I came here about one week ago with my mom. I’m very particular on where I go for nails, and decided I give them a shot after reading good reviews. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied whatsoever. We were there for three hours, my mom got a pedicure and pink and white tips. I got the dip powder. I was informed that the dip powder lasts 4 weeks long, they’re water resistant, and will not lift. I paid 40$ one week ago for my dip nails, and each one of them came right off and lifted. My mom got acrylics, and hers are perfectly in tact. I called about a refund, which of course, thy don’t do. Rather they offered they do it again. If it wasn’t right the first time, and they only have 2 people who do the dip powder there, why would I return again? When I called to complain, she told me that dip powder lasts 2 weeks and u need a fill every two weeks! If this is the case, why is every nail salon telling me what I was originally told. They last 4 weeks, and do not lift... I will not return here, and advise if you want your nails done to set up your whole day here and if they mess up they will offer to redo them, rather than to refund. Less than satisfied.

I have been going there for about 4 months. At the beginning I was very happy with Michael when he did my pedicures (he gave the best massages ever...mostly why I kept going back.) Unfortunately, he no longer works there. Tommy has been doing either my dip nails or gel refills. I stopped doing the dip powder because they would crack on the sides within a week. When I get my gel refills they don't paint your nails all the way back to the cuticle, I guess so that you can return sooner. It has happened to me with more than one technician. Yesterday tommy wasn't in so I did the usual with Emily, who I believe is the owner. My nails came out ok but again they don't paint them all they way back to the cuticle. It was $55 and I paid $25 with a gift card and the rest with a $100. She did not give me the proper change back. She gave me $45. While I was doing my nails I told her I was ordering from Tijuana flats next door. As I was walking next door I realized she didn't give me the right change so I picked up my food and went back to the nail studio. I walked in and she didn't say a word she just looked at me. I told her that she didn't give me the proper change and that's when she said "oh yeah here is your $25." This can happen to anyone but this put the lid on the bottle for me. She could have came to get me or shouted at me to let me know (hey here is your money.)
They also mix in one nail polish with another so my pedicures would also chip within a few days.

The staff at nail studio are the best! The prices are great and they really take their time. I recently moved to the Fort Myers area, and I have not found a better salon. Highly recommend.

Been looking for a place to get a decent pedicure forever. I’m super picky when it comes to my pedicures. Nail Studio delivered! The environment is relaxing. Everyone was nice. Cindy was amazing! Such a great personality too. She did a fantastic job and recommended a perfect nail color too (I hate picking a color!). The person who wrote a bad review of her on here had to be mistaken with names or something because Cindy is GREAT! Do yourself a favor and give this place a chance!

Wonderful experience! I had a mani pedi by Michael, I did not expect foot, shoulder massage, hot towels in the basic package. I will definitely be back bringing friends!!

Never liked my nails so much. I got exactly want I wanted and they have a bunch of colors to choose from. Staff is friendly and the prices are affordable. I definitely recommend.

Decent service, but the lady absolutely did not listen. Someone had to step in on my gel mani to fix what my nail technician did. I'm not pleased with a regular gel manicure taking 1 hour, with no hand massage. My nails ended up looking fine, but I would not go here just for the waste of time and that I had.

Nail studio is by far the best salon i've ever been too. Everyone is so kind and welcoming over there! they always ask if you need anything and i find it to be very caring and professional. The store was very clean unlike some salons. It smells so fresh and lovely. I love they're lotion collection I wanted all them! All of the workers were so friendly. i love nail studio and highly recommend it to everyone! GO NAIL STUDIO!

My daughter and i have come in several times for both nails and toes. The pedicures are great and our nails always look good. If they are busy, they can still take care of you by giving you gift certificates for your next visit for any inconvenience. They have drinks if you want them. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Duy and Emily have always taken care of us but i have seen the work of the others in the salon and it looks really good too. I will continue coming here.

My absolute favorite nail salon in Fort Myers. I have been going to Duey for over 3 years now. He never disappoints. The place is very clean, and the staff is friendly. Nothing better then sitting in the pedicure chair after a long day of work with a glass of wine while getting pampered! Highly recommend this shop!

