The staff is always friendly and fun to talk to. I got a manicure for my granddaughter's graduation and felt really pampered. I did not have time for a pedicure but I will next time. Walked in to get a menu and asked about an appointment. This was a week ago. She said "sorry we are all booked up for March" I said really? I then mentioned that I tipped well and all of a sudden she had an appointment for the following Wednesday? I went ahead and made the appointment. I wondered though if I were initially turned down because I didn't look like a rich vacationer? I was only wearing jeans and a tee shirt. I spoke with them 3 x more on the phone prior to the appointment to see if there had been any cancellations. Each time they were almost condescending. I'm the customer right? Hmmm...Just subtly degrading somehow. I felt like I was being talked to by a stern teacher. Needless to say I cancelled the appointment. Went in to get a pedicure and this is the first nail salon I've been to that doesn't take walk ins. If you're ranked 2nd on yelp, you should get a bigger space and have more than 4 pedicure chairs. They were very polite but I'm on vacation, I don't want to make an appointment! Read Less

Had a deluxe pedicure by Pom yesterday and it was fantastic!!!! I drove from the Lovers Key area to this salon after reading the reviews on Yelp and Trip Advisor. Immediately after stepping in the salon I felt comfortable and appreciated as a customer. The salon had all female nail techs and I personally like that. Listening to all of the different stories shared by the other customers and nail techs was relaxing and fun while Pom worked her magic to make my abused feet look and feel better. I didn't want the pedi to end because it felt so great and the chair was so relaxing. If you are looking for a clean, nice salon that is reasonably priced you may want to try Charisma NAILS and Spa in the Indian Creek Plaza. Read Less

The deluxe pedicure was the best pedicure I've had! It was reasonably priced at $40 and include 2 different scrubs, mask, hot stone massage and hot towel wrap. Lori was even so kind to do a design for an additional $5. Everyone was very polite and nice. Definitely worth every penny! Read Less

I went to this place based on good reviews. I called to make an appointment and the nail tech said she could take me right away due to a cancellation. I asked for a mani/pedi and Lori said she had time. When she started on my toes I could tell she was in a rush. When I go to get my toes done, I want to relax so this is the worst thing that someone can do. It reunions the experience. The worst thing that happened was that she scraped or bumped my toe several times with the drill while filling in the acrylic on my toes. It caused pain for the rest day and one day after. Then she argued with me about which nail polish to get. I told her that I didn't like gel bc it ruined my nails. After several attempts to persuade me she finally stopped with a stern NO!  Due to her rushing the paint job was sloppy. This was the worst mani/pedi that I've ever had. After reading some Yelp comments I tried the Charisma.And yes, is was as good as several others already have pointed out. I tried both manicure and pedicure and was very pleased with the result. A fact that appealed to me was the separate price list for kids. A great thing having your kids being pampered at the same time as you get your nails done. Read Less

I was in Fort Meyers Beach with family for spring break. I had a gel manicure back in Michigan but, unfortunately, the gel started chipping within two days of application. So I called a few nail salons in the area and picked Charisma because of price and phone etiquette. Lori did a great job. She was efficient, quick and thorough.  I would highly recommend her! Love this salon!  The best nail salon I have ever been to.   I come here for my nails during our stay in Ft. Myers during the winter months. I am always pleased with the outcome.   They will accept walk ins, but I strongly suggest calling for an appointment since they are very busy.  I have had nothing but great results here.  Everyone at the salon does a great job! I was there (Ft. Myers Beach) recently on vacation and I had to get a fill-in. Since I didn't feel like wasting time on researching nail salons online during my vacation I noticed this one driving by. I decided to check it out. I went there, looked at the place and I asked about the rates. The salon "appeared" pretty decent, actually very nice. The salon staff seemed very nice as well. I set up an appointment to get my nails done (after getting the rates from one of the ladies that work at the salon I was expecting to pay no more than $50). I specifically asked for a fill-in and a pedicure, because one of my nails had broken off, the girl talked me into getting a full set, which was more expensive and which I didn't really need. To make this breathe upon completion of their services, the girl charged me $80. I asked for a details of service. They told me the $80 charge was for a full set of gel nails and a pedicure. I strongly desputed these charges since my pedicure was $25 and my full set was acryllic - $28. Obviously the total should've been $53 - not $80!!!! As I questioned my amount they became jumpy and rude and the girl lowered to $68. And I said it should be $53. She told me she added $10 for french and $5 for strenghtening top coat. What?!?!?!?I'm giving 2-star rating because it's a clean facility. I'm not giving more because they lied about the rates and the job they did made my nails look like I could shovel snow with them. For any vacationers - I recommend any other salon, there are several in the area. Read Less
