It's been a few months since I've treated myself to a mani/pedi, so I decided to make an impromptu visit to Elite Nails. I walked in around 10:30 am and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They've made some very nice updates in the last few months. I was so pleased to find beautifully updated massage chairs complete with color changing, iridescent blue glass bowls. So so pretty! Between Paul's expert calf massage and the massage chair, every last bit of stress left my body. My nails were polished with skill and I left there feeling like a million bucks! I have been a regular customer of Tiffany's since 2009. She is hands down the best... very caring, careful, and extremely funny!! I have a 2 week standing apt., however, this week, due to circumstance's beyond my control I stretched it out to 3 weeks... my nails still looked amazing after going 3 weeks without a fill... I'm not sure what has happened but this place has gone down hill. Ive been a regular for over 15 years. The last three times I've been in Tiffany nor Johnny greeted me by my name nor did they even acknowledge that I was there. Tiffany was also very rude to her employees right in front of the customers. There is no reason to chew your employee out in front of everyone, you should of taken them to the back if something was wrong. I stopped in here to get a French gelManicure before a weekend trip. I was slightly taken aback when the lady who greeted me informed me it would be $50 (I had a French gel manicure and a spa pedicure at another local establishment for $70) but I didn't want to drive to another salon. The gentleman who did my nails was nice and friendly but this has to be one of the worst French manicures and gel polish I've ever had. One nail chipped the first day and another started peeling on the second day. Not only that but the white is sloppy, he missed some areas and the smile lines are crooked. There are much better salons in Gulf Breeze that don't charge as much. I won't be back.Update: Four days in and two more nails have chipped off on the edges and another is starting to peel off. I went into Elite as a Walk-in, with three other people for a Bridal Party (was the maid of honor the next day)... They were busy, so we waited for a opening. No wine, beverage or even water offered at any time during Our visit. I upgraded and asked for the "Lilly", but my pedicure was shorter than the person next to me getting the lower level "Daisy". They sat there and talked about us (pointed at my friend's feet) in another language then English, and my Pedicurist seemed a bit put off, when i would interrupt to ask a question, or conversation. Saw him point to a lady sitting at manicurist station, filing her own nails, who happen to be very polite at the door to me, and gesture rolling his eyes. Wish he would of been paying closer attention to my pedicure. He picked up my purse twice and moved it for me (a no-no with me), and asked me to pay before he even painted my nails on my manicure (my friends paid at the end). My Manicurist insisted that i sit at a certain station, when I asked repetitively to sit at another station with the Bride. Not enjoyable listening to him talk in a language i didn't know, even though he spoke English very well when asking for payment. Would of had a much better time with another attendant at the salon I think (I saw several that seemed to be enjoying themselves). I gave a generous tip, because they fit us in as a walk in, and my mani was not started yet, thought he would do a good job. I prepaid, was charged extra, or more than the bundled package because he charged me for the individual services, and felt a bit disappointed by the experience. My nail polish started peeling off at the wedding the next day, and the tips were not finished. I got a clear coat of polish over cheap white tips, when i had paid for and asked for a french beige manicure and pedicure to match. i do not think he was paying attention when I spoke to him, and no one took the time to ask us which services we wanted that day. For a mani and upgraded pedi, i paid close to $80.00. His manicure station was dusty and uncomfortable to sit in as well. On the positive note, maybe he was just having a bad day. Salon seemed to be busy and stay that way, other stations looked presentable, and the pedicure itself was normal. Not for the upgraded price, but passable. There were six ladies in our group...and they fit us in right away...even with two little girls in our group getting their first mani/pedis...and two infants as well...the staff was professional and courteous...and kept these mamas feeling comfortable and relaxed. I frequent this little gem of a nail salon. They always do a great job for a fair price and you are always greeted with a smile. I recommend the Lily pedicure where they give you an extra long leg massage. Clean salon and complimentary wine water or soft drink too. Read Less

The gentleman tending to me gave me passionate care from the time I sat in the massage chair til he sat me down for for my nails to dry at the end. I truly enjoyed the Spa treatment which included something to help relax me. My nails were in very bad condition but the doctor working on me made me feel like a Queen while in his care. In town on vacation and my toes were a wreck.  So happy to find a great salon open on Sunday! Very clean and no wait.  Offered drinks (wine, beer, soda etc.) Billy did a great job on my pedicure, wonderful massage and so polite! Seemed like several locals and visitors in attendance. Very satisfied with this salon, very clean. Made an appointment with a girlfriend for 11am pedicures, came in 5 minutes early and got started right away even in a semi busy salon. Complimentary wine or champagne is provided. Enjoyed the atmosphere however the polish work is a bit sloppy. Read Less

