THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE I WISH I COULD UPLOAD A PICTURE OF MY NAILS! The lady owner is very rude. I went in for a simple fill and gel color and I didn't like the way the muscle guy polished my nails bc they were very lumpy and the polish was not evenly spread! I should have know something was up bc they onlylet him polish the nails bc he only knows how to polish and he doesn't even know how to do that! When I finished I explained to him that the polish was not evenly spread it was so noticeable and had big bubbles in it! I decided I didn't want that color on my nails like that so they made me wait over 20mins to change the color so I decided I didn't want a color at all and I would just like the polish off and I'll just pay for the fill in which was 15! She demanded I pay full price for her time and I said no I am not and she threatened to cut off my nails and I'm like wow you didn't put them on so how dare you! Long story short she came outside being disrespectful to me bc I decided to just leave after she starting talking trash and roughly drilled my polish off of only 3nails and told me to leave! MAYBE BC IM BLACK LOL IDK WHAT WAS UP BC I CAME IN VERY HAPPY AND DELIGHTED AND LEFT UPSET AND ANNOYED! Only good thing is I didn't have to pay for such TERRIBLE SERVICE! THEY SUCK I EVEN HAD TO GO BACK TO THE GUY WHO DID MY FILL IN BEFORE I GOT MY POLISH PUT ON BC HE MISSED PUTTING ACRYLIC ON A WHOLE SIDE OF MY THUMB like my natural nail was showing lol they are a joke! This is a wonderful find for anyone in need of a great mani-pedi while in the Fort Myers area. I was greeted warmly and sat down to one of the best mani -pedis I've had in a long time. Rothy was my nail tech and she is both experienced and meticulous in her work. I would highly recommend you make an appointment' but they also seemed fine with walk ins. I have to tell you I am VERY picky about getting my brows done I was in the area for a wedding and was pretty apprehensive but I made the best choice by coming here. My brows are done perfectly, my manicure and pedicure are emaculate and BEAUTIFUL! Best nail shop I've come across. I truly wish I lived here because the service was TOP notch. I love this place! I work in the medical field, and previously when I have gotten a shellac manicure it has lasted a week at best before chipping. My manicure here lasted the full two weeks thanks to my meticulous nail technician! The shop is also clean and the staff, who are family members, are very nice. I got an infection! Yes they have a large selection of polishes, but that's not worth your finger swelling and having to get on antibiotics to remove the infection! They don't clean their utensils properly- I saw someone "washing"the nail clippers in their kitchen sink. And my nails didn't look that great. There is one young girl there that's really sweet. The place is clean and the people are nice, however I when got home I realized I had a nasty cut on the back of my ankle and a week later it is still a pretty nasty hole on the back of my ankle. Never returning. All nail salons should pay attention when using the callus remover. Read Less

I LOVE my gel french manicure! I'm not sure what her name is, but the younger girl did an amazing job on my nails and she was also very friendly. This is the best french manicure I've ever gotten. This nail salon is pretty on the outside but it's b.s when it comes to what matters. I paid too much money and didn't get the service I deserved. Not only did she not notice the smudge on my two toes , refused to fix it and I believe she is filling her gel polish with regular polish. I could tell by the drying that something was of and sure enough when I get to work gel is hard to come off but when I started to use my hands the polish started coming right off. Got there at 10 after 6 pm. They were a lil busy therefore i waited 10 mins. The decor is beautiful all thru out the store. I give them 2 stars because i have gotten the gel mani and my nails chip after the 2nd day. Not just one nail but 3 nails. They were very nice and talkative group but not the best place for any gel mani.I did call the nail salon a few days later to complain about my nails. I was told i can come in that day so that they may repair my nails and they will be open until 7. I got there at 630pm and the store was closed. I will not be back. Read Less

Fabulous in Fort Myers! I've been missing out! Lots of Opi colors. The decor is amazing. Very relaxing and they played great music, which added to the cool vibe. They have a great selection of OPI nail polishes and they also do shellac. Before going to this place I had stopped by two other nail salons earlier that day but they both looked very sketchy. I am new to the area so finding a good nail salon is on my to do list. I've definitely found a place. Its clean, they have a great selection of OPI colors and the place is pretty trendy.
