People were very welcoming and did an amazing job on my nails with the shape and length but the guy doing my nails seemed very on edge and rushed also focusing on the people coming through the doors. he was very nice and i love my nails but they are too thin to the point where i can bend them, when i get a fill at my regular place i’m gonna need to ask them to make them a bit thicker so they don’t bend! over all very satisfied with my visit didn’t take more then an hour. This place was visually nice... however the service was HORRIBLE, the girls working there are RUDE!!! I went in for relaxing full manicure and pedicure... What I got was a chair side nail file and half ass polish, clear by the way..( I asked and showed the girl coral 3 times.) The girl doing my pedicure kept stabbing me, then didn't clean under my toenails or the sides.. She wrapped my legs with cold towels and went to get the polish, which she couldnt find after walking back and forth through the salon talking to the other girls for 10 min.... I finally got up and left. One of the worst salons I have ever been to!!! If you want to be treated like cattle and totally disappointed, the this is your salon. Otherwise stay away!!! HORRIBLE!!! Omg I had the WORST experience here when I first heard about it I loved it but I went right before closing one day and it was a hot mess they were rude and rushing speaking in their native tongue complaining. First they had me setting in the pedicure chair for 15 minutes the water had got cold and I told her she turned the water on really hot, then I asked for two acrylic nails and they did overlay and she didn’t put the gel all over my toes so the next day it looked a hot mess once she finished she snatched the 50$ out my hand and giggled they can’t have my money anymore honestly Read Less

The front desk woman is very kind and professional with her tone of voice. I love coming here mainly because it's so nice and everyone is so friendly. Everyone is so kind and I just allow them to do whatever ever on my nail design and they kill it each and everytime! I received so much commitment on my nails. I love that they have so many nail colors collections and they can do all kinds of designs. They also let you bring in your picture on nail design and they design it exactly like the pictures. This place is way better than all the nail salon I have been to in fort Myers and trust me, I been around to mostly every nail salon in town. Ive been getting my nails done for over 17 years and I appreciate the service here a lot. A very fancy and beautiful nail salon and the place is always so busy busy regardless what time of the day I come in but they always manage to take good care of me right away because they have a lot of staffs working. I always get in and out less than an hours if I'm getting nails and designs done. I come back for a pedicure another day because I can't afford too much of my time in the salon but their pedicure choices in the menu is awesome! I am very picky when it comes to my nails. I have not once walked out of a nail salon & been happy with them. But this place is awesome. I showed Sin the nail tech a pic of what I wanted & I can honestly say my nails looked better than the picture. He was also very nice & funny! I deff recommend everyone to this salon! Read Less

This is for their new location on Daniels. The first time we went in the morning and it was fine. Got right in and they did an awesome job, other than the fact two of my nails came off in a few days because it was like they weren’t put on very well. But the last two times were just sucky and rude. I went with a friend and they weren’t busy, they sat her in the back somewhere and never even sat me somewhere just stayed up front and waited. Like an hour goes by and I’m still wa...iting and my friend, who wanted a fill, had aluminum around her nails. They were taking them off. So not even doing what she asked. Then they started taking other people before me. And totally ignored us. So she cane and sat up in the lobby part with me because they still were ignoring her. So we left and went to this location on six mile and got seated right away and no problems. Today my Mama and I went and we had an appointment and they took us sat us down, and they did my pedicure right away and they started on her almost an hour after. They also took other people who came after her instead. It was ridiculous. Their new location has no idea how tor in a business clearly. Maybe when they can start taking customers who came first and had appointments instead of making them wait an hour this location will get more business. But honestly just go to the six mile location. I had been a customer at this spa for almost 2 years. Service has declined dramatically over the last couple of months. Appointments mean nothing to them. The last 3 times I have gone there I had an appointment each time. First time, the nail tech tells me he has to go home (after telling me 30 minutes earlier on the telephone to come in at 1PM). Second time I came for my appointment and the shop was locked up. Employees were sitting outside waiting for someone to show up with a key. 30 minutes later someone showed up and opened the door. Third time, they again ignored me appointment and took a walk in ahead of me. When I complained, they were extremely rude and told me I was a troublemaker. I was supposed to get dip on my nails. They couldn't get the story straight on which colors were available. The person filed my nails down so much, they've never been this brittle/thin. It was put on so thick that it actually started popping off working 3 days. The person who did my toe nails was so sloppy with the polish and left it all over toes. It was also placed so thick on my nails and before I got up I had to ask her to fix it because she left the whole side of my toe nail unpainted and was just going to leave it that way.
