Charged me $35 for a fill. Did a terrible job. To be more specific, I got a gel fill on my acrylic nails. Was charged $35, $40.25 after tip to be exact.

Walked in for the first time yesterday and got a mani-pedi. Fantastic customer service. I met several customers that had been doing business with Lux for a long time and they all had wonderful things to say. My nails came out great and feet came out nice and smooth. Will definitely go back and I can see myself making this place my new nail home.

I went here yesterday for the first time. I was skeptical because Gainesville doesn’t have a good rep with nail salon. I got a manicure and pedicure and the service was very good. My nail tech was attentive and got every detail. I highly recommend and will be back!

The people here are always so nice and professional. And my nails always come out looking great! I also enjoy that they do not press other services on me. If I come in for my nails, they respect that is all I need. There's no pressure to spend more than necessary.

Quality products are used here...Tina is awesome! Her shellac literally lasts for 2-3 weeks and I workout daily with barbells. I usually call ahead but if I have to wait, it’s worth it.

Tina and her team always do a fantastic job. I've been getting my nails done by her for at least 8 years and am never disappointed. Shop is clean and massage chairs are super comfy.

I came out of town for memorial day, and decided to come to Lux to get my nails done. It was the closest nail salon to the area I was staying at. As I procede to get my nails refilled the man doing my nails ignored me on multiple occasions while I asked him questions. He was very rough with my nails. Told me one price for my nails and it ended up being a different price, after everything was done. The employees in that shop is very rude and do not have people skills. I neverrrrr ever do reviews ever, but I felt like I needed to say my peice. I also work in a customer service feild and I understand the importance of being respectful and understanding the customer concerns which the employee at LUX in Gainesville FL did not.

I LOVE this place. Best foot massage and best massage chairs in town. Very clean and great customer service. Prices are comparable to most places in town.

I came out of town for memorial day, and decided to come to Lux to get my nails done. It was the closest nail salon to the area I was staying at. As I procede to get my nails refilled the man doing my nails ignored me on multiple occasions while I asked him questions. He was very rough with my nails.
