I had never been here before but stumbled upon this charming spa while shopping the outlets . I had a deluxe spa pedicure . It was awesome! The massage chairs were an extra added bonus. Very different from home in Jersey. I felt relaxed and never rushed. And prices are very reasonable. Check it out for yourself. Read Less

I just happened upon the salon on my way from sanibel to RSW airport. I didn't have an appointment but they took me in right away! Everyone was very friendly! Dee Dee did an excellent job on my mani and pedi and the hot stone message was heaven on earth for my aching calves! They have tons of colors to choose from too! This is a review for my wife's appt. I had an appointment for a dipped, powdered fingernail appointment. I waited for over 15 minutes for my scheduled appointment. So over the 15 minutes, they moved me to over 4 different chairs. One of the chairs spilled all of the cleaning fluid, which was bad! She spilled it all over her self too. They cut my cuticles 3 times that caused bleeding. Then on top of it all, they used the wrong powder coat color to finish my nails. They suck! I would not recommend this place. Read Less

Went in with high hopes for this conveniently located nail salon which appeared clean and bright. I went with the intention of having my gel polish removed and a new gel manicure applied. I don't get gels often but in the past, the salons have used a cotton swab of remover applied to each nail and then wrapped in aluminum foil. Here, I was told to dip my entire fingers into a vat of what soon became an unbearably hot chemical soak. I repeatedly had to pull my fingers out and told the technician it was too painful at which point she, Lee, told me the gel wasn't ready to come off yet and she repeatedly shoved my fingers back in and held them there there until I couldn't bear it. Now, I get bikini waxes without flinching so it's not like I have a very low pain tolerance. She finally got the gel off and I told her that I just wanted a regular manicure instead of another set of gels. I just wanted to get out at this point but I didn't have time to get to another salon before my event. I chose a pale pink polish from their sample palette. I ended up with a sickly, bubblegum pink, sloppy manicure and emotional trauma. She also spent the appointment complaining about me in another language to her co-workers who proceeded to glare at me until I fled. Avoid this place. Read Less

Looking for a clean nail salon with experienced nail techs to maintain my acrylic nails. Frequented a Ft. Myers nail salon near Sanibel until the recommended nail tech just disappeared. Tried one of his co-workers and was very disappointed. Salon was not clean. DeDe at Dream Nails gave me an excellent pedicure. She was genuinely interested in my needs and took very good care of me. Jets in the tub didn't work. Asked for deluxe mani/pedi. Waited over 35 minutes for mine while my friend got hers and started on her manicure. Had to ask for rough parts of my feet be handled. She rushed through my pedicure and I constantly heard that the lady doing my pedicure had an appt even though I was getting a manicure as well. Finally after watching the other technician who was going to take over my manicure take another customer who walked in while my pedicure was being finished which would mean another wait I canceled my manicure. We enjoyed our cocktail while we were pampered. My only wish was that all of us were able to get our pedis done together but with only 6 chairs, I understand it wasn't possible. I was here an it was 4pm.  I was getting a manicure and the owner told the lady 3 times to start on me.  I always come here when I'm in town.  Sadly, maybe my last trip.  The lady next to me got a pedicure as well, they were just cutting her nails by the time H had me completely done.  My nails were painted ok, but no time was spent on me anD clearly H was waiting on Barry to arrive (at 4:30) and didn't want to service me.  That was not really fair to me. Great spontaneous decision to get a pedicure while on vacation. Amy was wonderful and encouraged me to try the upgraded pedi. Price was $35 rather than $25 for standard. So glad I did! It included all the standard pedi procedures but with an extra peppermint lotion and hot towel wrap, longer leg massage and a hot stone massage which felt AHHHmazing. The chair massage was also the fanciest control panel I've seen. Stop there after a long day of outlet shopping. Read Less

I LOVE this salon and all the ladies and men who work there. Top-notch and consistent service every time. The technicians are extremely professional and caring, and are some of the most talented out there. I always get a French mani and pedi and they are perfect every time. Excellent nail salon. Very clean-use plastic liners in the pedicure tubs  to be extra hygienic. Great job managing cuticles. Prices are very reasonable-$25 for pedi and $15 mani. They also offer brow wax for $10. Read Less

This place is located in the Tanger Outlets. It nice not the best one I have been too and a little expensive. But staff is super nice and my pedicure it great but it took a long time. Probably not going to back and try and going to try another place. Read Less

This place was great! I was on vacation and got a French shellac manicure, spa pedicure with a design, and eyebrow wax. Prices were really good, and all of my nails still look good 5 weeks later. If I lived there I would go back here all the time. Read Less
