I walked in at 5:20pm to get an acrylic fill in. The man asked what I wanted, no hello, I said could I please have a fill in, he said no sorry..... No further explanation. I didn't bother to ask why because he didn't seem concerned enough with customer service to explain.

Walked in there to get my eye brows waxed... the guy at the reception table took a look at me and said “we are sorry we can’t. We are very busy”. Keep in mind that this was a Tuesday afternoon and the place was DEAD. I looked at him and asked ok how long is the wait. He tells me an hour plus.... I took my service else where..... Very rude

I love, love, love this nail salon. I have tried many places and come back to this hidden gem. I work in jacksonville and live in Lake City. I have tried 11 other places with terrible nail results....

Amazing nail salon I stumbled upon, the staff is supper nice and efficient. I got white gel nails, which is usually a pain to perfect, but they did the best job I've ever had. Additionally, the pedicure was super relaxing and they really pay attention to your feet and legs aside from your toenails. I will definitely be going here again, highly recommend coming here and visiting the eyebrow place by Minoo next door! One stop shop for pampering!

Went here last week for a pedi and they rubbed my feet for 15 minutes. Only nail place in Gainesville that has done that. My new favorite spa.

This place is TERRIBLE. I don't know what the guy tried to do but he literally separated my nail from my finger and then open another cut on my cuticle by pulling the skin. I was bleeding for 15. And...
This place is TERRIBLE. I don't know what the guy tried to do but he literally separated my nail from my finger and then open another cut on my cuticle by pulling the skin. I was bleeding for 15. And he over charged me by $5. I will never go back.

They offer any type of nail service you could possibly want and also have a large variety of waxing services available, all at very reasonable prices in todays market. Their nail polish color selections come in a larger variety than most any nail shop I've ever been too. The service is friendly and walk-ins are welcome, but I must warn you they do stay pretty busy most all of the time because they always aim to please.I can say that if you want your nails superbly taken care of this is the place to go! I've personally used members of this family to take care of all of my nail care needs for more than 13 years. Yes folks, thats before they ever opened their family owned and operated business here in Gainesville and were employeed elsewhere. They are terriffic, good, honest people, who work hard and take pride in their work.If you give them a try I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Very pleasant atmosphere, customer friendly & quality work as long as you've got time to spare. There's one lady who speaks the "best" English of them all, so she manages the office.
In doing so with her greeting customers, taking appointments & answering the phones while doing my fill-in (by appointment) . I went in at 4pm & left at 6, my nails looked great though & they always last til the next fill!

Amazing nail salon I stumbled upon, the staff is supper nice and efficient. I got white gel nails, which is usually a pain to perfect, but they did the best job I've ever had. Additionally, the pedicure was super relaxing and they really pay attention to your feet and legs aside from your toenails.
