Friday, Sep 22/17, I spent over $120 on a full set of nails, a pedi and brow/lip wax. My pedi and wax were fine but my nails are terrible! They are thick, crooked, lumpy. The pics don't really do them justice. I told the older gentlemen that was doing my nails that they were crooked but he said he would fix w/the drill. His idea of "fix" is not mine. They are still bad. I had a busy bday weekend so I did not get back to them until today, Monday 25th. The lady that seems to run the place said I should of said something right away (which I did) that she could fix them but I would have to pay again. I will pay again to get them fixed but not here!!! A friend and I decided to try out this nail salon, and we were both unhappy with the outcome of our gel polish manicures. My nails were filed in different shapes and very weird angles, and both of the manicurists left nail polish on our skin all around our nail beds, as if we had children painting our nails. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for my best friends birthday we both got gel nail pedicure and manicure. I asked for pink and white. When the lady was finished it was just an original French no pink at all. Ok so since I didnt love it I decided to do a color for my fingers. She put the polish on so thick that it paddled in my nail beds. It was uneven and all over my fingers. Almost every single nail was sticking to my skin. I had to oxme home and fix it my self. Meanwhile I told her she did a bad job and didnt let her finish the manicure part. Now im paying its 135.00 she charged me full price for mine and my friends. Ok thats fine so I pay it all. Then I proceed to let her know what a bad job she did and still tiped her. She never once offered to fix my nails or anything. Mind you I go there all the time for my pedicures. DO NOT GO HERE. I went in here to get my eyebrows waxed a few weeks ago and they did a good job. I went in again today to get them done but by a different employee, and specifically stressed to the woman that I had been growing my eyebrows out and wanted to keep them thicker. I had told her the last place I used to go to took half my eyebrow off. Apparently she didn't listen because when I got into the car and looked in the mirror this woman had taken more than half of my whole eyebrow off, and took the WHOLE inner eyebrow part off! My eyebrows were straight shaped before she waxed them and now they have huge clown like arches and are so thin they look drawn on. I have never had someone mess up my eyebrows this badly.  I don't know why they have people here who clearly have no idea what they're doing. Read Less

This place is so unprofessional. Do not go here for a normal manicure. No one was wearing a uniform or any kind of identifying garment and when we first walked up we had no idea who was an employee and who was a guest. Then, when we were served (by a girl who I am almost certain was in high school) she just waved us away and told us to pick our nail colors. After we sat down the high schooler worked on my friend and a guy worked on me. Halfway through my friends manicure, the girl just picked up her phone and literally went on twitter for about 10 minutes while my friend just sat waiting. Do not go here. I was led there today from the decent reviews it had on Google.When we got there we could not differentiate between who worked there and who didn't. When we were finally approched by someone, we were unprofessionally told to pick a color and sit down. My friend's manicurist asked her how she wanted her nails done; whereas, my manicurist began to give me the worst manicure I have ever gotten.First off she filed all my nails into different shapes and sizes and decided it was time to take a break and start texting for the next 5 minutes while I sat there in disbelief. I had to ask her to file down my pinky because it was considerably longer than all the nails - mind you, she seemed incredibly upset that I asked her. On a side note, halfway through getting her nails done, my friend's manicurist walked away, without warning, to have someone else finish off the work. This obviously led to an inconsistent outcome that she was not pleased withFinally my manicurist painted my nails and neglected to realize how uneven all the coats were and how poorly they were drying because she was too busy on her phone. It has only been 4 hours and there are bubbles in my nails and they are already peeling.I'm taking them off with acetone as I type this and will fix them. Save yourself the trouble, invest those $14 into a starter package at Cutco, and have a child paint your nails for fun to get the same results. Read Less

This place did an excellent pedicure for a good price! $35 for a uv gel pedicure and they worked wonders on my rough heels.  A little slow, but I enjoy when they take their time and give me a good pedi instead of just rushing through.  I was very pleased. Read Less

I went in to get a regular manicure and while the lady was doing my nails she clipped a big part of my cuticle off two of my nails and they would not stop bleeding. We ended up walking out and had to go to a local cvs to get ointment and bandaids. Would not recommend! Read Less

Went in for a pedi and walked out with something looking like a 5 year old painted my toes.  I went home and removed the polish and re-painted them myself.  An older woman worked on me and I felt like she was going to slip and cut me with the cuticle cutter and her hands were shaking with the polish, so it ended up all over my skin and in clumps on my toes.  My nails were also jagged and sharp.  Definitely will not be going back. I walked in at 4pm and the place was empty.  The girl that did my nails, I'm  sorry to say, seemed like she had NEVER done a manicure in her life.  She held the utensils awkwardly, she filed my nails very badly and let's not even talk about the cuticle cutter and how poorly she used it.  She even held my fingers like she didn't know what she was doing...perhaps it was her first day, but even so, all I wanted was a simple manicure.  VERY BAD vibe here and I cannot possibly recommend, still looking for a nice place to go...suggestions? Considering we were 3 walk ins for acrylics coming into an under staffed facility I was worried. They definitely proved me wrong! The man who did my nails did a perfect job with nails that lasted for nearly a solid month! Sure it took awhile but they were under staffed. So to handle a sudden influx of people so well was sign if skilled nail techs and customer service to me. I recommend people coming here. Reasonable rates for a lasting, high quality result. Do not go here. Granted, the young man that did my pedicure was good. The gel manicure I got was performed by a truly skill-less woman of middle age. She was clearly annoyed and slopped on gel like a kinder gardener. First she inflicted abrasions on all of my cuticles, then followed with searing pain when she applied the various gel products. My nails looked absolutely awful and I spent the next few days chipping at the outsides so that the gel was on my nails only and not my skin. This was bad enough, but it got worse. It took me 4 separate attempts to remove the "gel" with 100% pure acetone, which (each time) was left on for HOURS and finally scraped off by a nail tech. What sort of "gel" is this??!!
