Terrible terrible ! They took my friend and i’s appointment at around 7:05 then continued to say it was late and they were closing. Did a terrible job on my pedicure and would not let us stay to dry our toes. Asked us to leave immediately after they were done and also made us pay and asked for a tip before they ever began the pedicure . Terrible experience, my already terribly done wet toes continued to get worse because as I explained to them, I was driving and my toes were very wet and they said they did not care. Reasonably price and I've only had one nail tech who didn't do an excellent job on my regular shellac. I go religiously every three weeks because it's the only type of manicure that survives the hospital where I work with the constant hand washing and hand sanitizer. As long as I live in Ft Myers, this will be my go-to place! Read Less

After doing much research of nail salons that are open on Sunday's. This one seemed to have had the best review.  This is a long one because I needed to let out some steam. I went on Sunday at 11:30 am as a walk in (they open at 11am). Wanting a shellac mani and reg pedi. I told the nail tech, digh, of 2 colors I was thinking (one was a baby pink and the other was a metallic rose gold) but I specifically said wanted my hands and feet to match. And which color is he better to match for my toes. He told me the glitter one. So that's what I did. The pedicure was great! Massage was even better. But that's where it all ends When it got time for the shellac mani I guess one of the other customers was using the same color and we were there around the same time. I was sitting with the base coat of the shellac on my hands for about 8 min. I asked the nail tech if I could change the color on my hands so we don't have to wait and if we can change the toe color. (Because we all know that a polish change takes all about 5 min). His excuse was "oh I'm always waiting" , "no we are so busy." Uhm... You your not because no one was waiting and the salon was more empty at that time than the time I first arrived. I started to angry as I'm asking to change it. I listed numbers of the shellac colors and he was just biding his time by picking up every other color but the one I said to change it to. Finally, the color was available and he started to do my nails. But then has he guts to say, "do you like the color?" I couldn't look at the nail tech in the face because my blood was boiling. The service was done and then he rings me up and asked how much I wanted to tip him. Thank goodness I had exact amount of cash on me and just handed it to him. As I walked out and looked at my nails there's no way my toes and fingers match. My nails are more like a shimmer metallic rose gold and my feet are chunky gold glitter. I have a color at home that matches better. I think the customer that used the same color as me thought the same because as she walked out she was staring at her feet as well. Needless to say, this place is good not great but it's ORDINARY. Massage was great customer service is lacking. I understand it's not common for customers to want the same color at the same time but I would liked a heads up about it since the shellac is a process and we were getting the same service done at the same time. I will never go again with the nail tech, Digh, due to his customer service. I told him it was even my first time there and my first time was like this?! Good job there! Hidden gem! Unbeatable price for an excellent shellac mani-pedi. They have tons of colors and the quality is 5 stars! I came in at 7:30pm and they accommodated me without question. I'm here from out of town and had a tough time finding a nail salon. At the end of the day my efforts were rewarded. This place has a relaxing ambiance. It's clean and modern. There are flat screen TVs on the wall, programmed to what the customers, not the staff, might want to watch. In today's case, it was HGTV and college football--both excellent choices for me. Beverages are offered, and I chose Chardonnay. The massage chair is comfortable. My pedicure included hot a rock massage. This was such a nice experience that if I lived locally I'd definitely be back. Read Less

This was one of the few salons open the day after July 4th. My fiance and I had two different technicians, but both agreed that the foot massage was excellent and the pedicure was all in all quite good. My manicure, on the other hand, was pretty mediocre. Did an pretty good paint job, but ruined it with an uneven top coat. It looked great for the first day, but by the second day you could tell where the top coat ended and uncovered polish began and it just looked bad. Rather disappointing after such a good start! The ambience of the salon is inviting and I was delighted to be offered a beverage of my choice, which I chose white wine. The tools were previously sterilized and in packages which the gentleman opened in front of me. The massage was out of this world. Seems like new ownership so you can ignore the old review! It was perfectly clean friendly and I got a great pedicure! I would return next time in Florida.I was a walk-in visit. There were tons of people but I only waited 5 minutes and then I was offered something to drink. Great prices for the service! Read Less
