CiCi is the owner and she is truly amazing. She is the best at doing nails of all kinds. She does the most beautiful free hand designs. Her pedicures are second to none; you really walk out feeling like you have brand new feet. By far though I get the most compliments on my Glittery Pink & White nails (done by Cici of course). Nails too thick, asked her to thin them and she became very argumentative. I asked her to follow the natural curve of my nails she made them straight anyway. Anyone who has curve nails knows in order to make them look straight you have the bulk up the acrylic on the tip, so that should let you know how thick they are. Then she said if I wanted her to fix them I need it to pay more money because it was a lot of work. She was already charging $40 for an overlay on my own nails. I didn't feel I needed to pay extra money for her to fix her mistake she didn't have to make the acrylic that thick to begin with. I'm not the type to write reviews, in fact this is my first one ever. But if I can save someone from making the mistake that I made I wanted to try. Stay away from this place, horrible service. In the end, I did pay her but I told her to spend it wisely because that's the last $40 you'll get from me and that I would be writing a review on the horrible service. In fact, if you check out the reviews on this place, I don't see one positive one. Wish I had checked prior to me going there. After letting them know my little girl wanted a pedi/mani as a birthday present we waited an hour just for them to put her in a pedi chair and file and paint her fingers and toes. That's it. No soak, no lotion, no massage. Then she was told to move from the chair she was in with wet nails and had her shoes pushed into her hands because he needed the chair. All of the chairs were empty and the client was even told to choose whichever chair they wished. There was no reason for my daughter to move! After going home 3 nails had the polish peel off. 5 stars for taking walk ins, being very affordable, and artistry. Just got a manicure for some photos I was having done and the gentleman was very nice! He entertained me because he was filing my nails to the beat of the music playing in the salon. Usually when I get a french tip manicure, it doesn't  last thru the day it was done after I have put my hands through normal daily activity. There were both a male and female nail tech working when we arrived. Waited an hour after requesting to have my nails done by the female tech. When she was finishing up with her current client, she told me to let the make tech do my nails. I requested that the female tech do my nails, yet again. The male tech said, "Oh well! Bye bye!" The female tech said, "I don't want to do nails any more, I'm tired after this client (the client she was currently working with)."We waited an hour to be told that the female tech was to tired to do my nails. My 10 yr old daughter and I walked in for gel mani and pedis. I got a super pedi and it was great. Hot stone, towel wrap, callus remove all for $50. My daughter had standard pedi and gel manicure for $54. We tried across the street, but they were booked with a wait. That place smelt so chemically and all the acrylic files going. I'm not sure why they are #1 on nails. Especially since they don't allow children to wait unless they are getting a service. Pretty Nails was much nicer, smaller and cleaner. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because they don't use disposable tub liners. I think today's standards definitely call for tub liners. Read Less

I always go here to get my nails done but the last couple of times they just did not listen to what I wanted. This is the last time I will ever give them my money. I asked for my nails to be cut just a little shorter than they were not cut all the way down to the tips of my fingers. I went in with a really dark pink that they did last time the nail tech decided that that was too dark I guess cuz it's lighter now. I asked for them to be square I got the corners rounded I asked for a design and got none and to top it off I have two cuts from the nail file. I tried to make an appointment with CC because she always does my nails nice and listens to what I want and never cuts me and she said no he did a good job use him again. On vacation and wanted for me and my daughter to get a manicure and pedicure for our trip to Disney. I was looking for a place that would do designs and called several in the area until I found this one. I am so happy I did! They were polite, attentive and very sweet to my 3 year old.   I showed them a picture off Pinterest and it was followed exactly! The woman is very talented. We chatted about Disney. Overall it was a very relaxing experience. The place is clean. The staff polite and accommodating. Can't recommend this place enough! Read Less

I have been to many nail places in FP. This one is always amazing. CC and her staff are always courteous and professional. After getting my nails and my self respect ripped to shreds by other nail places, CC took me in and fixed it. Gay friendly environment. I will never go anywhere else again!!! Reasonably priced.
