I’ve been going here for over 10 years and the customer service was always bad but I liked my tech. They blatantly lie to customers about appointments and the sterilization of instruments. Tommy gave me a pedicure and was so rough with the machine that my feet are like sandpaper now. He gave me a gel manicure and we had to try 3 colors before they actually matched the color chart because they dilute the colors so much. The young Asian girls completely ignore you when you ask a question. Angel still speaks broken English after 20 years in this country and cannot understand or handle complaints. I went in the place to get my nails done I didn’t expect it would be lots of fun French manicure I told them is what I want He did a good job and the nails I could flaunt They offered eyelashes. It was such a joke! They want to take your money making you go broke Two weeks, they said, the lashes would last They can not foresee their possible forecast The next day they feel off into my hand Did I get these lashes from a f*##*+! wasteland? Have been here a couple of times and each time I walk out with another cut. You are just a dollar bill as you walk in. Every interaction is routine and just a transaction. What do you want, pick a color! Is all you get. The lady of the house comes over turns on the water and the massage chair, no matter if you like it or not. Doesn't check the water temperature. When scrubbing your feet she didn't look what she is doing, that's you end up with cuts. The young guy is wearing a headset and when his client asked him he was more than annoyed. As soon as I walked in the owner greeted my sister and I very kindly. Sat me right away in the pedicure chair and took my sister to start on her nails. The lady that did my nails was very sweet and attentive to what I wanted. Great experience. Read Less

This place suck, i called to schedule an appointment for my girlfriend and they got some guy yelling in the phone saying "hello... what you want.." like wtf? I see that most of the reviews of this nail salon are only a one or two. I certainly can see why. Don't waste your time going here the people that work here have no manners and definitely no class. A totally unprofessional and very rude group. All they do is talk to each other in Vietnamese and laugh about the customers. Many customers can agree as I have spoken to numerous people--they never go back here. The atmosphere is absolutely horrible these workers are not pleasant or friendly. They are very nasty as a group, too bad Angel wasn't here to witness this. Also the nail person I had was even rough while doing my nails. I will definitely be reporting this further They play dumb like they don't speak English and when you ask the nail tech anything you receive basically silence and/or an attitude. Just walked in to Angel's nails today and they took us right in, my daughter and I had pedicures and got our nails done. We enjoyed our pedicures and then both had our nails done. Our hands and feet look amazing. They worked hard to understand my daughters requests and it was very good. Read Less

I just moved to Florida from DC and was in search for a good nail salon. This was within walking distance so I decided to stop in since I have a job interview this week. I had a man do my gel manicure and I love it! The shape and color look great! He was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back in 2 weeks! Read Less

For the first time ever, the manicurist cut my skin when removing my cuticles, which hurt and surprised me, since I had never had that happen. I got gel and if anyone knows gel well, they know the little air bubbles that form are a result of an average job. For the most part, my nails look great, but the polish isn't even fully to my cuticles, or as close as it should be. Overall, it was an okay job, but I probably will not be returning. Read Less

not a bad place. i always get a full set of acrylics and they always come out great. there may be times where they feel rushed and they want to finish quickly to keep attending to the more walk ins and appointments. i had an appointment but although it was rushed i truly didn't mind - my nails still look fabulous. the owner's husband does great sets. if they would take a bit more time and offer a little 1 min massage while being in the dryer then i would bump up the stars. THE MOST HORRIBLE salon and service in all FL!They are BAD!Don't go there! I went there just because they were close to my house, otherwise I would drive far FAR AWAY from that place!They DON"T CARE about quality! They just need to do it quick and make a good money on it!They ask to PAY BEFORE the service (MANICURE) is finished. Same with tips!They do horrible job on MANICURE. The worst place I have ever been to in my life! The guy butchered my feet to where I could not even paint my toes and they still charged me full price for the pedicure and an additional $10 to take off the gel! Then the lady charged me $10 to take off the gel on my hands and ruined my nails. So I walked out spending $40 and got absolutely nothing done and my nails are ruined. Read Less

