I wish there was a option for zero stars. Horrible customer service and the place is FILTHY. Never will I go there again for anything. The lady kept dropping the shellac lamp on my toes after she had just polished them, I waited close to a hour for service and just loud talking to one another, not relaxing at all. Read Less

Their customer service is SO HORRIBLE. I got my nails done today and the nails were way too small for my fingers, they weren't even, she cut me, she couldn't do designs...I don't understand. Then there was an older lady next to me, they kept ignoring her, so naturally she got upset. The lady who finally did her nails said she doesn't speak nor understand English, when she was speaking it 5 mins prior. My original place Exotic Nails was closed today but I recommend EVERYONE going there. They get packed but they're so worth it and their customer service is awesome. Read Less

My nails don't pop off they last 3 weeks then I just have to fill them which only costs 10$ and a design on 2 nails for only 8$ she has the best quality and prices in town

The young woman who did my nails rushed through them and was quite rough. It was hot in the salon and all the fans were on the technicians instead of the customers.

I have been going to Nancy for a year now . My 2 daughters also go to Nancy. Tim does our nails and we are always happy with our nails. I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done.

Im not happy with my service paid over $120 for a crappy pedicure which took 20 minutes, a ugly pink and white full set my nails looked like a fan, got my eyebrowns done and barely got any left the girl who waxed me took so much off, and not happy about my eye lashes i had to go to the doctor to have the glue removed from my eye because it stuck in my eye when she did it i told her it was hurting but she keep on saying its okay honey... Their customer service is SO HORRIBLE. I got my nails done today and the nails were way too small for my fingers, they weren't even, she cut me, she couldn't do designs...I don't understand.
