Vivian did my nails and I must say she did an amazing job! I am super picky with my nails and I got the pink and whites. She turned out to be pickier than me. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect! My only gripe is that the filing on my nails went on too long and too deep because the tips of my fingers are in a bit of pain. will be back to see her! Read Less

Love this place ! Loved it from jump . Vivian and her family are skilled in technically, but most importantly so attentive to  customer service . Great pedicure! I went there while on vacation and glad I did. I've been to another salon in Ft Myers while on other vacations here. I decided to try 2K Nail this trip. They were awesome. It seems to be a family owned and ran business. The owners were very personable and committed to good customer service. We needed to get 6 people in for appointments all together. The owner, Tony, and his wife were so accommodating getting all of us booked in at once. We had little girls with us and the staff were so kid-friendly and nice. The techs took their time with everyone and their services. Found this place on vacation. They were very friendly and the wait was minimal. Tony was great with my Grandma and my Spa Pedicure was lovely with the hot stone massage. They are under new management, so my Yelp coupon didn't work, but the prices were not high. I asked for no metal file for my heels and they used a pumice stone instead. I definitely recommend them. I have been coming to this salon for almost a year. Recently went somewhere else and immediately regretted it. The owners are very friendly and nice. The quality of service is what keeps me coming back-- great selection of polishes and they take their time! I always get their deluxe pedicure which is basically an hour of pampering for my feet. I absolutely love this spot! This is the best service I've experienced in Florida. I recently moved from Atlanta to Florida and I have been skeptical about nail salons doing a great job and providing great service. All of the workers here were so welcoming and friendly. Nail Haven is tucked back in a random shopping center but I was lucky enough to see one of their promo signs and stopped in. The new owners could not have been nicer and the place is very clean and updated.  I have tried so many places in Fort Myers that have all had rude staff or they lie about the wait to get you to stay so I'm happy to have finally found a place that I want to come back to. Hot Towels Are Standard.(WITH A REGULAR 30-40 MINUTE PEDI).A 20-25min. Pedi, Is Commonly Known as THE CAR WASH or EXPRESS LANE. Now My Pedi Was Quite A Different Story: ( My Tech.Was Very Polite. Great experience!! The entire staff was very helpful, personable, and nice. This nail salon is super clean and all their tools come out of a sealed freshly sterilized package each time. All other tools are used only once then thrown away. Cleanliness is the most important thing for me when it comes to doing my nails. They do excellent work with the shellac mani and pedis with a large variety of colors and designs, and very up to date with today's nail fashion. Last but definitely not least, their heavenly pedicures are like no other, it's a full pedicure + foot scrub, hot stone massage, and a nice hot damp towel to finish., I would give them 100 stars if I could! Overall a wonderful experience. This is my new home for my manis and pedis without a doubt. You will not be disappointed. Oh, and VERY kid friendly.
