Wow. I must say at first look, I was very impressed. The employees were very professional, experienced, and polite. I got a full set of acrylics, but became worried when she started to hurry and rush while doing my nails. I do not like to feel rushed because getting my nails done is a relaxing and enjoyable time for me. My nails turned out lopsided and there was many bubbles and bumps in my nails. That being said, while doing my nails, she has told me that the person that had done my acrylics before me was very beginner and obviously did not have any experience. But honestly, I was a lot happier with my previous set of acrylics. Also, to add on top of this, she did not clarify the price. She did not tell me that she charged extra for a gel polish, which was an extra 15 dollars. When I politely asked why there was an upcharge, she raised her voice and made sure it was VERY clear that she doesn’t “run around telling customers prices.” This is when my whole perspective had changed. I was very disappointed with this place, I felt as if they didn’t do a very good job on my nails and they have bumps in them. The lady who was doing my nails also made a huge scene when I asked her about pricing. I do not recommend this nail salon. Read Less

I have never been so frustrated that I have needed to write a review before. My daughter wanted to get her nails filled while on vacation. She called Rachel's nails & asked how much it would cost. They told her $20. She asked again once she was in the nail salon & it was $20. When she was done unfortunately the cost was $35. My daughter is 16 and was paying with her own money. When I asked why she said that my daughter had chosen to have a gel coat? I wish she would have disclosed that this was going to be an extra $15. If you go there make sure you know the true cost of exactly what you want. I went to Rachel nails for my first Pedicure ever!! I was so impressed, everyone was very polite, nice and funny. I not only had a wonderful time but they did an amazing job on my on my toes and feet! They scheduled me in the first day I called. And make time for as many customers as possible! My daughter & I had manicures. Called in the morning and got appointments for 11:00. My gel manicure is lovely & the service was professional, friendly, & fast. Daughter got acrylics after chatting with nail tech & also was very happy with her nails. Would definitely visit the salon again. Read Less

Just left the salon & had a wonderful experience. Owner is friendly & salon is very clean. Chairs are very comfortable & there are a variety of pedicures to choose from. We have been coming to FMB for 15 years. I have had nail services at many different salons on the beach and have never been really happy with the nail salons until this year.  I messaged Rachel at Rachel's Nails using yelp to request an appointment for 4 pedicures. (Kids and Grandkids are with us). I heard back from her within the hour for appointments the following day.  VERY clean, EXCELLENT service and good prices.  A super selection of polish and and a variety of services.  VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!I HIGHLY recommend Rachel Nails. Just got a gel manicure and pedi at Rachels and I highly recommend it . They are very organized and it is a spotlessly clean salon .  They use OPI products and have all the colors in both gel and regular polish.  Lynn was very good and also fast, not wasting any time on this busy morning .  They are open every day in busy season. Rachel's is a spotless and modern nail salon.  I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.  Kenny did an amazing job. I told him he is going to have to move to Huntsville AL. I just went in and had my first MAN pedicure and it was fantastic. Lynn did a great job. Very relaxing. Next time I might go for the premium versus the basic. My feet are quite relaxed. And their advanced massage chairs are the bomb, felt great on my sore back. Highly recommend. Read Less

I stumbled upon this gem of a salon early one am and probably had the BEST Gel French manicure EVER by Kenny! I LOVED  how he combined "Alpine Snow" OPI for the white tips along w "Bubble Bath" for the natural look!Simultaneously I received a FABULOUS pedicure w an adequate callus removal from an older gentleman.....very thorough! I was VERY IMPRESSED with the cleanliness and sterilization of tools as well. Gotta give this new salon many more visits when my daughters/granddaughters come for Christmas!
