I had a great experience the first time I went here, the pedicure was absolutely amazing! The second time I went here, I got an acrylic fill with a French tip. The polish job was a little sloppy but she did an absolutely phenomenal job on my eye brows. They look great! Within the week though I had one nail completely break and another chip. Just left here and I have to say very rude customer service. Wouldn’t even get up out of the chair to talk to me and left his mask on making it even harder to understand him yelling across the room. Never been refused service. I have had my nails dipped with sns clear and polished with gel for the last six month. And he said he refused to do them. Can not believe someone would let a customer walk out who’s willing to pay. Should’ve listened to the negative reviews. But wanted a place closer to home. I've been coming here for a while now. I've been introduced to the SNS dipping powder and I'm never going back. There are more male nail techs than female techs. I usually don't like male techs doing my nails but one guy name Johnson is truly the best there. There's been about 5 nail techs who has done my nails. Been a nurse I have to keep my nails very short and Johnson actually listens to my requests and gets it right. There's a pregnant tech that does nails but I would not recommend going to her because although her dip technique is precise and your nails look more natural, your nails will chip faster. I've only had my nails done for 24 hours and they've chipped already. Smh so disappointing. Moving along though a regular pedicure costs about $25 and you have the option to upgrade to your choosing. They are a clean establishment and I like the fact that they use liners in their pedicure stations.  SNS dipping powder will run you about $35. If done right it should last you about 3+ weeks. Just make an appointment and stick with Johnson. You can really tell he cares about what he does. I've tried most of their techs but I will be sticking with him. Read Less

Depending on who you get for a pedi it's hit or MISS...last I got a new young man...he was HORRIBLE!! I use Kim for my mani & she's USALLY...WONDERFUL...but I made an appt for her for 6pm - more than enough time before closing! When I got there she had someone in her chair...NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT OR APOLOGY nothing!!! My pedi was RUSHED & SO SLOPPY!! My dip powder mani was also RUSHED & left rough edged. I had 2 nails chip after an SNS mabi in the past...went back they redid it & CHARGED me FULL PRICE..Idk WHY I went back...I am BEYOND DISPLEASED with repeated subpar service. I like this place but only if I get the right person. The gentlemen that did my nails on Friday, May 12th did a poor job for the 3rd time and I didn't have time to wait for the person I normally like going to, but two women were already waiting for him. I decided to give this other man one more chance and my nails are horrible. I got gel mani and reg pedi and my gel already lifted up less then one week of having them done and my toes look horrible. It looks like a 5 year old did my nails and toes. I would recommend Johnson if you go in. He takes his time and does a great job and no wonder he was a long wait because he obviously does a great job. Read Less

The place was nice and looked clean.  It seems very sanitary.  We went for pedicures.  They start at $25 without callus removals and up from there.  The add on menu has some great options.  I had 2 appointments for 6:15.  They took us back and of course set us up.  They helped the person I was with right away while I waited and waited!  The water was not warm and room temp at best.  They did not ask or seem to care.  The person I was with got the classic pedicure with which is $30 for 15 minutes.  Seems a little high for the service given!  I think the lady was in a hurry to help me who was still waiting.    So the person I went is now waiting for me to get mine done.  My tech seemed to have a cold and didn't bother to change her gloves in between wiping her running nose.  For that reason, I will not be back.  I honestly should have got up as she then rubbed my legs with the same gloves.  I really didn't want to be rude or walk out with wet feet but it was not a relaxing time as it should have been.  Another lady switches to do my color after the 1st tech started.  Hopefully to take care of whatever she had.  The only thing they asked or seemed concerned about was if I wanted a manicure.  NO!  I actually didn't want that pedicure. My mom and I went to Bliss after I had a previous positive experience. Both of us received pedicures in which my mom seemed to have enjoyed herself. I, on the other hand, was not asked if I wanted my nails cut although my pedicurist proceeded to cut them anyway. She also cut the skin surrounding the skin several times due to pulling the skin instead of cutting it away. After this, I needed a nail replaced and a fill. My pedicurist proceeded to start working on my nails. After telling me I needed another nail replaced, she popped off the nail and carried on. However, she then decided that several of my nails were lifting underneath. I told her to wait because I wanted to talk to my mom first because I could not see the nail lifting at all. The manicurist proceeded to ignore me and started popping off my nails. This pissed me off an incredible amount and I denied all her offers to fix my nails. For one, I did not agree to start having my nails removed and I refused to pay for additional services when I was ignored. For two, I could have removed my own nails without damaging the nail bed underneath. On top of this, my mother and I both received $35 pedicures and were charged $40 each, leading us to believe that due to me being upset, they buried the price of nail removal ($10) in our pedicures.
