I am actually upset enough to write a review. I went in on my lunch break and asked for a pedicure and a fill in. A man, who clearly looked inexperienced began massaging my feet and legs w/o doing the actual pedicure only to find out later he was "prepping" my feet. No one asked me if I wanted a deluxe nor did I ever say that, I simply said I want a pedicure. Then I proceeded to get my nails filled and the guy did a good job at that. At checkout he tells me $53 dollars! Now I don't have a problem paying for nail services, I do have an issue with them using language barrier as an excuse to charge me more. The price list says gel fill costs $20 and basic pedi costs $20. He tells me well you got the scrub. But I didnt ask for the scrub. Also, how does he figure I am paying $30 dollars for a fill. Because polish doesnt come along with the actual fill in? Just ridiculous. I told myself never to go back there again after one off experience here and now I will never go again. Beware. If you must be upfront and firm because they will try to trick you and steal your money! Read Less

Rose's, Nail place is a good, my recommendation is to have more pleasant nail tech's "ladies are always on the phone the one that handles the front desk counter has the headset on her ears all the time." the male tech's are aware of who comes in and the needs of the customer's . I had my manicure  done by Jay  he did an awsome job with the powered dip. The have lot of colors for the dip powerder. I think if the owner focus a bit more on the type of staff they hire the place would be a five star. Is an honest job and it's a way to make money. Read Less

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place! I went in today for a basic pedicure and left with chopped off toe nails. My pedicure started off wrong/backwards from the beginning. My feet were scrubbed by an older gentleman who did an amazing job the only thing is he didn't know how to cut,shape or even clean the cuticle area😕 so I had to wait for an older woman who did the worst job in pedicure history....she chopped off my toe nail and then she said it will look better after she shaped it. Great Service, Rose took her time listened to what I was looking to have done, and did my nails Just how I love them. Gentleman who did my pedi was awesome as well. Pleasant environment, clean and welcoming. I will be a repeat customer. Always a great experience, great customer service. Very professional. Great work on nails never dissatisfied. Close to my house, they are very nice and professional. One lady got upset and walked out simply because when she walked through the door, they greeted her accordingly and asked what she needed done, as they should. Yet, I see others complaining that they do not do that. I guess everyone's experience is different and some customers may not be content while others are elated. First time I went here, I loved it. Mani/Pedi came out great and I was seen right away. Got everything done in about an hour and fifteen minutes. Because of my great first experience I came back with my MIL so we could have a girls day, as she was only in town visiting for a couple days and it was her birthday weekend. BIG mistake. Was quoted a wait time of 10-15 minutes and ended up waiting 45 minutes to almost an hour for both of us to begin. I paid extra to get gel nails and for designs and the design came off by the next day . Together, we spent around $120. My MIL didn't like how her manicure came out (uneven)-- she gets her nails done regularly every 2.5 weeks (gel nails). She also got a really bad headache from the smell/fumes. My nails were in dying need of a fix so I wanted to try this Nail Salon down the street from me. The plaza was fairly new, which is a few feet away from the WingStop. I went mid-morning and i thought it was going to be packed because this was actually my second time at this shop but never made it to the chair the first time around because of how packed it was, so i left. I could of waited but I'm pretty much impatient. Highly suggest to schedule an appointment. The technicians are super friendly and very vocal (loud). As soon as i came it they welcomed you and asked what you want. You then pick your color which they had SO many selections and styles of designs. Very overwhelming but their super patient.I did the gel manicure and basic pedicure. The lady that did my pedi was a mother/daughter duo and they we're gentle and made sure you we're okay and relaxed. That's always a feeling you want, especially when you had a rough day or just having a "me" day. Besides the pedi, they do a pedi-scrub on your legs and feet with a slight massage and wrapped my legs in a warm towel. Best feeling!Once my pedi was complete, i had to transfer to the manicurist table. I had a male tech, Jerry and he was super friendly and had a pleasant conversation about how I was doing and just getting to know each other. Very personable and made my visit worthwhile. He made sure that the gel was completely dried and assuring i was leaving the nailshop feeling fresh. Overall, I had a great experience and now that my nails has been fresh for a couple of days, i can say my gel did not chip yet and my cuticles aren't dried out nor do i have a hangnail. Awesome place! I called 5 minutes before I arrived on a Friday evening to get a gel manicure and a pedicure! They took me right away! Things to note: they have a decent variety of colors (both pastel and brights). Also, they use a plastic liner for the tub so you don't have to worry about bacteria in the foot spa!$50 for a gel mani and pedi isn't a bad deal! Friendly staff! I'll be back! Read Less
