I try not to leave bad reviews because I've worked customer service my whole life and I try to give service workers the benefit of the doubt but, this service was very poor and the nails peeled within a week. The tech shaped them well and adhered to my specifications, but the top coat started to peel two days later. I have NEVER seen this so I don't know what kind of product or techniques they're using but are subpar. Also, the techs are quiet and don't talk at ALL. My tech didn't even say hello. The tech next to me doing another lady's nails had his phone ringing off the hook the whole time and didn't even leave the nail bar to have his conversation when he picked it up (in the middle of her session mind you). I went in on a monday afternoon and the place was a mess like it was prom week. The tools don't look to be sanitized properly at all. The young man at the desk was very kind and consulted me on the services, but I asked about the gel base and he said they only had one associate that did that and he wasn't in even though their service list SPECIFICALLY recommends this service over acrylic. I was listening to the brow shaping tech in the other room concealed by a glass wall and she seemed to provide excellent service, both through speech and trade, which made the nail techs seem so much more lackluster. After getting a simple acrylic full set with gel polish, I'm glad I didn't go for the higher price services because I don't know what kind of disaster I would have gotten myself into if I did. Waited 40 mins when I was told it would be "about 20." Service is lacking. The woman doing my nails barely spoke 10 words to me the entire time. She did not ask what shape I want on my nails, but when sheshe started shaping them I figured they looked fine. $55 later with tip and I figure they look okay. I will definitely not be going back. I was super excited to get my nails done here. My friend told me about this place and I have been planning on coming for weeks. Finally today I went to treat myself and enjoy a manicure. It was more of a relaxation thing for me. When I went in it looked so nice to me. However my boyfriend and I never really were greeted. Then when seated the receptionist was doing my nails and running to the counter over and over again. They were busy so I understood, however when he left and came back he never once said sorry or excuse me. On top of that he kept aggressively grabbing at my fingers and when filing my nails and buffing them he wouldn't even look at my nails. The entire time he kept looking around as if someone was after him. My boyfriend was pretty upset since he was being so rude to me. I ended up with a messed up manicure and not tipping. Now I love to tip people. I work in customer service and know how important tips are, but i just couldn't give it to this guy. I'm not a person to leave a review, but this was the worst nail experience I have ever had. My normal salon was closed today, but I figured I would enjoy a relaxing "'me" day and said I'd try this place out since it looks adorable. I arrived at 12:30 for a basic pedicure and to have my nails dipped. I was immediately sat in a pedi chair. On my already dipped nails placed, cotton balls with acetone on them. Which is not what you do, it's like acrylic on top of your existing nails. I stated this when the receptionist was doing it. She said "I don't know what I'm doing, but they told me to do this." My pedicure was incredible with the owners brother. Fast forward, at the end of the pedicure a different nail tech comes over and starts removing my cotton balls from the nails.. the cotton balls were DRIED to my dip. The tech ripped them off.. I truly say I'm the chair in tears. I made it very clear how uncomfortable it was. My dipped nails came out clear, lumpy, and look awful. My fingers are literally in pain. After every dip under blue light they literally burned... I'm not disappointed, but rather in actually uncomfortable pain from this experience of the failure to soak the gel off properly. Go to pay, they charged me $15 for this "soak" and $90 later.. I'm here writing this review in the parking lot at 3:25 because they were so unorganized I waited the majority of the time. 😞 Update: They dipped my nails in acrylic powder. It took my regular nail place soaking my nails in acetone 3 hours to get off my finger nails. Read Less

Went in to get a pedicure, have been here several times before with no issues. Was completely ignored by a petite staff member. There was a gentleman finishing up with another customer in front of me. Two ladies came in after I did, the petite staff immediately spoke to them and asked what they needed. She immediately placed them in spa chairs for their pedicures. By then another staff member came to assist me and placed me into a chair. The two ladies who were seated before me tried to tell them that I was there before them and should be assisted first. The petite staffer ignored them and even ignored her co-worker who advised her to do me first. It was apparent that she did not want to assist me. By this time I had had enough and proceeded to walk out. They have effectively lost my business as well as that of my two daughters who get acrylics quite frequently... Read Less

My nails look great. The place is a little pricey, but it's super fancy. You get to sit in a massage chair for the manicure, and lots of drinks to choose from! I'm only not giving 5th stars because the manicurist nicked me a couple of times with the cuticle clippers, but she was quick to respond. Would definitely recommend. Read Less

Impeccably clean, friendly and professional. I'm VERY picky about my nails and not easily impressed. Roth was focused, yet still talkative. He owns/runs the Salon and was on top of all that was going on in the salon while still making me a priority. I enjoyed a glass of wine and listening to music while we chatted and left with a beautiful new set of nails! What more can you ask for? I was so impressed that I've already made my fill appointment along with a Pedicure. Love this place!!!! Read Less
