No paraffin wax offered, no sugar scrubs offered, in their spa pedi treatments-- but they do have a decent, attentive nail/cuticle treatment with light foot massage for $30. I was pretty happy with my French tip manicure. It was $35 + $5 to remove the gels I had. I thought Tina did a great job. I got her to remove a little too much length & round them out too much, but that's my fault. The next time I get new tips, I will get them longer & keep them more squared. But she did exactly what I asked & did an awesome job.They could have put more lotion on my hands, or been a little more personable, but all in all, I liked the location & they did a great job. They should get kid prices, tho. Besides that, I liked it, & will prob go back for fill-ins..& to get longer ones next time. (I'm partial to French tips--I got gels at a different nail salon  the day before, & was Not a happy camper.)(I'd give them 5 stars if they were just a little friendlier, & if they'd put lotion on ur hands or something-a light massage, something a little more to moisturize ur hands.) If i could give negative stars I would This place is awful. The Lady that answers the phone is horrible. My mom went there to get her nails done spent a lot of money on her nails and they look so bad she told them she wasn't happy with them and they lady said it was her fault they are like that. They have horrible customer service. They Have young kids working in there that don't know how to do nails doing peoples nails and when its not done right your blaming it on your customers. I will never ever go here again and I hope people read this before going so they don't blame you also. Read Less

I was looking for a nail place closer to my house than Tami nails (my previous go to for nails) and found this one. They were very busy, so I made an appointment to come back. I came here for the first time after looking at online reviews. I made an appointment with swan (as recommended on reviews here). As I walked it, this woman with glasses was very very rude. After selecting my nail paint, I was looking at her to direct me towards swan. She very arrogantly said " swan is right there why are you looking at me?" I explained - as I mentioned on the phone this is my first time here. Other than that, swan was wonderful. Very meticulous and sweet. She did a fantastic job and was nice to talk to. LOVE IT! Best place I’ve been to yet in Gainesville. Staff were friendly and my nail tech was personable. It made my visit great. I got a manicure and pedicure. It lasted a while before needing to change color or reapplying pumice bar to my feet. Pricing was also affordable and cheaper than other places I’d been. $30 for a regular manicure and pedicure. EXCELLENT! I should've came here in the first place to get my acrylics done. This salon was recommended to me by a friend. I came here for a fill on my set of acrylics after being unhappy with the shape that was done at another salon in Gainesville. The nail tech was amazing and kind with me. She was also extremely patient with my tense hands. She reshaped my nails to give them a more natural shape and did an excellent job on the fill. First time here, wanted to try a new place. Arrived at 9:05a, and received a warm welcome. Place was very clean and neat. Pedicure was nice, I feel she spent adequate time. Would have liked more of a massage. Massage chair was ok, nothing special. A different person did my gel nails. He was good, had good, simple conversation and did a great job. Worst nail salon I've ever been to. The gentlemen squeezed my fingers so tight to keep himself steady during my mani it hurts and stabbed at my cuticles on every finger. Far from relaxing and everything looks chipped or smudged. Read Less

Swan Nails has been my go to mail spot for years but last week I had the best experience at swan nails. I got a Mani/pedi and the woman who did the service took her time and did a great job despite the fact that I walked in close to closing time and I'm sure that she had been working all day and couldn't wait to go home.
