Just please don't tell me to take out my phone, open the app, tell me what to write, and then ask to see what I've written- and check that I've posted it. That amount of pressure really made me uncomfortable. Other than that, the place is nice, staff is friendly, and the equipment it all very new and very clean. My nails turned out very nice as well. This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a nail salon. The guy seemed very nice at first but then turned absolutely rude when he asked if everything was good and I said there was some paint on my finger. He then started to complain about how short my nails were and showed the lady next to him one of my nails and said see her nails too short with a disgusted look on his face. The customer service was non-existent after this point. He missed multiple areas on my nail with the gel but I didn't want to say anything to get degraded again. Read Less

Everyone was very professional & nice at this salon. I watched closely how the men treated elderly women with respect & great care. I get my nails done in Maryland all the time and I would say this place offers very comparable service and pricing. The woman nail tech finished off my nail fill & gel polish perfectly.Read Less

I took my mom and daughter in for pedicures yesterday. I called the day before to make an appointment. When making the appt, they didn't tell me that there were more than one option for pedicures. We wanted wine when we got there while getting our pedicures but were told we couldn't have any because we weren't getting the "deluxe" pedi (which I knew nothing about because I wasn't told there were different kinds). It clearly states on the sign on the wall that the basic pedi was 30 minutes. My daughter and I were both done in maybe 15 minutes and everything was done half way. Very little effort was put in. I still have polish on my skin around my nails and one nail isn't even painted completely. The man that was doing my nails kept going outside and smoking right next to the door and the entire salon smelled like smoke. They don't take credit cards on Friday, Saturday or Sunday and they don't tell you that before you start your service. It's written on a small sign on the wall. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the man that did my daughter's pedi was very good with her. It was her first time getting a pedicure and he was very sweet and explained everything to her before he did it. We won't ever go back!!! Read Less

Worst place ever!! I am licensed as a cosmetologist and I know where to beware! First off the owner is the most offensively rude person not only to me but to other customers as well while I was there only for a short time. The man working with my mother was super pushy and kept trying to get my mom to put pink shellac on her nails when all she wanted was a simple manicure with clear polish. I get trying to up a sale but this guy was not listening at all. The older lady working on me picked up a tool (cuticle pusher) that had obviously been used already!!!  it had old acrylic on it and gunk she was just about to use it until I pointed out how dirty it was then she went to the enclave to pick a new clean one out.
