I would give this place negative stars if it were possible. I am not one to give negative reviews but our experience was so bad, I feel it is a public service to warn people. I scheduled full makeup for my daughters Homecoming a full month in advance for a 1pm appointment time via Facebook messenger. We showed up to her appointment early to find that the place was locked and no one was there. I checked online to make sure it was supposed to be open and it clearly stated it was supposed to be open at those hours. Regardless, we were early so we sat in our car and waited. In the meantime, I both called and Facebook messaged to try and get a hold of someone to let them know we were there. No response. Finally at 1:05 a gal shows up. She apologized for being late and stated they tried to call me but the phone number they had wasn’t working. I thought that was strange because I didn’t think I ever gave them my phone number. I later checked on my Facebook messenger and confirmed I had never given them my phone number. So that was an outright lie. The gal who showed up was the assistant and said Andrea was stuck at a wedding but will be on her way soon. I told the assistant that we HAD to be out of there by 2pm because her Homecoming was in Tampa and we had to be on the road by 2 to get up there in time. The assistant told us not to worry, no problem at getting her done by 2. About 1:15 Andrea called to talk to me and asked me the latest I could leave by…I said “2pm”. She pressed the issue and asked again the absolute latest I had to be out of there and again I said “2pm”. She said she was at a wedding but will be on the road in 20 minutes and have my daughter done “NO LATER THAN 2:10”. I agreed, begrudgingly. The assistant proceeded to prep my daughters face, applied the foundation and put on her eyebrows. Unfortunately I’m not sure if she was unskilled or new or what, but the eyebrows were way too dark and thick for my daughter (blonde hair/blue eyes/petite features) and looked really bad. The assistant did them over and they were better but still way too much. By about 1:45 Andrea had still not shown up and I asked the assistant what was going on. She said Andrea was on her way. 15 or 20 minutes later, still no Andrea. I asked the assistant again and reiterated we had to be on the road soon! The assistant said Andrea was 5 minutes away. At 2:30 the assistant came over to me and said that there was traffic and that we were not going to be charged for the makeup. She offered to have Andrea meet me on 41 somewhere to finish the makeup!!! OMG! By this time my daughter was in tears and we were already late! Long story short, we left. At no time did Andrea call to apologize or anything!!!! Let me reiterate…AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, ANDREA HAD STILL NOT SHOWN UP!!! Making matters worse, the only time I talked to her was in the beginning when she told me not to worry and that she would make sure my daughter was done no later than 2:10. Going to Flawless was one of the highlights and most reliable parts of my wedding. The women there took such good care of me and all of my girls that they have certainly made clients of us for life! Just had my makeup and hair done here for a mommy and me photo shoot and they made me look gorgeous. The photo shoot was outside in hot, humid weather and my makeup stayed put for hours. The ladies were fantastic and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming here again!Read Less

I am so impressed with Flawless Beauty Lounge and highly recommend them to any brides looking for a hair stylist. Maria did such an incredible job on everyone's hair and was so sweet and kind. This was a destination wedding and I was unable to have a trial run, so I was a little nervous about how my hair would turn out. But Maria made my hair look absolutely beautiful and so many guests complimented her work. The style held up the entire night - despite the heat and humidity. I got my makeup done for a wedding a few weeks ago by Andrea and it looked great! She recommended I come in to see Gera to get an eyebrow shaping. I did just that this morning! Gera was awesome! She gives great recommendations, she's very professional and a delight to talk to. She also tried out the new Flawless lip color on me... It was my sister in laws wedding day and they were an hour late with no apologies. They did a beautiful job on the makeup but the bride had to pay for a 6th person to get her makeup done because a bridesmaid did her own makeup knowing they wouldn't have time to do everyone's. So even though at the time the wedding was supposed to start and they were still doing makeup and wouldn't have had time to do a 6th they still made the bride pay. Had they have been apologetic and not made the bride pay for the 6th I think everyone would have been understanding and happy. I have been searching in this area for a great place to get a sugar waxing, and I have finally found it. Andrea is so professional, and quick and she really knows her stuff! Everything about the experience was great. As she was doing it, she was talking to me about all of it and I realized exactly how much research she had done about the kind of sugar wax she uses, and the techniques she's learned to make the experience as painless as possible (ok, so it's a waxing and there's gonna be some pain involved, but she is quick and uses all the right techniques to make it as pleasant an experience as possible.) I go to Flawless for all my makeup and beauty needs. Andrea has been doing my makeup for years now and she has trained her staff really well! The Flawless ladies are the best at what they do. The studio always looks and smells great, I feel at home every time I'm in there. I don't understand the negative review on this page. One of the reasons I love Flawless so much is because they use airbrush foundation. I have EXTEMELY sensitive skin and airbrush is one of the few foundations I can trust to not cause breakouts, much less pink eye. I finally found a place that I love! I got married earlier this year and came across Flawless Beauty when I was looking to get my hair and make up done for my wedding. After my first appointment for my wedding trial I was amazed not only at how great my hair and make up looked but how friendly everyone was. My wedding day turned out perfect for me and my bridal party. Andrea is amazing with airbrush make up, everyone looked absolutely beautiful. Jill did amazing job with everyone's hair. Our wedding was outside and the day turned out to be really hot and everyone's hair and make up looked just as good at the end of the night. Since then I have been going to Flawless Beauty for other services. Jill cuts and colors my hair and I'm finally happy with how my hair looks . My eyebrows never looked better. Started going to this place and was a regular customer getting my lashes and hair blown out. After spending a fair amount of money the owner Andrea decides she's going to book me with someone else when I had made my appt with Maria. I go in and they put me with a girl they just trained.. Needless to say 2 hours later, when it only usually takes an hour, it looked like nothing had been done. They assured me she was great. I got very upset because I had somewhere to be and my hair looked awful. I paid the money and she told me I didn't need to but I did thinking Maria or the owner would do something for me on my next visit. Well I sent Maria pics after I left and she was so apologetic and felt so bad... She knew she should have told her clients that SHE wasn't coming in and someone else was doing her appts. They should have given the clients a choice before they came to their appt. so I go back in a week later for another appointment the following week and go up to pay, Andrea comes up, she's the owner. She charged me full price. I asked about a discount because Maria said she would compensate me after the experience I had but no! She went o. To say that I need to get used to transition and when Maria is not available I should be ok with someone else doing it. She was completely rude and spoke to me like she didn't give a damn. Maria stood there at her station and said nothing. She didn't defend me or back up what she had promised. Andrea wouldn't even give 5.00 off! And she passes those things out to everyone ! The operation is run like crap. How do u have a dry bar when there is only one person there doing hair?! There are two girls that do lashes but I have found a way better place just two miles from there. She is amazing. I promise! Another thing If u are looking for extensions... Don't go there. They couldn't even tell me what kind of hair they were using. Maria also did those. No experience in doing them either. These take some time to get to know how to put them in just right. Very expensive and u want to go to a qualified person who's been doing them for years. Also found one of those! She's been doing them 10 years and was cheaper ! Steer clear of flawless. They are never open! 4 days a week?!?! And half the time one of the girls isn't there. They have no receptionist.