This is the second time that I've gone to this place and it is horrible. Why would I go back? My friend swears that it is great, so I decided to give it another try. The first time, I decided to try gel, one nail chipped and the second pealed the same day. The guy filed the polish off of my nails instead of using remover. It took a month for the filed part to grow away. The second time, waste of money. I could go to the mall and spend $5 on a massage chair and my have my 6 year old son do a better job.

The employee removed my color while cursing and complaining about how much work it was. 5 minutes later he refused to continue because "it was too much work ". Horrible service and extremely unprofessional. The young man refused me service as if I was an option due to personal reasons. There are 50 salons in that area so don't waste your time or money.

I think this is going to be my permanent nail salon! I received a pedicure and a manicure. The pedicure chairs were amazing. The chairs are up on a stand so you sit higher and the techs don't need to strain their back so much. You have 3 pedicure options to choose from. Then I wanted to try the LCN on my manicure. Duy, the tech did a FANTASTIC job on my nails. He also explained the process and why it was healthier. I'm happy I chose this place.

I've been looking for a reliable nail salon in the Ft. Myers area for awhile now......and The Nail Studio is definitely my long term pick! It's without a doubt the most sanitary, spotlessly clean salon I've ever experienced! Michael did my pedicure and did an outstanding job. Duy has done my manicure (fill) twice now and is the most professional technician I've ever enjoyed. And I've been having my nails done for a looooong time! Easy to get to, great service from a very friendly staff, reasonable prices to boot........give them a try. You'll be so happy you did! I certainly am.

This nail salon is fantastic! It's very sanitary and nice! The massage pedicure chairs are top of the line and they use disposable tub liners. They also have every nail polish color in existence. Michael did my pedicure and gave the best foot/leg massage I've ever had. He spent at least 20 minutes just massaging them. They are running a grand opening special so all of their services are 30% off. This pedicure was perfect and I'll be back!

I came here about one week ago with my mom. I’m very particular on where I go for nails, and decided I give them a shot after reading good reviews. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied whatsoever. We were there for three hours, my mom got a pedicure and pink and white tips. I got the dip powder. I was informed that the dip powder lasts 4 weeks long, they’re water resistant, and will not lift. I paid 40$ one week ago for my dip nails, and each one of them came right off and lifted. My mom got acrylics, and hers are perfectly in tact. I called about a refund, which of course, thy don’t do. I have been going there for about 4 months. At the beginning I was very happy with Michael when he did my pedicures (he gave the best massages ever...mostly why I kept going back.) Decent service, but the lady absolutely did not listen. Someone had to step in on my gel mani to fix what my nail technician did. I'm not pleased with a regular gel manicure taking 1 hour, with no hand massage. My nails ended up looking fine, but I would not go here just for the waste of time and that I had.

My daughter and i have come in several times for both nails and toes. The pedicures are great and our nails always look good. If they are busy, they can still take care of you by giving you gift certificates for your next visit for any inconvenience. They have drinks if you want them. I think this is going to be my permanent nail salon! I received a pedicure and a manicure. The pedicure chairs were amazing. The chairs are up on a stand so you sit higher and the techs don't need to strain their back so much. You have 3 pedicure options to choose from. Then I wanted to try the LCN on my manicure. I've been looking for a reliable nail salon in the Ft. Myers area for awhile now......and The Nail Studio is definitely my long term pick! It's without a doubt the most sanitary, spotlessly clean salon I've ever experienced! Michael did my pedicure and did an outstanding job. Duy has done my manicure (fill) twice now and is the most professional technician I've ever enjoyed. And I've been having my nails done for a looooong time! Easy to get to, great service from a very friendly staff, reasonable prices to boot........give them a try. You'll be so happy you did! I certainly am.

This nail salon is fantastic! It's very sanitary and nice! The massage pedicure chairs are top of the line and they use disposable tub liners. They also have every nail polish color in existence. Michael did my pedicure and gave the best foot/leg massage I've ever had. He spent at least 20 minutes just massaging them. They are running a grand opening special so all of their services are 30% off. This pedicure was perfect and I'll be back!