This place has 3 different options for mani and pedi both, he pricier you want to get the more they will do. They take very good care of you and do a great job. Paul has done my nails twice in a row and is great. I am very particular and he graciously changed my nails each time I wanted them filed differently or something changed. Before today, this was my favorite place to get my nails done. But, today's experience was bad enough that I'll never go back. So, I thought I should write a review and share. When I came in today at around 1130am... I told them I had to be at my kiddos school @ 2pm so I had to leave here at least ten minutes before that. They said that wasn't a problem, and I started my pedicure. The pedicure was amazing and the gentleman was friendly and professional. The problem came when I went to get my fill and polish change. My pedicure was over at 12:45-12:50ish. She started my fill. She talked to others and was going SUPER slow. I asked her to please be aware that I didn't have a whole lot of time left. She proceeded to insist on painting one nail and putting it under the light at a time no matter how much I asked her to do them all at once. So, at 1:55 I told her I had to go and needed to pay. I showed her my nailed to ask if they were done and she started putting more polish on and tried to demand that I do one more coat. My kids are special needs I CANT be late picking them up. So, I gave her my card and told her she could have a ten dollar tip and the gentleman who did my pedicure could have a ten dollar tips. She told me with what I owed and the tip it would be $90. She brought my card back and I was in such a hurry I didn't realize that I did not get a receipt. My nails were wet and did get messed up, but that's kind of my fault for not having enough time .. so I'm not mad about that all. BUT I AM MAD about the fact that I get home and check my bank account like I always do each afternoon to keep an accurate ledger for my account. I found a charge for 111.00. So, I thought it was probably a mistake and if I just went in and asked for my receipt I felt sure it could easily be resolved. Nope, they were ugly to me about how if I wanted the amount stated I should have asked for a receipt before I left. They pulled up a different receipt for $110 (not even what was charged to my account.. off by a dollar) and then started creating little extra charges I've NEVER been charged before even once the previous time I've been. What breaks my heart is that I'm a regular. I have been very loyal to them and always tried to tip well. It's not the amount. I don't care about that. It's the integrity level and the fact that they were unpleasant, didn't care about my schedule or attempt to accommodate despite the fairly extremely amount of time that was available to get it done, and most importantly... they were dishonest...so I will be warning everyone in all my children's playgroup.. all the clubs I'm on.. organizations I run.. etc that you shouldn't go there unless you want your card run for an amount you didn't agree to.. and want to be treated appallingly despite previous brand loyalty. People are very nice. Walked in on a Wednesday and was taken straight to a pedi chair. The massage function was hard to get going because the remote was pretty blown out. Had a young man do my pedi and the end result was not very good. He did quite a bit of clean up with acetone (see picture). He should have just slowed down and did a better job in the first place! Went and got a simple polish and loved how sweet the staff was! Had great conversation with my artist and left with one of the best polishes I've ever had. New to area and was looking for a nail salon and ended up here at Elite Nails. I was asked right away what I needed and told them I needed a fill with Gel polish. Niki came right over and helped me choose a color. She was so sweet and easy to talk to. She did a great job on the fill and the polish job was perfect!The Salon was very clean and neat. I got married out on the beach and my bridal party came here for mani-pedis the day before. The pedicures were really good -- free champagne and great service. However, my French gel manicure (the bride) was awful. It was the sloppiest manicure I have ever gotten in my life. I have short nails to begin with and I started off by telling him that I wanted to keep as much length as possible and to go easy on the filing. I also told him I wanted a square shape, and he proceeded to file all of the nails on my right hand into totally round shapes that were unsalvageable. When I stopped him, he blamed me and said I never told him I wanted square, even though I had and he had nodded and acknowledged it. At the end, there was Polish all over my na bed and skin on my fingers, and the tips were all uneven and sloppy. I had to go home and use an at-home kit to fix my horrible manicure. Read Less

We had a wonderful experience today at Elite Nails. I made an appointment but we certainly didn't need one they had plenty of chairs. We were immediately greeted and offered a beverage. They had so many different kinds of wine and champagne to choose from. We each got the deluxe pedicure which was amazingly relaxing and the chairs were very comfortable with nice massagers. The girls were wonderful and sweet. We'd definitely recommend Elite nails to anyone in the area or anyone on vacation that wanted to skip the pricy spas and get much better service! Read Less

Johnny has been doing my nails for 8 years.  He and his beautiful wife, Tiffany, have THE BEST NAIL SALON in the Gulf Breeze/ Pensacola area, maybe the world.  They have been in the nail business for over 20 years and exceed in this areas, not occasionally, but 24/7*Customer service.  Johnny goes over and beyond expectations to accommodate his customers.  You can expect a personal greeting and a cooler stocked with free sodas, juices and bottled waters.*Experienced nail technicians.  All have many satisfied loyal customers who have returned for years.*Comfort.  The pedicure massage chairs are heavenly. There are televisions and magazines galore.*Cleanliness. When I moved to GB in 2007, I tried 6 nail salons. At #6, My big toe became infected, requiring an emergency room visit, before I found Elite Nails. Horrible, horrible, horrible...The owner was having an argument with his wife. She seems very mad and left. It was very unprofessional. The worst part was the sanitation. I came there for a new set of nails and was told to put my hands in a bowl of acetone with a light pink color, yuk, nasty. The acetone was USED. OMG, how can people get away with that. I went with it since I'm not a complaining type but I should have left. My new set was not that great because I broke a nail in the 2nd day and it started coming up from the back on the 3rd day. They charge a high price and give a so so service with an F for sanitation. I wonder how can they still be in business. NEVER AGAIN! Read Less

Always friendly and easy to get in.  Clean, neat establishment in the Publix shopping center right in the center of Gulf Breeze.  Row of ~8 chairs and always fully staffed to handle manicures or pedicures. This little nail spot is located in the Publix plaza. I was extremely fortunate to stumble across this place after trying to walk-in to the only two nail spots in Harbortown. In both of those two places, there were only 1-2 people staffed to handle customers so needless to say, we weren't getting in. Anyways, when I walked into Elite Nails, I was so happy to see the places I am accustomed to in Phoenix. A long line of pedi chairs on one side, manicure chairs on the other, with at least 5 employees hard at work. And it was packed which was a great sign. My mom and I came in for a spa pedicure ($25). I added on the callous remover for $5. My aunt went in for a gel manicure, too, since the other places in Gulf Breeze didn't do them. The staff were extremely friendly and the guy who did my feet did a great job. The leg and foot rub felt awesome and he mentioned that he picked up a few tricks over the last few years. Did I mention he was cute, too? Not too shabby of an experience, I must say. 4.5 stars since I didn't like have to wait as long as I did but hey, if that keeps this place in business, so be it.
