This place sucks!! I went in with my girlfriend early Sunday once they opened and they started her nails immediately. Unfortunately once others starting coming in, they stopped doing her nails. We waited 10 minutes, then another 20. She was not even acknowledged once during this time. Mind you, she is sitting there with her nails half done. They completely disregarded and disrespected us. I called to voice my concern but all they could say was come back and we’ll do them right now, but they should have been done while we were there. I would advise everyone to avoid this place. Have not yet been disappointed chose this nail salon as it was close to my gym. From the first visit to now having gone 5 times in the 4 months I’ve lived down here I’ve loved it. Mani pedi is the usual, and I’ve had an eyebrow wax also and it was well worth it. Great prices also. Read Less

Worst nail salon I have ever been to in four states. Was visiting with my parents and stopped here with my mom for a pedicure and manicure. The polish on my nails started to peel off within the hour. By the next day it was half way off all the nails. I've never had an experience like this and I believe they must have severely thinned the nail polish for it to peel like this so quickly. My mom asked for her eyebrows to be waxed and thinned and they look like nothing was done to them. I had to visit another nail salon to redo everything I already paid these people to do. Went here for the first time today and will never go back. Made 4 of my fingers bleed from buffing my nails. I would inform the woman and she kept doing it. Nails are all jagged and bubbly. Workers seemed panicked. I had 3 different people work on my nails. Total trip to get nails off and apply gel took 2.5 hours. Worst experience of my life. Would never recommend. Read Less

I have been seeing a nail tech named Ann.  She is excellent.  She takes pride in her work, she is not at all sloppy and I have never been disappointed.   The prices are very reasonable and a great selection of colors.   You will not be disappointed in Ann. Read Less

Sloppy and careless work for a basic mani pedi.  The workers didn't seem to take pride in their work. The last cut to much cuticle off my toes it hurt and stung when she wanted it so  knew she broke skin. This service should never be painful. Saw this place had pretty good reviews and decided to try it out. Biggest mistake I have made this year. The person who did my nails destroyed my cuticles, he made two of my cuticles bleed. The bleeding wouldn't stop and He had to add that fluid that stings like crazy to stop the bleeding. He did apologize, but It was hard to understand what he was saying, due to his heavy accent. When he applied the nail polish he did a poor job as well, he didn't paint the entire nail bed. It was overall a pretty bad experience. Read Less

Traveled from Fort Myers Beach on a rainy Sunday to get manicures and pedicures. It was worth it and good workmanship. My manicure didn't last beyond a week (I like to do dishes and only get manicures once in a long while) but the pedicure is still going strong, one month later. Yeah..I should probably take the color off by now huh? I would stop in again if I'm ever traveling in the area. Thanks for making me and my daughter feel beautiful at the beaches with great nails! I went in on a Tuesday afternoon and got service right away from a woman named Cathy.  Overall the establishment was clean and nicely decorated.  All tools were clean and individually wrapped.  Cathy did an EXCELLENT job on my manicure and pedicure.  The pedicure was especially nice with exfoliation, a hot towel, and a hot stone massage.  They just opened this location and was offering a nice special to new customers through the end of October 2015.  Plan on going back in a few weeks!
