Probably the worst experience I've ever had. And I do not take that lightly. Getting​ my nails done for years, the Yelp review for this location is obv from regulars who get the full red carpet treatment. I called and made an appointment. Upon arrival there was no one being seen with Nail techs lounging everywhere. As soon as they got busy my manicure was rushed and the gel paint was everywhere. I mentioned this so she cut my cuticals and made a failed attempted at fixing. After slapping enough cream on my arm for my entire body she rushes me out of the chair not cleaning my nails off so they weren't covered in cream. She gets up and runs over to attend to 3 you girls waiting (obv regulars). When I went to wash at least some of the cream off my hands I noticed that she didn't paint half my nails and when I showed her she sat me down and started filing my nails and pulling more cuticals that must have grown within 30 seconds... When she started filing my nails almost up to the cuticals i noticed she was trying to not have to repaint them... Waste of time and money i'll never go back. Read Less

Nicky was phenomenal.  Excellent selections of gel polish and well done. Large, clean and bright salon.  Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to the Deluxe Spa Pedicure.  It is heavenly and only $40.  (Just make sure you do not get Henry.  You will not be happy with your service.  Not just my opinion, but others as well). This was my first time visit and will definitely be last. Went for a schellac manicure and it was so gross. Nicky used a nipper that she took out of her drawer, probably not even sterilized. She was rushing for whatever reason the salon wasn't even busy. She did a good job with my eyebrows but that's about it. Hopefully I won't get some type of fungus. Will not be returning. Read Less

Worst pedicure of my life. The guy used a drill and my nails paper thin making almost every single one of my cuticles bleed in the process. The salt scrub felt more like glass and the buffer like Brillo. The guy didn't use toe separators... or paint my nails to the edges or to the cuticles. I started going here because it was close to my job and loved the great prices and service.  I moved to a new job across town and tried another salon only to be disappointed in the quality 3 times in a row with my gels chipping and peeling within days.  I recently went back to Best, even though it's a little further of a drive, and I confirmed that it's totally worth it.  My latest visit, I was super pleased with all the brand new colors - they literally have everything, and the service (you even get a shoulder massage) was exceptional!  My mani/pedi will be 2 weeks tomorrow and they still look great, and I'll be heading back for a revamp! Very happy with both the service and salon. Very clean, staff is personable and friendly AND do a great job. My salon of choice during the winter a an snowbird. They even have small pedicure chairs for the little girls. Highly recommend. Read Less

I have been there twice. They do not use pre packaged clean foot equipment, it appears they continue to use them from customer to customer without sanitizing. The main issue is with the nail polish- all of their nailpolish is years old (you can tell by the bottles), therefore after getting a pedicure your nails will chip after a few days- I just got mine 4 days ago and my toes are already chipped. The place I usually go has become too far to travel to with the current gas prices. So I did a search on the internet one day to find an inexpensive but a good place to get a pedicure. So I find Best Nail and Spa that did mine for I think $27 plus a $10 tip- making it $37 total. It was a gorgeous place and clean but that does not make up for being highly disappointed with the service and experience I received. First of all, I made an appointment. I showed up 10 minutes early, walked in the door, a male employee was working on another lady's pedicure asked how he could help me, I told him I had an appointment, he then proceeded to get on his phone, making a call to get another employee in for my appointment. As I stood there confused because after he got off the phone he did not say anything else to me. I found that to be rude. So another female employee told me to pick my polish and have a seat. So I did. After about 10 minutes, I was directed to a pedicure station and an employee walked through the door seemingly frustrated- approached me and started my pedicure. She then said: I must leave by 6:30! Well it was a few minutes after 6 so I became fearful that my pedicure was going to be rushed and so it was. There were 2 young ladies sitting besides me that were there BEFORE me but yet my pedicure was done before theirs. This I found to be extremely upsetting since I paid the same amount of $ for my pedicure. Plus another reason I chose this place was because on their website it read that they offer a free water or glass of wine with ANY service but yet although the bar was there, I was never offered either which only added to the high disappointment. Now usually it takes about a month before I feel that my feet need another pedicure. It has only been about 2 weeks and my feet are showing that another pedicure is needed. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this place of 'business'. After a pedicure a lady and her feet should feel amazing- this is sort of a stress reliever for me but not this time with this place. So sad, we work hard to earn our dollars, our dollars are spent tight in a bad economy, we chose a place to get a certain service, the experience is highly disappointing, and it is just not fair.
