us with hectic work schedules. Aimee is also reasonable with her prices. I get compliments on my hair on an almost daily basis, and I have Aimee to thank for that!

I was in an emergency situation, my regular nail tech was gone to Hungary and I was getting ready for my 40th Anniversary Celebration. I called and Suanne came in in early the very next day and did my nails. She took my nails all the way down to bare nail because she was afraid of the products not matching or meshing. Suanne did such an awesome job! She gave me beautiful nails for my special day!!

DO NOT BOTHER! Called to introduce myself and to make an appointment for myself, my mother and my 2 girls. Staff was extremely rude, cut me off and ended up hanging up on me before I could finish my first sentence. I was left shocked and confused! I am a big believer in supporting local businesses, but this one does not deserve my time or money. Learn to treat people with respect!
