Horrible! I went there today for the first time. I walked in and told them I wanted a mani & Pedi. I choose a color and sat in the chair . I then put my feet the the water and I told the girl you t was too hot. She did nothing so I pulled my feet out of the water and some water got onto the floor, the girl rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty look . At first I let it go . Then I asked her if she did callus removals again with the attitude and rolling her eyes and dirty look. I... then said enough, I am leaving , I will go somewhere else where they treat you better and are nicer. Then another girl comes over to see what’s wrong and the first girl starts speaking to her in Chinese , I then told her to speak English so I can understand what she is telling the other girl. I think that is very rude and very unprofessional. I also said I don’t mind paying for services but I won’t pay for attitude and then I walked out. Walked in off the street and as I chose the color a nail technician came up to me and greeted me telling me to join her at back of studio for my pedi. No Long wait  and it seemed courteous service.A lot of comfy massage chairs and techs to tend to all of us 18 in the studio at the hour I was here.My tech was all about speed and get this over with. She did listen to me to not cut cuticle but she was rude in her replies yo my requests.I would return here it's clean, quick, good polish brands and pleasant atmosphere, but my tech at the end -and even with a $10 tip for a $35 mani pedí- was rude, did a sloppy job and used an old bottle of polish on me. When I told her one finger was lumpy she said ok and proceeded to remove all the polish!! Then she told me she got a new bottle but she hadn't, it was the same one as I noticed it had same paint stain on top.Why the need to lie? As a long time client of this salon I'm conflicted about this review. Once you find a nail tech that you feel good with, it's fairly standard. When I first started going there (over 3 years ago) I tried 3 or 4 techs to find one that I believed worked well and did a good job but then she left so I found someone else (they do get upset if you switch techs so choose wisely).They don't always have current colors but I'm willing to purchase my own so that I can get the color I want and since I do gels I really can't depend on a salon to stock what I want.The conflict I have stems from the fact that appointments are almost meaningless. I work on a schedule, I arrive on time for meetings and conference calls. For the most part I try to schedule appointments during the week when they are less likely to be busy, better for everyone, but even then I have had to wait ten or fifteen minutes because my tech took a client even though she would shortly have an appointment with me. Today I waited for a solid 30 minutes despite having made the appointment several hours before. Whether it's the tech's fault or the guy at the front, I don't know but it's not like I'm some rando who walked in off the street for the first time. I've supported them over the years, always been tolerant of them being late for an appointment (in one case they confirmed the appointment and the tech wasn't even in town). I've adjusted and been understanding. As usual, today I asked the receptionist guy whether I should come back later when I saw the tech was busy. He said, no, it would be about 10 minutes. 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time I asked him what was going on and he suggested I soak my feet because she'd be done soon. Another tech filled the pedicure tub with cool water and left me to soak. A full 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I threw in the towel and said I was leaving. Coincidentally, my tech had just finished and said she couldn't help it, some customers are fussy about their nails and it takes longer. I explained that I didn't care. The bottom line is that allowing a long time customer (who tips regularly and generously) who also has an appointmentto to just sit is unacceptable. My time is valuable, just like everyone else's. No apologies for the wait were forthcoming which leads me to believe I've been TOO accepting in the past and too nice about the frequent delays.Whether I ever return is up for debate (there are no shortage of salons here) but I'm deeply disappointed by this. Terrible service and very rude unprofessional staff, including manager of this place she was extremely rude vs me and damaged my nails for 3 months I was really feeling pain and uncomfortable my nails. Apparently, the place has been receiving negative reviews unjustly ~ mostly by individuals who don't even take the time to proofread their nonsense. I've known and visited this place on and off for about 7 years. I can't complain about the service, it was always on point. Yes, people may have bad days and may not feel like listening to all the comments a customer feels the need to make. Or better yet, the customers' requests may not be something that a technician is willing to do, out of many reasons. People will complain regardless. It's a nail salon like every other one out there - technicians are licensed, use sterile tools, they try to accommodate your requests (if they're within normalcy). This place I do like it before but today I pass through a situation where I will never go back again!!! I had an appointment at 10:30 am with Bee for mani/pedi and I end up been there at 10:20 and the front desk girl told me Bee is not coming, but besides of this when I asked why and why nobody informed about Bee is not coming( by call coz that I leave my phone #!!) , I do repeat I make this appointment from Monday , the front desk girl who names is Kat ( she had a bad attitu...de with me by not answering to my question coz she didn't had any clue what going on with my appointment) she passed me to another girl like this: "go to Jennifer and don't give me any attitude!!! Are u serious!!! This is how i supposed to be treat it!!!...I've paying 87$$$ for a build shit of pedicure and the French dep manicure is not how supposed to be !!! When I finish my mani/ pedi I want it to talk with different girl from reception and to explain what's happened in the mornings with the other receptionist but Kat saw me and she start again by interrupt me, oftened me again, make in faces , was laughing in my face, she had again bad attitude by telling me I can't to her nothing, she can't be fire !!! This place is horrible. Worse pedicure that I have ever received. I told the lady who did my pedicure that under my feet was rough and she laughed and massaged some oil on it. I absolutely love this salon and I'm very particular as to who I let do my mani and pedis! Katie is a rockstar whenever I go in with my nails looking a hot mess after one session with her they are back to looking fabulous! they offer you expensive manis because they know that they are to die for! At the end of the day you get what you pay for. I actually went in for a gel manicure and Katie offered me the healthy nailz(dipping) and from that day I haven't don't anything else! A huge nail "mill". I needed pink & white acrylic fills. Technician took off all the old acrylic, wanted to cut my own nails & sell me tips. The price for fills was higher than most salons, but they also charged to take off the old acrylic - that's like being charged to take off your polish before a new manicure. NEVER AGAIN! Read Less
