Could NOT be happier with my experience there. I have been searching relentlessly for my "go to" place and I'm pretty darn positive I found it. Leslie was phenomenal. I went in with a pain in the butt design and she did it without a second thought. The entire staff was amazingly friendly, and the environment was awesome. I had some trouble finding a good nail tech in the area, but after two visits to Hot Rock Nail Salon I’ve decided that this my new spot! I had Leslie for a pedicure and two full sets of Dip Powder and she’s done an awesome job every time! I loved the environment of hot rock. I had Micki do my nails and they were absolutely beautiful. She took time to perfect the shape and made sure all of my nails came out even. She talked to me while she did it and made me feel at home. I’m going there for a fill tomorrow and I’m excited to have her perfect my nails. I've gone to other places and always return here because they always know hot to treat their customers, they say yes to 99% of everything, and I always leave happy. Within 45 minutes of leaving Hot Rocks I recommended Natasha 3 times to other girls that stopped me to compliment my nails (true story)! She showed me the perfect color combination for my nails with little information to go on and within minutes of meeting me, like she knew me. Fun conversationalist and truly talented! I was looking for a new nails salon and came here I love all the employees and the owner was very nice and professional. Natasha is a sweetheart and did an amazing job on my nails. Also the lady that did my pedicure was amazing I wish I knew her name. I do not know where all these bad comments are coming from. They were all very professional and sweet. Found this absolute GEM on google and I was NOT disappointed. Their prices are GREAT especially because the quality of service surpasses many of the other local establishments. I got the most amazing hot stone massage/pedi and the ladies that helped is were so friendly and made the experience fun. They are so warm and welcoming here! Calvin, one of the owners was verbally abusive to both me and my 16 year old daughter. Never complain about their work or ask for a refund, they will make up lies about you and “ban you from their salon”. I was a 3 year client there. I have been unhappy the last 6-7 times, so I asked them to fix it. That made them very upset. They put dipping powder over the acrylic that I already on my nails and they came out thick and gross. I simply asked to have them fixed. They were stil…l awful so I asked her to take them off. She said she didn’t have time so I got up and walked out. I paid $120 for dipping powder and 2 basic pedicures. And I gave a $40 tip!!! I went in the next day to get a refund for my nails because I needed to go somewhere else to get them fixed. They refunded me $30.00. So I paid $90.00 for 2 basic pedicures!!! What a rip off!! The owner is now lying throwing accusations of me me being intoxicated in their establishment. Two glasses of wine is not intoxicated, especially being in their salon for over 2 hours. I have followed Micki and Calvin since they owned the original Hot Rock Salon in the Bella Rosa shops. I now travel the extra distance to their new salon as I will not go anywhere else for my manicure and pedicure needs. Had an amazing experience at hot rock, never got the dip manicure before and was a little nervous to try it but it turned out beautifully! Micki got the shape of my nails exactly how I wanted them and was so attentive to get every detail perfect. BEWARE BEWARE::: Long story short these were supposed to be coffin shape and sparkle from the back and lighter to the front. The place refuse to  fix them. The male owner was so rude screaming at me with no respect. The girl that did the nails did not speak English, as I am sitting there, I heard another Spanish-speaking person passed by, not knowing that I spoke Spanish, say to her I told you not to use the powder new stuff since you have never used it and it's hard if you don't know how. Great Ginny pig.....the pedicure bowls were all dirty and all I saw them cleaning them with was dollar tree Tilex ONLY, not a special disinfecting solution. I used to come here a lot but the customer service was just bad. They never seemed happy and seemed to have an attitude about certain questions. I had absolutely the worst nails done by a new worker there. Every time she does someone's nails the manager has to come over to fix them. I like getting nail designs and they always they can do them but they clearly can't because they turn out horrible and still make me pay full price when I am clearly not satisfied. From the minute I sat down in the chair, the owner was trying to sell, sell, sell.  You have to pay an additional $3 extra for emery board (they justify this by saying these are yours to keep or you can store them there for a fee!).  They also charge a service fee to use credit cards.I wouldn't recommend. Was recommended to this place by a good friend and it didn't disappoint. Got a pedicure and was extremely pleased with the attention shown to me as a new client and with the work itself. Staff was all very pleasant and they seemed to have a lot of regulars- always something I look for because it means people are coming back. Only thing keeping it from a 5-star review was the smell. As a licensed cosmetologist, sanitation is extremely important to me. Their menu has the words "...the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation." This is what initially prompted me to make an appointment and I'm so glad I did! It's very difficult for me to relax when I get my nails done because I don't know if my tools have been sanitized. One of the best things about Hot Rock is that for a one time membership cost of $2, I have my own box of files! I am able to receive my nail services with complete confidence and relaxation. I was extremely satisfied with both my Acrylic application and my pedicure. I came to learn that Micki and Calvin owned a Nail Academy in Cape Coral, which told me that they are really passionate about their craft. They use high quality products and tools. They are extremely knowledgable and professional and their salon has a comfortable atmosphere.
