After I realized I was paying so much for my nails at a shop called Sky nails. I started looking around at other shops and found diamond nails. The staff is so nice and fast. Amazing. Love this place. Everything is clean (they use tools from sealed packs) and they put a sanitizing cover on the pedicure bowl. Super nice. They are a bit quite but honestly I don't like making small talk. Efficient and quick. I had Kevin and he didn't pressure me to pay just let me sit with my sister while I waited for her. This place is horrible I went in to get my shellac manicure and it literally last 5 days are you serious and they were all lumpy and looked so ugly I always get a gel manicure and I decided to go try another place and d diamond was close to me so I said ok why not, worst decision of my life and a waste of my hard earned money. My nails came out horrible and what pisses me off the most is that it only lasted me 5 days when I usually get shellac I can make it last for about 4 weeks. My first time here at D Diamonds Nails and many times to come. The service at the salon was very professional and courteous. Didn't have to wait long. The nail tech Bob did my nails and he did a tremendous job. The design I wanted for my birthday nails came out better than I could ever imagined. Radiant unicorn nails! Bob is a true professional and artist. I've seen good work performed by fellow staff members as well. Nobody complained. The service didn't take long . What a great birthday present for myself. I just did my nails a couple days ago, I would say about 5 days ago. And most of my acrylic nails broke. 4 nails broke in just a couple of days not good! They use cheap products. The salon itself is cute and they are friendly but it's not worth spending your money there. Usually my acrylics last 3 weeks and these didn't last a week. Look somewhere else for acrylics. Great experience! Bo did my nails and he knows his stuff. He discussed various options upfront to ensure customer satisfaction. He is very fast and does his job well. I got my copper bronze chrome nails with gel manicure. Since I have pretty strong nails didn't need to do acrylic nails. But Bo said it is better to get chrome/holographic nails with acrylic nails. They charged $25 for gel manicure and extra $15 for using chrome powder, I find it reasonable. The final finish came out really good, I'm impressed. I'm taking one star out only for the lack of cleanliness. The work is clean but the counter and chair was not, that is nothing to do with Bo's service. Read Less

This place has really good reviews, so I'm my search for a good nail salon I knew I had to try them out. The salon is a teeny tiny unassuming place, but they get the job done. When you walk in, don't expect any glitz and glamour because it's not fancy or particularly clean. I had a full acrylic set done, and although the polish and the shape were beautiful, they were really much too thick. They seem to do really good work, so maybe I went with the wrong nail tech. The lady that did my nails was really nice and I connected with her. I'm so unhappy with my nails though and didn't have the heart or time to tellher. My nails are lumpy, misshapen, and overall just messy. I did see the tech next to me doing some beautiful coffin nails and I was kind of jealous.  I'm pretty sure she is great at doing manicures, but full sets I don't think are her thing. Val and Thao ! Val did my hands I have no words to express how incredible is her job but the customer service skill that I haven't had in a long time was amazing . She took her time doing my hands , perfect job !! My nails images speak for themselves. This is what I got 4 days after getting my nails done at this nail shop by Kevin. HORRIBLE!!!! I've done my nails before at other shops & they have NEVER looked like this. I only put 1 star because they won't let you proceed without no stars but this place doesn't deserve any stars at all and the customer service (Val) is rude!!! I came in for a refund & they offer to do my nails for free, couple of days later (no problem). Unfortunately I had a medical issue & can't make it to my nail appt. I called to reschedule prior to my nail appt & I was told by Val that they can't do it another time and that I should of done my nails before resolving my health issue. Like if nails were more important then my health... HOW RUDE & INSENSITIVE to your customers concerns. I guess people will find any excuse to keep your money even though they're the ones at fault.