Horrible horrible horrible The owner doesn't know how to do acrylic fills, my nails look like some one that just learned, did them. She was filing my skin instead of acrylic, which made my 3 fingers bleed.Pedicure a little better by another person but not a good pedicure at all,cuticle was not pushed back or cut, so the polish looks bad by the cuticle,I had to ask to file my toenails even, otherwise they would be some sides longer in the corners than others.DO NOT GO THERE,NOT THE MONEY USSUE JUST SAVE YOUR TIME. This is the worst pedicure I ever had I went here it was New Year's day so my regular place wasn't open started off I went in there told him I wanted a pedicure and a fill the  associate took me to the pedicure chair and turn the water on the water was cold I did ask him to make it hotter and he said it will get warmer which it did no bath salt or any type of blue barbarside tablets were used when the girl finally came over to do my pedicure about 10 minutes later she removed the polish and didn't even ask if I wanted my nails cut she just grazed them with the file when she started cutting my cuticles I realized how insecure she was I felt uncomfortable with the way she was she was holding her tools my toes are I uneven and and I could've received a better massage from my cat they use baking tools for files and my terrible massage was done with olive oil no scrubs or any spa supplies were used I wasn't going to say anything and just not come but I thought something had to be sad she didn't even clean out the dirt from under my nail with her implements she's  tried to do it with her fingernails when I saw her doing that that's when I just decided to tell her that I didn't want to have my fnail filled by them  and I left immediately after I believe they did she charge me an additional two dollars because a pedicure is usually 20 on their board and she charge me 22 in fear that I wouldn't tip her I still gave her three dollars never go back I ended up going to nail impressions to do my still on Hallandale Beach Boulevard right before  US1 they were amazing please stay away from Angels  nails next to Walmart go to Nail impressions or do it yourself if you have to you that was by far the worst experience I've ever had I usually wouldn't review a business in this waybut I am in the service industry and I just felt that I could I have a better pedicure from a three-year-old  I get that it New Years and people are made they had to work but that not the vibe I got just seemed every one was miserable Read Less

Today was the last straw at this nail "spa". My mother and I have come to this place many times and each time the level of service is hit or miss. You get what you pay for when it comes to customer service, I get it. But as far as the actual servicing, burning your clients face is unacceptable. I've been waxed many times and am aware redness is normal. But I'm sure scarring and blood is not.  This is not the first time I've come here and the staff has been careless about their treatments. Even when you tell them they are cutting too deep into your skin they do not stop! I had a pedicure one month ago and I have to say that although the chairs are great and the nail polish selection is great; the tools are used on others and it leads to fungal growth on your nails. I have had pedicures from others before and I never had this happen. Please be careful with their tools and ask them to open a new package that is sterilized or you may end up like me with a fungal infection on my toe!!! Go there at your own risk! Read Less

I hate this place! Bad service bad attitude, they don't care or respect their customers. I was there 3 days ago I came for a refill, after 3 days the nails brakes so I want there again to get  them fix, the rude manager ask me to pay again for the service! They don't speak English well so she didn't understand me, or she act like she don't  understand. I went to Angel's Nail & Spa for an acrylic full set for $25. 1st day one nail hurt a bit (middle finger). 2nd day HIGHLY infected, throbbing, swollen, red, twice the size of other hands middle finger! By 3rd morning went to Angel's to explain problem & asked owner to remove the nail, she began process, but when I asked for refund (since I would have to pay to see a doctor), she stopped removing the nail in the middle of process, and became very angry & rude, I was cursed at loudly and told to leave in a disrespectful & unprofessional manner in front of all other customers, then she ran into the backroom. I left practically in tears, and proceeded to go to the doctor for antibiotics which I am taking now, HOPEFULLY it will clear up! Read Less
