This place is awful. I had a gel manicure on Saturday and 3 of the fingernails have already peeled off by Monday. I live over  an hour away from the salon so it's not like I can jump in my car and just go have them fixed. I asked for my money back and was told "no that they don't have any money so they're working for money and can't give mine back!!!" Ludacris. Yes I work for my money too so it's very annoying when I spend 30 bucks on something and it lasts for 1 day. Not to mention my nails look like my 2 year old painted them. There is nothing lovely about this place.  I only went because is down the street from home. The lighter skin man was rushing for pedi and shellac. He did a half a.. job putting clear polish everywhere.  I told him to be careful, I have a cut. He didn't listen and kept trying to file. Ugh, see my shellac nails after 1 day. I paid $45 before tip for shitty service. Never again. Beaware. Also, seems like they don't sanitize thoroughly. Read Less

Took my bestie for pedis for her birthday, the guy cut the side of my toe when scrubbing my foot. He told me to put it back in the water after he put a band-aid on it, and apologized. Was unsure of going here due to the previous reviews but it's close to home and decided to give it a go. It was absolutely amazing! I don't know the name of the lady that did my nails but I've never had someone so focused on the perfection of my nails before! It started to get busy and with only a few people working she kept her focus and didn't rush, I really felt valued as a customer. I have nothing bad to say about my experience and would for sure visit again. No lumps or thin lines in my shellac, my nails have full coverage and a nice thick coat (she did 3 layers of the colored polish) and they look great. Read Less

Worst nail shop Iv ever been to in my life. Had a pedicure and one foot did not even soak before she trimming cuticulas. Watched tv while filing my nails. A kindergarder could have done better at painting. Very rushed, rough, and unprofessional. Employees were rude and did not like being asked to fix their mistake. Read Less

This salon is top notch. Prices are super reasonable. I started coming here 5 years ago for pedicures and came back for the wonderful leg massages. Every time, I got the same great service. Honestly, Paul and Van are the best.Read Less

First of all let me say this.  The massage done by this lovely lady was really nice and relaxing and hence I am even giving this place one star.  the older gentleman who was working on his own rushed my nails.  I asked him to fix one hand but this is how the fixed job looks like. My 2 year old can do a better job at nails.  If the owner of the nail salon is reading this please fire this guy.  There were so many customers who came in and I wish I had shown them my nails before leaving to save their money.  I am so sad that this guy does not get it.  We go to get nails done to relax not to get a shitty job like this.  Plus mine were get so there we go, not just wasted money but my time as well.  I really wish they let this guy go if they want to survive.  I was very unhappy today. The guy rushed. Cut my nails crocked and barely filed. My cuticals look the same after as they did before. And he was sloppy with the nail polish. This was the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had, and I had to fix it myself. Will never be going back. Read Less

Have chosen this salon for pedicures & acrylics since 2007. The salon opened around that time. I have had one less-than-great experience, and that was w/the older gentlemen I believe another reviewer referenced. (The people here are kind & honest; they will correct any problem if you just ask.) I avoid that particular man because he always rushes & does not appear to be concerned about detail. The other family regulars are wonderful & wonderfully talented. If you want the best service, request the following: BIN (Betty) for acrylics, WENDY for any nail art (Bin is #2), & PAUL (great guy w/excellent English) for pedicures. If u use Paul for a pedi & want any art other than lines, just tell him you'd like Wendy or Bin to do the design. Paul takes a GREAT deal of time on your feet...assuring you leave w/a perfect pedicure. (French costs $25. Regular $20.) Staff will agree w/my assessment of their talents. In fact, Paul corrected me on my individual assessments:) This establishment uses an electric file & happily takes suggestions. No one has ever been put out by requests for additional filing, a change in water temp, or a redo of the French nail white tip. I love these people! There is a sign posted that there are no refunds, but they will gladly correct any problem.Avoid the weekends (if you dont have an appointment). I suggest you ALWAYS schedule your appointment! Friday after 4:00 & weekends are very busy unless there's a UF game. (No need for an appt during game times.) U will likely not be happy if u go in over the weekends w/o an appointment. There is a large TV on the wall, & the chairs are high back massage chairs. The chairs alone are reason enough to go here;) I often see a client watching the TV as one staff member provides the pedi and another does the manicure simultaneously. I prefer to use no other area salon, but have used a few prior to stumbling upon this place years ago. With all the pedis I've had here, I've never had any sizable issue w/ this friendly staff, & I've had no better pedi (or acrylic nails) elsewhere.
